尋日星期日到了筲箕灣 “安安燒” 食串燒,因為沒有訂坐都擔心沒有位,七點半左右到達,好彩都仲可以安排到室內唔錯嘅二人枱比我地。我地共點左8款食品同兩支啤酒,整體都覺得好好味,店員服務唔錯,每枱都有3款調味料比客人自己加重口味,包括有梅粉、香辣粉同孜然粉,沒有想過梅粉酸酸地同串燒又真係幾夾,整體呢間串燒值得推介,會再幫襯!Coedo Kyara手工啤酒:除左點了1支藍妹外,叫了1支Coedo Kyara手工啤酒試試,第一啖入口有點點甜味,之後便有一點點苦澀味,都可以一試,但如果想易入口D都係叫返藍妹穩陣D。玉子燒:係煎得較實個種,對個人來說偏甜一點,如果能做得軟滑一點同冇咁甜會較好。燒牛舌串:又厚又軟的燒牛舌,超好味,我很少吃牛舌的,怕有臊味,但這個燒牛舌一點臊味都冇,必試!蒜蓉扇貝:雖然扇貝比想像中細隻,但舊肉又唔係真係太細粒,仲有超多蒜蓉,唔算係好鮮味,但就十分惹味,推介!芝士蒜蓉生蠔:又係勁惹味之選,但芝士味一般,唔算很好吃的芝士,但蒜蓉就好好味,生蠔比想像中大隻,感覺都幾肥美,下次可能點一般蒜蓉生蠔都可以!美國牛小排:不算厚的牛排,比想像中細份,但都燒得剛剛好,配埋梅粉同香辣粉又幾好味,餸酒啱晒!燒冬菇:一般燒冬菇,略嫌乾身左少少,但餸酒都OK!燒韮菜:無得輸之選,唔使再額外加調味粉已夠晒味,必點!生薑皮蛋:皮蛋唔係流心個種,係實實地個種,有沙糖配埋,唔知係漏左單定係刻意安排,最後先送上,食完晒串燒再食呢個清清口腔又幾OK喎!…Read More

食串燒的魅力,除了在於食物質素外,就是一班人你一串我一串,豪情的用手拿來吃,飲埋啤酒的感覺真係不得了。這間主打串燒的食店,門外門內是簡單日式居酒居的格局,感覺就好像日本人放工後放鬆壓力的好地方。🍢蒜蓉燒扇貝 $46/4隻鋪了滿滿蒜蓉的扇貝,扇貝肉新鮮,,經燒烤後,流出的扇貝肉汁與蒜蓉混在一起,十分惹味,扇貝肉新鮮,好味!🍢極品烤餃子釀雞翼 $30/2隻將餃子材料釀入雞翼來燒烤又是另外一種風味,出色之處是雞翼沒有骨,而且皮燒得微燶剛剛好,有種bbq烤出的香氣,咬落去外脆啖啖肉,不錯。🍢霸氣十足 燒韭菜 $19/份初時這碟韭菜放在桌上時未有覺得有什麼特別,不過一拿起來就見到原條韭菜,一梳一梳霸氣十足,簡直可以遮住塊面,韭菜有啃勁,配上醬汁帶微咸不錯。今次和朋友收工後在這間店子吃,在悠閒環境下,放開懷抱飲飲食食,將工作壓力釋放,過了一個輕鬆的晚上,感覺很好。…Read More

想吃串燒,找到了這家安安燒,正好在office附近,便決定幫襯。來到現場,發現環境不錯。店外對出的是小馬路,不會嘈吵,路過的車和人也不算多,可說是一個邊吃邊聊天的好地方。 此店有分室內和室外,室內的話,食物都是燒好的,最適合想輕鬆地,懶懶地吃的人﹔至於室外的,有些桌上有爐有網,大家能自己燒烤食物,這就能照顧同樣享受燒烤和進食過程的人。而這天我比較懶,一行人較想聊天,於是選擇了店內的坐位。剛到達時,還未到七點,店內只有一枱食客,於是完全不用等位,nice。留意到了約七時半至八時左右,店內已坐滿約8成,所以如果不想等位,可以選擇早點到。 食物方面,最好吃的要算是海鮮的部份。扇貝和芝士燒蠔,吃起來都有原本的鮮味,扇貝有很香的蒜味,加上一點點辣椒,很是惹味﹔至於燒蠔,上面的芝士頗好吃。另一款很值得推介的是朱古力糖脆玉子燒。想不到朱古力和玉子的配搭出奇地好,而且有新鮮感,雖然那層糖脆不是我愛吃的食物之一,但上桌仍然熱的時候吃,那種甜甜的味道令人滿足。  點了兩款蔬菜,都不錯,特別是四季豆。燒的時候撒上了調味粉,令菜不會乏味,吃下去很香,而份量也算fair。至於撈丁,本來主要是用作填飽肚子,不過味道也不錯,可惜就是有點貴。總括而言,這裡成功滿足了這夜想吃串燒的我們一行人。以後想吃串燒,又多一個選擇了。…Read More

星期五, 當然要鬆一鬆, 今晚班frind係港島, 想搵間可以一大班人又坐得耐D ge 餐廳傾下計. 搵黎搵去都係食安安燒. 一行8人, lunch 已經打黎訂定位, 放工即刻搭車過去搵佢地.:):)食串燒最大好處就係可以叫好多款, 每款少少咁樣, 一班人可以試到好多野食. 同埋食串燒比較Casual, 可以大聲D傾計都唔洗比人投訴^^ 我地真係叫咗好多野食, 以下係其中一D:燒多春魚 – 出面燒到脆卜卜, 裏面好香, D春係一粒粒好分明, 唔會痴埋一舊舊燒原隻鮑魚 – 燒鮑魚真係第一次食, 估唔到幾得意, 食落唔會太硬, 有口感, 而且都幾鮮甜紅薯粉 – 呢個好辣, 每人夾一駐都食到雪雪聲, 怕辣者小心!燒韮菜 – 大大份又多汁, 韮菜 有種獨特香味, 用來燒真係好夾好好味芝士粢 飯 – 燒出黎好煙韌, 芝士都好香, 第一次食燒粢 飯感覺幾好!整體黎講食物有水準同有新意, 唔會淨係得D丸, 肉咁樣, 有好多得意款式出面都未食過, 而且大有生啤飲. 今餐飯食得開心又放鬆, 確實係放工一大好去處!…Read More

昨晚約了朋友下午在港島東區活動,晚飯時間又不是太餓,最後決定食些簡單的晚飯,選了串燒店。上openrice 查查筲箕灣的串燒店,最後找到這間似乎評價也不錯。不過不熟筲箕灣的我們起初沒有頭緒在那裡,怎知在途中竟然遇見住在附近的朋友,最後由她帶我們去,若沒有明燈指路真的找不到,因為這間店在橫街尾。室內的位置不算多,大約5-6張四人枱,但還有出面露天的座位。因我們6:00pm 去食,所以沒有訂位也有位,因為當我們8:00pm 食完埋單時,出面入面都坐滿晒人,我們剛離開,又有四人家庭接著入來!所以若大家想去食,都是早些訂座為妙!餐單也算多種類,足足寫滿一張A4紙的底面,見到有很多芝士食品,特別是不同食材來整的芝士撈丁,我們沒有試,因為不是太餓。不過我覺得下次去真的要試。雖然點了一些算是普通的食物,但我覺得整得味道不錯,以及無想過可以用來做串燒,選幾款推介給大家:首先是燒年糕,這款我們翻叫多次來食:接著未見過咁整齊的燒韮菜,平時不是會主動食的食味,但燒起上來估不到咁野味:然後就是雞泡魚干,雖然很多日本料理都有得食,但今次竟然大大片價錢又不貴,味道好夠,但我就覺得硬了少少:再來是燒扇貝,雖然不是很大,但一碟4隻都是HK$44, 平均HK$11/隻,我都覺得不算貴。但朋友話太多蒜容搶了扇貝的味,但我個人就鍾意有咁多蒜容 (不過若不喜歡蒜容,可以選芝士燒的):還有一款造型十分好的食物,就是原隻燒茄子,將個頭切開後,還留在伴碟,然後茄子垂直對半切開加入調味!造型搶晒鏡,味道一流,因為茄子已全面吸入調味香料:我們怕不飽,叫了個蒜容紅薯粉,但我們都覺得用蒜容一般,可能真係要用麻辣先夾,但因為我們不太喜歡太辣所以無叫。雖然只介紹些本人的心水推介,但總括來講,真的算是多款式的串燒店,店內也算清潔,侍應都好nice! 在筲箕灣這個眾多美食的地區,相信呢個串燒店,應該可以突圍而出的!…Read More
