Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早就聽聞鼎鼎大名嘅三星廚魔喺時代廣場開咗間中餐廳「鴨大哥」,碰巧早前於商場購物後獲贈多張餐飲券適用於該店,眼見九月就到期,所以就立即相約大食會一齊去試一試。店子門面光鮮企理,最搶眼就係候座區身後嘅巨鴨公仔。入座時,叔叔先提及用餐時間限定約九十分鐘,接待處其實亦有告示清楚說明。用餐大堂開揚通爽,當中以厚墊嘅梳化位最為舒適,唯一滿座時難免會覺得嘈吵。多頁中英對照嘅餐牌內附彩圖參考,其中飲品項目共有四頁。有餐飲券墊底,六人最終決定棄選套餐,並從十頁散點項目揀咗啲招牌菜黎試。北京烤鴨($548/隻):新鮮出爐嘅原隻烤鴨好似選美咁先繞轉盤一周展示一吓實力!服務生隨即於旁邊熟巧地片出厚薄均勻嘅鴨肉。烤鴨皮層香脆有光澤,肉質鬆軟唔嚡口,鎮店菜式果然有料到!溫馨提示,六至八人點一隻烤鴨嘅份量應該最理想。伴配嘅薄餅皮有燭光座熱,薄身得黎夠暖手。其餘嘅海鮮醬、青瓜、蔥絲等配料以兩碟拼盤呈上,量足又衛生。葡式鴨崧($108):烤鴨二道嘅葡式鴨崧已預先用生菜包成六件鮮亮整齊嘅鴨崧生菜包,包品外脆內軟潤,極易入口,當中嘅葡汁調味芳香醒神,同個鴨味好夾。荔枝山楂咕嚕肉($168):咕嚕肉本身個半肥瘦豬肉夠爽口,而且炸得夠脆皮,混以荔枝同山楂炒製,咕嚕肉黏上嘅果香尤其甜濃討好。和牛叉燒($188):唔知係咪受到限聚令嘅等級制影響呢,餸菜嘅例牌份量大多都係半打半打咁計,$188客嘅和牛叉燒都一樣。煮至三、四成熟嘅和牛鬆爽多汁,好似西餐咁配上原隻烤蒜頭,粒粒惹味脆口,組合滋味得很。魚腐野菌浸娃娃菜($138):娃娃菜清甜軟嫩,連同脆潤嘅野菌及爽腍嘅魚腐煲煮即能提升菜式嘅鮮味同口感。梅子荔芋鴨煲($178):以砂鍋呈上嘅鴨煲熱力十足,主角鴨肉軟腍甜美,梅子嘅微酸令其味道濃而不膩,皮層又夠滑溜,配角芋頭亦粉嫩入味。海鮮鴨湯泡飯($198):泡飯好有文化地湯湯同脆米分開上。嘻嘻,懶人一族當然係一次過落哂啲脆米落啲湯度啦!意外地,暖胃嘅湯底甜濃得黎一啲都唔羶,海鮮嘅鮮甜同個鴨味互相輝映,!蒜子上湯時菜($108):時令莧菜翠綠幼嫩,於香濃嘅上湯混入蒜子及杞子粒足以為正菜添上鮮甜。藍山咖啡糕($36):厚潤微甜嘅咖啡糕層次分明,個人只係略嫌甜品嘅咖啡味唔夠濃郁,或許唔用藍山咖啡其效果可更佳?!廚魔創辦嘅「鴨大哥」屬商場餐廳,開揚嘅大堂雖比較嘈雜,服務生更加係忙個不停,幸好招牌烤鴨及精選小菜質高美味,每人平均消費二百幾蚊黎講絕對可以接受。…Read More

這個星期已經是第二次食鴨了,初三剛吃過元朗的滷水鴨,今晚忍不住又走去吃全鴨宴(其實只有兩個餸)😂說穿了是因為‘鴨大哥’這個店名及門口的得意大鴨而想蠢蠢欲試這間餐廳!可惜上一次已經滿座。今次提前預定座位,結果滿意而歸☺️☺️!👄北京烤鴨ᴴᴷ$228(半隻)味道:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟爆燈原因是鴨皮香脆鬆化,帶薄薄一層油脂,令味道更油潤;夾上四色配料和淡淡甜酸烤醬能起點睛之用,更能突出鴨味香濃,同時帶點清新(蘿蔔、青瓜)和清甜(蜜瓜),味道更有層次感。另外,薄餅皮真的非常薄,但又有嚼勁;放在蒸籠中,下面有蠟燭暖著,就算天氣凍,皮都是暖暖的;每一塊薄餅中間都隔著一張紙,可以避免皮與皮痴住,把所有材料放入配備的薄餅皮內卷起來進食,讚👍🏻!吃得停不了口!鴨皮下面鋪滿鴨肉,本以為主角鴨皮好味,鴨肉只是配角不值一提,結果肉質一點不’粗鞋‘,肉味香濃,不錯吃喔!半隻鴨的鴨皮跟肉已經很多。四色配料,尤愛蜜瓜,它和鹹酥的鴨皮鴨肉意想不到的相配呢!一層薄餅皮,一層牛油汁,還有蠟燭🕯️熱著,很 貼心的設計。👄海鮮鴨湯泡飯ᴴᴷ$168味道:🌟🌟🌟🌟侍應端上一黑砂鍋,還未走到我們的桌子,已經香氣撲鼻了。p甫放上桌上,侍應就將一些如米粒大小的東西放入煲滾的鴨湯裡面!發出輕輕沙沙聲呢!一問之下,才知道這些是炸米。香脆的炸米配上軟綿的泡飯,口感很不錯!湯底有香濃的鴨味,配料也不馬虎,有蝦、冬菇片、鴨皮、鴨肉等,味道更鮮甜濃郁呢!黃金色的海鮮鴨湯泡飯,食完個人暖笠笠。滿足!…Read More

廚魔今個星期又開咗一間新嘅餐廳,呢一次係挑戰烤鴨, 所以我哋急不及待去試下。 餐廳 喺銅鑼灣時代廣場10樓。 地方都好寬敞,喺報紙介紹佢有一隻慢煮烤鴨,但係估唔到要預先訂嘅,所以迫於無奈同朋友只有叫咗普通嘅 北京烤鴨。 叫咗以下嘅食物:半分嘅北京烤鴨二食加法式炒鴨鬆。 半份烤鴨 大約每個人可以食到三塊, 烤鴨皮都好脆 ,唔係好油,不過我自問喺其他地方食過更好嘅烤鴨,所以更加期待下次叫佢哋嗰個招牌慢烤烤鴨。 法式炒鴨鬆出乎意料地好食因為有鴨肝非常嘢味, 值得推介!半分叉燒。 叉燒係厚切,每個人大約有兩舊,肉質鬆化,唔係全瘦,味道唔錯!海鮮鴨湯泡飯。 有好重嘅鴨湯鮮味,加上有蝦肉粒,小小芫茜,泡飯軟硬適中,唔錯!馬拉盞芥蘭炒豚肉。 炒得幾有鑊氣,芥蘭亦都好新鮮好嫩,水準唔錯嘅一個小炒。另外叫咗甜品, 藍山咖啡糕。(呢個甜品反而普普通通冇乜特別)楊之甘露,同芋頭西米露。(呢兩款雖然份量唔多但係,味道唔錯!)總括嚟講, 廚魔開嘅餐廳 ,水準都有番咁上下, 今次亦都冇例外, 但係可能因為啱啱開張,service 有啲混亂,同埋啲侍應唔係好清楚一啲基本嘅安排, 連部長都承認有啲踢曬腳。 要提醒大家,真係要order定佢哋嘅招牌烤鴨 因為每日限量發售。四個人埋單都未到一千蚊,個人覺得都好抵食 而且食物水準好高!期待下一次再嚟 encore 佢嗰隻招牌慢烤烤鴨!…Read More
