一個平日晚上下班後的約會,男朋友找到這間位於灣仔唐樓的台灣菜餐廳—1963 木十豆寸。光是大廈的外觀已經非常有歷史感,沒想到踏入店內更加有不少古老懷舊的小物,例如舊式相機、流聲機,以及很多從來沒有見過的懷舊產物。店內裝潢有大量原木元素,加上古舊的裝飾品,令人完全置身於懷舊的氛圍當中。平日夜晚店內的客人不算太多,店員的服務態度以及食物水準都不錯。台式滷味拼盤 HK$75很夠份量的滷味拼盤,材料亦很豐富,有豬耳、雞翼、雞蛋、蘿蔔、豆干、海帶,如果兩個人點這個可能份量會有點多。各款滷味都很入味,尤其蘿蔔清甜得來又入味,很是出色。不過滷蛋口感有點硬,有像鐵蛋的口感,但整體來說都不錯。烏龍茶香燻雞 HK$75在台式三杯雞和烏龍茶香燻雞之中最後選擇了後者。三杯雞平日也比較常吃得到,反而烏龍茶香燻雞倒是比較特別和吸引到我。一上桌便聞到幽香的茶香味,入口倒是很重的煙燻感。雞的質感比較乾身,伴上一個沾醬,個人覺得光是這樣吃已經很夠味,如果沾了醬汁反而奪去原來的烏龍茶香燻味。滷肉飯 HK$30我們點了一人一碗滷肉飯,吃台灣菜滷肉飯是必食的!價錢經濟份量又很足,白飯夠熱而且口感鬆軟,搭配的滷肉軟腍亦很夠味,唯一缺點同樣是雞蛋口感偏硬的問題。桂圓枸杞紅棗茶 HK$48飲品方面點了養生的桂圓枸杞紅棗茶,是一壺上、量很足。氣味和味道都是清淡幽香的,這是一款熟悉而不意外的味道,但是喝完會讓人感到愉悅滿足的感覺。…Read More

We ordered two sets and a main dish a la carte. Turn out, the portion is large. We are all so full!The Taiwanese style drunk chicken is amazing. The taste of rice wine is not very prominent, but the texture is so smooth and tender! The assorted marinated plates is amazing too. The marinated reddish is so well done and all flavour are penetrated deep into it. Meat from the chicken wings can be easily detached from bone. It is just deep fried egg tofu.Very appropriate and seasonal soup in summer.Not really spicy, but is tasty. Yet I cannot taste much thousand year egg flavour.The first bite is amazing, the salty egg is very umami. But the bitter aftertaste of bitter melon is a bit too much for me. Please be noted that I hate bitter melon so... my opinion maybe highly biased.🙈Again, not so spicy. The taste is good and with thick sauce. Blood clot is very tasty and flavourful. 呢晚同Mr C響灣仔附近剪完頭髮,搵嘢食。咁啱好想食魯肉飯,Mr C提議附近有間幾特別既餐廳。其實我鋪位有啲隱蔽。終於搵到,見到要行幾層樓梯。媽呀,好熱好攰呀!一路行見到有樓梯邊貼左啲紙仔。「飯前運動腸胃蠕動」「喘口氣深呼吸」「多運動等會吃的多」!好窩心啊!我哋大概9:15PM到,女侍應同我地講9:30PM last order, 10:00PM閂門。咁攪笑,同我講10點閂門。。。anyways, 唔緊要,我哋食嘢好快。 嗰女侍應帶我哋坐低咗,開始set 枱。但我又好奇。點解張墊枱紙咁污糟嘅?好似上手食完冇換到?佢竟然唔理照放紙巾叉等等上去。。。我問Mr C佢覺唔覺得好似污糟左啲,佢都認同。。。咁我就叫另外嗰男侍應幫忙換咗佢。我哋望住餐牌,好快決定咗要啲咩。滷肉飯$30味道其實唔錯!料夠,汁夠!肉既肥瘦適中。我覺得OK!古早味滷排骨$75呢個上抬嗰陣嚇襯我。吓?咁樣既?個賣相好似仲差過我伍企煮俾MrC既菜。。。唔緊要,試下味先。咦?乾到呢。硬到呢。根本冇可能用好味定唔好味黎形容呢碟。但係。可以點呢?紅燒牛肉麵$75呢個麵其實都可接受。但係呢度俾既餐具,尤其是個木匙羹,食唔到麵。份量比較細。牛筋好入味好tender。牛腩就相比之下差少少,冇特別。食到呢度。我好唔甘心。排骨我哋一人食咗一細舊(頭同未),認真食唔落去。我抵唔住頸同個男侍應講。咁佢都好nice。服務態度好好。同我哋講「頭先落order嗰時你問我排骨定東坡肉好味啲,不如我入廚房睇下仲有冇東坡肉啦」。所以我哋就有機會試下嗰東坡肉啦。東坡肉$75咁講。雖然侍應係好好。我都好想讚揚下去。但係嗰東坡肉又真係唔爭氣。賣相都係麻麻。淨肉。好多肉。肉質唔係地別tender,不算太入味。唯一好既係肥肉瘦肉都有,層次既分明。Anyways,我覺得呢間嘢noise 大過實力。如果想影相打卡,真係一個好地方。不過我就未必啦。。。…Read More
