一路都聽人哋講德美壽司好好食,自己之前都試過食另外一間,今次第一次試呢個細細間嘅德美壽司,今日嘅輪候時間都唔算短,但係講緊我哋前面係冇枱等緊,都等左成20分鐘,真係餓到我肚都扁,終於等到有得食,我哋叫咗三文魚茶漬飯,海鮮蒸蛋,清酒煮蜆,帶子沙律,燒牛舌,燒煙肉蠔,火炙三文魚飯,發覺呢度個餐牌俾另外嘅德美有嘅嘢食係少好多,我哋想點嘅海膽刺身同埋芝士年糕都冇,唔知係咪因為新年嘅關係所以好多嘢食都冇,有少少失望,不過我哋叫嘅嘢食質素都唔差,味道方面清酒煮蜆唔似出邊一般嘅清酒煮蜆兜湯咁淡口,佢有好強烈嘅酒味,非常足料,燒牛舌亦都抵讚,仲有海鮮蒸蛋都非常足料,個蛋一上到嚟啲餸滿都一眼就望到,果然德美就係唔同啲。而且睇下大家,記得食多啲食飽啲,因為我哋兩個人食完好似好飽,但係過咗幾個鐘之後出奇地感覺到勁肚餓,唔係太耐飽。…Read More

放假去紅磡食飯兼睇戲,但唔記得book定檯。唯有六點正去到德美門口等位,好彩咁岩有張圓檯每次去德美必食既,一定係佢既招牌玉子燒!賣相同平時一樣,可惜今次係凍食......不過不失,但係我比較喜歡熱食多D跟住黎左自稱有原隻軟殼蟹既牛油果蟹子卷。軟殻蟹係岩岩炸好!熱辣辣既軟殼蟹同牛油果好夾,食一D都落唔油膩!有埋蟹殼切開左一半,放左係卷物既隔離。黎居酒居點可以唔嗌串燒呢!所以我地嗌左串燒牛舌試下,點知一試完就即刻嗌多串!之後就係燒鵝肝多士。厚厚既鵝肝下面係法式麵包,麵包下面有士多啤梨味既乳酪,感覺好新穎。一啖咬落去,鵝肝D油係個口入面流返出黎證明師父將鵝肝D油鎖住左係入面,所以一咬就將滿足既感覺表現晒出黎!本身想嗌多份,不過怕一次過食咁多鵝肝會感覺膩,所以放棄左......然後係黑蒜九州拉麵,可能之前食既三樣食物都太出色,相比之下,感覺黑蒜味唔太濃。叉燒唔算太厚亦唔算太薄,不過不失。最後係Encore既燒牛舌,都係一樣咁好味燒物水準唔錯,下次再黎一定會試埋其他串燒先至得喇!!…Read More
