很久沒吃泰國菜,在德福廣場行街發現一間泰國餐廳,人流不少,便進去一試。炸蝦餅 一客4件,朋友覺得份量少有點貴。還好,因它每件都很大件很厚。蝦味很重很彈牙,應該落足料,但外層有點過實,可能麵包糠過多。雖然有給泰式辣醬,但我沒有沾過,反而沾青咖喱,更好吃。椰汁雞湯本來想點冬陰公,但朋友說不喜歡吃酸的,想要椰汁雞湯,甚麼都吃的我只好屈服。有兩個size,雖然我們只有兩人,通常也會點細,但因好奇,所以問了店員大細size分量會相差多少,店員回答差少少,十分抽象。雞湯連gas爐一起上,湯就是要熱才好味。奶白色的湯上面澆了一些辣椒油,以為會椰子味十分重,但意外地,它跟冬陰公差不多味,也是酸的,只是椰奶味更重,而辣味較輕。朋友喝了一碗就放棄了,我喝了半煲,雖然不是真正的冬陰公,但也滿足了我想喝冬陰公的願望。第一次喝椰子雞湯,不知道這是不是正常的味道,但泰國菜通常都這些味道,所以沒有深究,反正再問店員他也會回答一些很抽像的答案。泰式青咖喱雞 眾多咖哩中,最喜愛的就是青咖哩,雖然它不是最辣,但它有股特別的香氣吸引着我。內裡有很多雞肉和菜,本來打算點一碟菜,現在也不需要了。我們並沒有點飯或麵包,把它沾蝦餅和金邊粉吃,或直接當湯喝,十分滿足。泰式炒鮮蝦金邊粉 朋友覺得味道有點淡,但因我吃過很多中伏的pad thai,那根本是茄汁味,所以我寧願它是淡也不希望是茄汁味,而且我拌青咖哩一起吃,所以我覺得淡一點也挺不錯。很喜歡這裡的金邊粉的口感,比其他餐廳煮得硬一點,很有咬口。芒果沙冰 不要看它顏色那麼淺便以為它不好喝,它很有許留山的感覺,芒果味很甜。吃了那麼多濃味的食物後,可以幫助清一清味蕾。泰式奶茶 非常害怕喝泰式奶茶,怕甜得過份,但朋友說這並沒有好甜,尚可接受。雖然我們沒有點太多食物,但每一碟也挺大,連桌子也放不下。每次有食物上桌時,都需要把枱面上尚有的食物分到自己的盤子上,收走空碟才放得下下一碟。價錢不算貴,如果下次再來德褔,也會選擇這餐廳。…Read More

之前睇網上嘅介紹, 知道德福廣場平台新開左間由泰裔大廚Smith. S 同埋佢泰國團隊主理嘅泰國菜, 叫Khap&Ka, 泰文中Khap同Ka係指男仔同女仔。我同兩個老友都好鍾意食泰菜, 難得係九龍灣咁近大家嘅地方開左間泰菜, 我地當然要聚埋開返餐啦。🍴我地3個Khap👦7點左右到左餐廳, 可能係星期五關係, 咁早已經坐滿客人, 等左10分鐘左右我地3個就安排入座左係一張4人枱。餐廳裝修都幾有情調, 燈光再加上泰式風格嘅壁畫都好配合泰菜呢個主題。菜單有10頁, 菜式選擇都好多, 我地點左3款小食, 1個大冬蔭功, 半隻去骨海南雞, 2款咖哩同芒果糯米飯。飲品就點左凍泰式奶茶, 龍眼冰同芒果沙冰。我飲果杯凍泰式奶茶唔會太甜, 奶味比港式重, 入口香滑, 朋友點的龍眼冰同芒果沙冰佢地都話唔錯。🍹冬蔭功份量都幾多, 每人都分到2碗多少少, 而且材料都好豐富, 有大大隻嘅蝦, 蝦肉好爽口, 冬蔭功湯辣度適中, 帶微微酸味, 嘅惹味又醒胃。😋蒜蓉包好香, 外脆內軟, 入口香甜, 唔知係塗了蜜糖定係呢款麵包本身帶有甜香, 好好食, 咖哩未上枱我地已經食哂d包。😂泰式鮮露生蝦好鮮甜爽口, 不過辣椒比較辣, 我食第2隻時挑走塊辣椒更能食到生蝦嘅鮮味。海南雞半隻已經好多,3個人分都要每人食好多,雞肉已去骨,啖啖肉。小食炸蝦餅好香口彈牙, 而且唔會好油膩, 沾泰式辣醬食, 味道好夾。蒜蓉雞翼整成單骨雞翼上枱, 食得超方便, 雞肉嫩外層又夠香脆。👍瑪莎曼咖哩羊架賣相已經好吸引, 羊架肉質軟腍, 咖哩唔太辣椰香味濃, 我地另加左個白飯撈咖哩汁食, 好快就清光哂。😙干咖哩軟殼蟹味道唔似普通咖哩, 感覺似避風塘炒蟹多d, 好惹味, 而且份量比預期多好多, 食得超滿足。😍食泰菜最後當然要食芒果糯米飯呢款泰式甜品啦, 不過主菜我地3個已經食到好飽, 所以3個人Share一份剛剛好。糯米飯椰香味濃, 唔會太甜。埋單每人$200幾蚊, 價錢合理。…Read More

係德福睇完戲,就係個到搵餐廳食。係平台見到呢間泰國餐廳,都幾多人食,就試下啦。星期五晚dinner time都幾多人,都環等一陣先入得,唔知有冇得book枱呢。餐廳有少量樓面應該係泰國人,不過都識講廣東話。之後知道原來係泰裔主廚管理,難怪食落味道好地度,同係泰國食味道好接近。食泰國菜必叫冬陰公湯,一飲就知間泰國餐廳正唔正宗。呢到個湯甜酸比例適中,味道濃郁,但係建議要搞一搞,因為頭幾淡我覺得淡左小小,搞完就好好味喇。小都已經夠4個人飲,份量幾好。第二樣必食就係通菜,可能係泰國口味,泰式通菜有d太辣,不過係開胃,刺激口水分泌。沙嗲串燒都好好食,我地叫左牛雞雙併,各三串。雞肉串好食,肉嫩,加埋個沙嗲醬好野味。牛串就有幾粒有筋,冇筋個d都好易咬,唔硬。本身想叫個雜錦拼盤,有晒咁多樣小食,不過冇晒,咁取捨之下就叫左炸蝦餅。雖然得四件,不過真係好食。應該係蝦滑打成,好彈牙。另外主食仲叫多左個青咖哩雞同埋豬手飯,豬手飯跟埋冬瓜湯,抵食之選。本身想試埋佢個椰汁木薯,朋友話好少餐廳有,不過太飽冇叫到,下次再黎先試啦唯有。…Read More
