今日只係同朋友兩人一齊嚟食,所以只係叫咗半隻鴨同埋一個鴨肉泡飯。
烤鴨比想像中快上菜,落單後十分鐘內已經上枱,而餅皮有個酒精燈熱著,十分細心。鴨肉份量都幾足,兩個人食夠哂,餅皮好有咬口,味道唔錯。配料唔夠,例如青瓜、京蔥絲,可以叫Waitress refill。
而海鮮鴨湯泡飯好足料,啖啖都係鴨肉、蝦仁同埋帶子,再配上脆米(有一大兜!),口感好豐富!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
