朋友去完旅行回來,我們相約食飯順便拎手信,朋友話好耐都未食過潮州打冷,所以就搵下啲食打冷食店,留意到呢間潮州食店在旺角,貪佢大家都交通方便,所以就揀佢。呢度環境都好大,侍應安排了卡位給我們,卡位好寛敞,我們坐好後,周圍望,原來呢度做緊啲優惠,食滿$300就可以免費有滷水拼盤送,我地有四個人,可以有個中既滷水拼盤,我地睇完餐牌都好快點好菜。小菜來到,第一碟係滷水鵝片,鹵水味啱啱好,唔鹹,份量都算適中,鵝片唔肥,食多幾件都唔怕肥!滷水拼盤,入面有墨魚,紅腸,鵝腸,滷水豬肉片,豬腸,豬耳,芽菜等,墨魚唔靱,鵝腸好爽脆,滷水豬肉片肥瘦得宜,豬耳爽脆,豬腸都好好食,唔會食到有臭味。滷水一樣唔鹹,味道剛剛好!蠔仔粥,我地有四個人,所以叫左個大的蠔仔粥,蠔仔份量都唔少,粥底冇出面坊間的咁鹹,感覺冇味精,粥底用上方魚做湯底,好鮮味!燒汁脆牛腩,切到一片片,邊位炸得好脆口,入面牛腩好有牛味,份量又夠多,點埋個醬真係好好食,我都不其然咁食左好多件!哈哈!!石鍋啫啫芥蘭,用石鍋盛載令芥蘭不失溫度,芥蘭好爽脆,好青綠,好新鮮,味道好惹味,份量都好多,送飯一流!潮州凍馬友,魚肉都好肥美,凍食我都是第一次,原來馬友凍食都可以咁好食,入口甘香,魚肉順滑鮮味,成日都食烏頭,今次食馬友都不錯選!煎蠔烙不嬲都係食潮州菜的不二之選,所以我唔會錯過。蠔烙煎得好乾身,好脆,唔油,入面好多蠔仔,粉醬多左少少,但味道都做得唔錯,點埋魚露真係回味無窮!雪裡紅鮮竹茄子,呢個菜真係好驚喜,鮮竹同茄子用上雪菜炒,雪菜唔會鹹,唔會搶走茄子同鮮竹味,但鮮竹吸晒雪菜的味道,鮮竹仲應該用油炸過先炒,所以食落會食到鮮竹脆脆感覺,茄子好腍,好入味,一個字"正"在旺角食潮州菜通常都會在地舖一啲小菜館,今次第一次去這些大舖食,仲要係一個旺角地方,環境同衞生都比其他街舖好,侍應好有耐心解釋菜色,同朋友聚舊真係冇得頂!呢度又係我可以收藏的好地方!…Read More

有喜歡啖味潮州菜的好友去過位於旺角的明記潮館後,認為平靚正的賣點值得一去再去,於是問及我與另一好友,有聽至此,當然馬上答應了;七時多的旺角地鐵站也是人群擠擁,但從地鐵站出來以後走到餐館所在的大廈卻是頓感輕鬆得多;尤其是由好友帶路,更加順暢;但大廈的設計或許有點複雜,所以沿路一直有指示牌標示;但當來到餐館時,就另有一番光景呈現眼前;一邊是以復古式的大排檔設計,另一邊又有西餐茶座樣式,再另一邊又有尖咀鐘樓景點佈景,而其對面就是一些以奇特名字命名的房間......將所有東西混合,配合著一個有高樓底的大堂,又有不錯的效果!觀其餐牌,選擇非常豐富;好友指定要我們一試韮菜豬紅與鵝片,其餘的再跟各人喜好再各點一道菜;而且全單消費滿300兼送一碟滷水拼盤(中),難怪好友大加推介!韮菜豬紅份量足,嚐起來十分爽滑,偏向重調味,剛好祛除本身腥燥味!鵝片的厚度片片均勻,肉質也足夠嫩滑,較輕的滷水調味,蘸上些許醋汁,啖味在口中,即時隨醬料香味過後有鵝肉本味透出!奉送的中碟滷水拼盤的碟頭份量也不輕,我較喜愛的墨魚片與鴨腎的肉質皆爽脆彈牙,滷水的調味也恰到好處!煎蠔烙的蠔仔數量很多,鴨蛋也煎得香口,但略嫌芡粉有點過頭,雖然尚是可口,但整體未算很平衡!而我點的孜然牛仔肉,牛肉本身質地嫩滑,孜然粉與黑椒的香料由內而外滲透進去,與牛肉本味相結合後,加上在肉汁與油份提升下的溫潤口感,滋味特佳!作為收結的潮州炒河粉,河粉份量多,配料也豐富,以蝦醬為主味,可口之餘也是飽肚佳選!多得好友的推介,又認識了一間位處旺區的平靚正兼坐得舒服的潮州菜餐館,值得再與更多的好友去品嚐更多的菜式!…Read More

公公係潮州人, 每次一見面公公都對佢既家鄉潮州菜讚口不絕, 高鐵又未起好, 去潮州既交通唔算好方便, 所以暫時先係香港搵下潮州菜食。經同事介紹, 明記潮館既潮州菜味道唔錯, 推介我去一試!而正正交通最方便既旺角都開左"明記潮館"分店, 每晚六點開至第二日凌晨, 岩哂我地呢d夜鬼放工出黎搵食。店內分為兩邊, 一邊為四人既細檯, 另一邊為四人以上既大圓檯, 地方整潔呢邊更設有潮州特色既滷味吧, 很有風味....一坐低, 店員先送上前菜。呢度除左主打既潮州菜, 仲有多款中式小炒, 款式都幾多! 我地Order左幾款試試...【滷水鵝片】HK$108食潮州菜必點既滷水鵝片, 鵝片完全無骨, 厚薄切得幾乎一致, 份量幾多, 鵝片沒有太多既肥油層, 色澤鮮嫩, 入口肉質軟糯, 滷水很入味, 肉汁juicy!【滷水鵝腸】HK$68鵝腸好爽口, 底層有少少芽菜墊底, 不過可能芽菜有點出水, 食到一半, 滷水淡左d, 但鵝腸冇咩肥膏連住, 唔錯!!【滷水三拼 (自選3款)】HK$108三心兩二想試多幾款滷水, 可以選擇三拼價錢自選滷物, 我就揀左以下三款, 初時意為份量應該每款都為少, 點知....又係大大碟滷水墨魚 - 略帶爽彈鮮甜滷水大腸 - 帶點肥膏, 但可接受, 又林又入味滷水鵝腎 - 比較有咬口, 幾爽【韮菜豬紅】HK$55味道好濃, 豬紅好入味, 豬紅中心位都有鹹鹹地既味道。而且份量比預期中多好多, 怪不得有唔少人入黎都會order黎食!【椒鹽腰果雞軟骨】HK$98除左潮州菜, 呢度仲有多款中式小炒。我就點左平時我最中意既雞軟骨試試...雞軟骨同腰果份量一樣同樣既多, 雞軟骨外表炸得幾乾身, 一d都唔油膩, 夾住炸蒜蓉食, 好香口, 軟骨位仲略帶咬口【潮州炒麵線】HK$98見到呢個菜名感覺好奇, 未見過潮州麵線, 既然黎到潮州菜館, 當然要一試!原來麵線同台灣麵線幾乎一樣, 麵線炒過後還帶點濕潤, 材料有札肉、蛋碎、蝦仔同埋墨魚鬚炒得好有穫氣, 多款食材配料一定食, 口感豐富呢餐潮州菜比預期中好食得多, 份量又大大碟, 味道唔錯, 店員招呼周到, 不時為我地主動加茶, 價錢亦唔貴, 免前菜+茶芥, 有機會定必要回encorn!!…Read More

旺角呢個商場前身係南華戲院,但係自從改裝左成為商場之後一直都好少人流。直到最近我見到佢開咗呢間係荃灣過嚟開分店嘅明記潮州菜館,當然要想去試新野啦。我去嘅時候佢哋仲係試業,所以連紅紙都未拆一上到去地方好闊落,見到有好多圓枱、大枱,仲有好多大房,真係一個好適合一大班朋友食飯吹水嘅地方。而且睇得出佢哋嘅裝修好香港地,好揼本架!講返個餐牌,佢哋唔止有潮州打冷嘢食,其實仲有好多中菜小炒。食品嘅種類都好多,正!今次叫咗幾款打冷食物,分別係雜錦拼盤,叫多一份墨魚併鵝腸,因為我真係好鍾意食墨魚架😍本身以為雜錦滷水拼盤會有埋鵝片,點知只有大腸、鵝腸同墨魚,不過勝在勁大碟。味道來講可以嘅👍🏼因為大腸同鵝腸都冇臭腥味,洗得都算乾淨。墨魚就堅係整得好好食,本身材料係新鮮嘅,所以入口會唔會有一啲好霉嘅感覺。反而鵝片我就覺得麻麻,因為有陣鵝穌味😢不過加返辣椒油,味道又會變得好翻啲。伴碟嘅豆腐有好香豆味,有炊煙味,好用心去做每一個細緻位食打冷野梗係要食豬紅啦!佢呢個韭菜豬紅都幾好食架👍🏼好滑我哋叫咗兩個即煮嘅煲,雞腳煮得好入味,好味道。但係令一個鹹菜門鱔,我就覺得咸咗啲。雖然只係一啲馬拉盞炒通菜,但係佢真係好夠鑊氣,好惹味好好食。真係可以話係我食過咁多間,最好食嘅炒通菜。呢個係佢哋推介嘅小炒王,雖然每間嘅小炒王都冇太大出入。不過佢哋又真係炒得幾香口嘅。唔錯架蠔餅係值得推介嘅!因為佢個粉漿唔會好厚,炸完出嚟你唔會覺得成口都係粉。熱辣辣好脆身。而且入邊嘅蠔仔都好多。必食!最後呢個係燒汁牛柳粒炸豆腐,三個字冇!得!輸!豆腐炸到脆卜卜,配合埋呢個較為濃味嘅燒汁。送佢嘅潮州粥簡直係一流。而牛柳粒佢哋整得好林,而且牛肉冇起根,真係啖啖肉。又一必食推介。事業期間有咁嘅水準當然值得同大家開心share啦。希望佢繼續keep住水準,做到我成日去嘅飯堂。…Read More
