同同事過開SKW 做野, 諗住放工去搵下好野食. 今次我地唔去東大街, 反而係去咗另一邊南安街個頭搵下野食. 行行下, 見到有間舖頭幾搶眼, 望下先知原來係安安燒. 今日天氣幾涼, 我地坐outdoor 可以relax D兩個人, 主力食海鮮! 燒海鮮最吸引之處係, 燒到啱啱好, 外層乾爽有BBQ香味, 咬落去有種軟淋淋而充滿海鮮味個種感覺. 當然重點要係新鮮海鮮先會做到呢種效果. 今日order 咗都算幾多野, 其中蟶子同埋扇貝都係個人比較鐘意食的. 兩者都係加咗蒜蓉去燒, 但口感各有不同, 燒蟶子好香口, 食落去煙煙韌韌帶有少少海水鹹香, 而帶子就啖啖肉, 食落口感軟滑. 兩者鮮味都足夠. 而且燒製的時間控製得唔錯, 兩款都保留到海鮮的原味, 幾好.而另外仲有叫咗其它肉類, 丸類, 呢間餐廳燒完出黎食物仲保留到水份, 所以食落除咗感受到焦香BBQ味道, 亦有肉汁味道. 我自己鍾意食辣, 所以自行加咗枱上面提供的辣粉同孜然粉. 但朋友鍾意淡味, 佢就無加粉就咁食, 各取所需大家都食得開心…Read More

昨晚約了朋友下午在港島東區活動,晚飯時間又不是太餓,最後決定食些簡單的晚飯,選了串燒店。上openrice 查查筲箕灣的串燒店,最後找到這間似乎評價也不錯。不過不熟筲箕灣的我們起初沒有頭緒在那裡,怎知在途中竟然遇見住在附近的朋友,最後由她帶我們去,若沒有明燈指路真的找不到,因為這間店在橫街尾。室內的位置不算多,大約5-6張四人枱,但還有出面露天的座位。因我們6:00pm 去食,所以沒有訂位也有位,因為當我們8:00pm 食完埋單時,出面入面都坐滿晒人,我們剛離開,又有四人家庭接著入來!所以若大家想去食,都是早些訂座為妙!餐單也算多種類,足足寫滿一張A4紙的底面,見到有很多芝士食品,特別是不同食材來整的芝士撈丁,我們沒有試,因為不是太餓。不過我覺得下次去真的要試。雖然點了一些算是普通的食物,但我覺得整得味道不錯,以及無想過可以用來做串燒,選幾款推介給大家:首先是燒年糕,這款我們翻叫多次來食:接著未見過咁整齊的燒韮菜,平時不是會主動食的食味,但燒起上來估不到咁野味:然後就是雞泡魚干,雖然很多日本料理都有得食,但今次竟然大大片價錢又不貴,味道好夠,但我就覺得硬了少少:再來是燒扇貝,雖然不是很大,但一碟4隻都是HK$44, 平均HK$11/隻,我都覺得不算貴。但朋友話太多蒜容搶了扇貝的味,但我個人就鍾意有咁多蒜容 (不過若不喜歡蒜容,可以選芝士燒的):還有一款造型十分好的食物,就是原隻燒茄子,將個頭切開後,還留在伴碟,然後茄子垂直對半切開加入調味!造型搶晒鏡,味道一流,因為茄子已全面吸入調味香料:我們怕不飽,叫了個蒜容紅薯粉,但我們都覺得用蒜容一般,可能真係要用麻辣先夾,但因為我們不太喜歡太辣所以無叫。雖然只介紹些本人的心水推介,但總括來講,真的算是多款式的串燒店,店內也算清潔,侍應都好nice! 在筲箕灣這個眾多美食的地區,相信呢個串燒店,應該可以突圍而出的!…Read More
