元朗又新街的食店林立,有不同的料理可以選擇,有些還是小店來的喔!泰豪燒 - 主打串燒外,最吸引是有海鮮砂鍋粥可以訂位!座位看起來並沒有很多,但原來有隱蔽的樓上座位,環境還算不錯。下單的話用電話會比較方便,上餐的速度絕對要很有耐心才能接受。晚上7點半左右下單,最後9點半才全上好餐,不過也有一些食物下單最後沒供應。大部份的串燒店都只有單點,但這裡有2人至6人的套餐,價錢是$298-$798套餐包括海鮮砂鍋粥 + 自選海鮮﹐包括啤酒或汽水。當然亦能單點酒煩飲品喔!HOEGAARDEN ($68/大杯)我們有3個人,點了一個 二人套餐 ($298)可以自選兩款海鮮,除了奄仔蟹 (+$80),其他都無需額外收費。很大鍋,每人最少都可以吃到兩碗!粥底好綿,加了麻油更香。海鮮粥沒有腥味,還帶少許清甜。蟹肉都算多,還有蟹膏,每一啖都是精華呢另一款海鮮選的是爽滑彈牙的墨魚滑,份量不算很多。二人套餐的串燒可自選六款,除了雞軟骨看起來不太討喜,其他還很不錯。翠肉瓜郁有3片、五花腩燒得頗好,很香脆。雞中翼都是有3隻,而且都幾大隻,雞皮很脆,肉質嫩滑也多汁。最後兩串都選了燒海蝦,即使拆殼後還是覺得頗辣的。單點選了 一口甜薯 ($18) 正常的味道,就甜甜那樣子。汁燒牛舌 ($28/串) - 夠軟腍,很香很惹味;雞肉軟骨棒 ($16/串) - 很有咬口。本來有點羊架,但沒有了,幸好還有 孜然羊肉串 ($28) 微羶,孜然味濃。燒生蠔 ($128/半打) - 有兩款汁可配,還有需要加錢的芝味白醬。想選的特式檸汁沒了,就轉成超濃味蒜香汁,蠔也很肥美。…Read More

放工約咗人係元朗食飯,諗住好耐無食串燒,就發掘下附近有無咩串燒好食。-二人套餐 $298套餐包括海鮮砂鍋粥,可以自選揀2款海鮮、6款串燒同飲品,今次揀咗蜆同鮑魚,配一枝青島啤酒。海鮮砂鍋粥嘅海鮮份量真係值得一讚,鬧到底都仲有非常多嘅蜆同鮑魚粒,真係啖啖肉。粥嘅味道方面,有比較濃烈嘅薑味。另外加入咗馬蹄一齊煮,都幾特別。但個人認為粥底唔太夠鹹,如果鍾意食清淡嘅朋友應該會幾鍾意。6款串燒分別揀咗:雞中翼、雞肉、司華力腸、腸仔肥牛卷、五花腩、翠玉瓜。個人最欣賞係雞中翼同腸仔肥牛卷,雞中翼真係燒得好好,外脆內軟。而腸仔肥牛卷呢個肉+肉嘅配搭亦意外地不錯。因為覺得6款串燒應該唔太夠喉,所以另外叫多咗兩款燒物。-蒜香燒原條茄子 $38兩大條燒茄子好吸引,面層鋪滿蒜蓉粒,燒得金黃略脆。入口有好濃郁嘅蒜蓉香,略為可惜嘅係茄子鹹香唔太足夠。-極品一口和牛粒 $28和牛粒比較小巧,但口感都幾細嫩。…Read More

今晚約了閨蜜商議大事,最好有地方給我們慢慢聊,慢慢吃,個人挺喜歡這些時候吃串燒,因為不用一氣呵成把東西吃完,聊天也方便。最後我帶了閨蜜去又新街後巷的泰豪燒吃串燒,她說她住在附近也不知道有泰豪燒,平日都是在外街尋吃的。個人最推介泰豪燒的砂鍋粥二人套餐,可以一次過品嚐海鮮砂鍋粥及六款串燒,當然我們不只吃六串串燒那麼少,還追加數串,想吃就吃就是我們。期待已久的串燒上桌,瞬間吸引我們注意,瘋狂地拍照。這碟堆積如山的串燒其實包括一口甜薯,虎皮尖椒,冬菇,鹽燒豆卜,燒雞泡魚乾,五花腩,汁燒牛舌及汁燒白鱔,是不是很豐富?牛舌厚切足足有1cm,刷上醬汁炙火炭燒,香氣十足。如此厚切的汁燒牛舌一口咬下,那個口感,那個脆度,那個嚼勁,幸福感油然而生,美味度爆表。五花腩在燒烤時逼出多餘油脂,豬皮爽彈,腩肉外脆內嫩,宛如口感三重奏,令人意猶未盡。汁燒白鱔肉質細嫩無骨刺,魚皮焦脆,每一口都很享受。肥厚圓渾的冬菇有著鮮嫩多汁的滋味,同時帶有迷人的彈滑感,清新味美。虎皮尖脆嫩而不過於軟爛,毫不油膩,絲絲香辣,好不過癮。雞翼雞皮燒得金黃,呈現微酥的咬感,而內裡的雞肉仍保持細嫩感,肉汁豐腴,讓人回味無窮。燒雞泡魚乾可口極致,愈嚼愈香,愈吃愈涮嘴。一口甜薯每次必吃,綿密的自然甜美在味蕾間散開,給人簡單幸福的滿足。鹽燒豆卜一看便知它有多香脆,除嚐到豆卜原有的豆香,也吃到鹽燒的鹹香。海鮮砂鍋粥可自選兩款海鮮配料,今晚有蝦,蜆,蟶子,鱔魚,鮑魚,墨魚滑和桂花魚可選,款款海鮮均是我所喜愛,要我只選其二真煩惱,哈哈。海鮮砂鍋粥端上桌讓我們眼睛都忍不住發亮,用湯勺一撈,滿滿的蟶子跟鱔魚,份量真的給得超大方,視覺效果不錯,有吃過海鮮砂鍋粥的朋友們就會知道這粥有多超值。店員問我們是否要撒上蔥花和芫茜,那絕對要,使海鮮砂鍋粥更為香噴噴。鱔魚這天然風味,清爽鮮美,任誰人不愛? 這幾乎把鱔魚的精華熬煮進粥裡,愈吃愈順口,而且鱔魚的魚刺都處理好,吃得方便。肥美的蟶子肉富有彈性,吃起來頗有飽嘴感,鮮甜海味讓人吮指回味。來泰豪燒的話,別錯過這海上最強砂鍋粥。…Read More

這星期已經吃遍這小巷的美食,星期三晚就與媽媽去了吃泰豪燒,之前跟朋友吃過不錯,所以今次帶媽媽品嚐這裡的串燒和海鮮粥。如果想吃得實惠,我真的極力推介選二人套餐,因為套餐包括一大鍋海鮮砂鍋粥,自選六款串燒及啤酒一枝或汽水兩罐。海鮮砂鍋粥兩款海鮮配料我們選了蜆肉和白鱔,六款串燒則點了雞中翼,雞肉,五花腩,一口甜薯,燒極品一口和牛粒及汁燒白鱔,另外再額外加點菠蘿與翠玉瓜這些蔬果,總不能只吃肉那麼不健康吧。燒極品一口和牛粒將和牛分切成一口可吃,在串成一串放在火爐上燒至表面酥焦,約七分熟,香氣逼人的外表,一口咀嚼肉汁還瀰漫在嘴巴中,美味極了。一口甜薯綿密香甜,散發出自然的鮮美。說到白鱔,就會想起油脂豐富的魚類,當然汁白鱔吃得到它極鮮嫩彈牙的肉質,味道鮮而且在燒的過程讓油脂香味鎖在魚肉類,在品嚐時才在嘴裡飄散。五花腩色澤燒得恰到好處,最重要它不油膩,卻脆彈無比,我愛透極了。雞肉經熱火慢燒後發出滋滋作響的聲音,外層酥脆不膩味,讓人一咬下去就可以感受到雞肉的柔嫩,正是串燒燒功了得的證明。雞中翼同樣皮脆,原本的油脂都在燒時大量烤的逼出來,本身的油份幾乎絕跡,香料烤得入味,鹹鹹香香的。原條的翠玉瓜鋪滿濃香的蒜粒,當上桌時,那誘人的蒜味亳無保留在空氣中飄逸著,大口咬下翠玉瓜滿滿水分,新鮮健康看得見。菠蘿甜香滋味,既開胃解膩,又能當作天然的甜品吃,所以我蠻喜歡吃燒菠蘿。全晚的亮點海鮮砂鍋粥熱呼呼的隆重登場,店員打開鍋蓋,然黎撒上蔥花,把海鮮粥攪拌起來,最後替我們盛裝熱粥,超好服務。話說每鍋粥都是新鮮現熬,所以須時等候,不過對於美味的食物我不會計較這麼多。大大顆的蜆肉有夠吸睛,沒有煮得太老,太萎縮,口感超讚的。海鮮粥當然沒少白鱔的一份,份量非常彭湃,店家給得一點都不小氣。白鱔肥美彈牙,還很香甜,完全沒有煮到爛透,整個口感與滋味都十分惹我和媽媽喜愛,重點就是白鱔與蜆肉的精華會被熬煮出來到粥中,可以吃到這粥太幸福了。…Read More

夜晚同屋企人入元朗食飯,無諗過元朗有間甘正既即叫即燒即食店!餐廳分別有兩間連埋嘅鋪位,位置闊落,裝修有泰國特色!雖然等待需時⏳,但燒物新鮮好食,值得一等😋飲番杯啤酒等🍻我同爸爸見到Menu選擇都幾多,樣樣都想試吓!所以就叫咗二人餐啊!$298二人餐包括有海鮮砂鍋粥,6串自選串燒,再加啤酒或汽水!海鮮沙鍋粥揀咗兩款海鮮(墨魚滑&蜆) 雖說2人份量,但份量足以3-4人食用😝個粥真係勁大煲,我諗我哋每人食咗至少有四碗!🤤🤤🤤真係好食到停唔到口!好鮮甜,好足料!海鮮嘅份量佔成煲粥嘅一半!就咁睇粥面都睇到滿滿墨魚滑!食落滿是海鮮嘅鮮味! 甜!而且粥底係即叫即煮,粥煮得軟綿綿咁,唔同出邊一啲粥店預先煮好咗個粥底,再加食料(雞,海鮮)就上枱,食得出係用心製作嘅!所以就算等耐左少少都值得!跟餐有6串!我哋叫咗2份燒海蝦、一份燒菠蘿、一份肥牛腸仔、一份燒雞全翼、一份燒尖椒!燒海蝦燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾身,食落口好鮮甜,爽口得來帶點Juicy!燒菠蘿不過不失!可能係菠蘿本身唔夠香甜,所以相對地普通雞全翼燒烤火候剛剛好,肉質不老,依然多汁,皮脆肉嫩!另外尖椒都燒得唔錯,唔會好鹹,惹味!燒生蠔 - 唔會燒過龍,好鮮甜!少量蒜香味唔會掩蓋左生蠔嘅鮮味!係特別推介嘅👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我決定下次要叫返半打!特別推介嘅仲有蒜香原隻燒茄子 - 茄上充滿咗厚厚一層蒜蓉,燒得夠乾身,好香脆!茄子好比生多肉!食落口每啖都係肉好滿足!仲有我最愛嘅燒帆立貝燒得熱辣辣咁送上面前!忍唔住即刻要拗一口!都係果句調味料剛好唔會落得太泛濫👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻食到海鮮嘅鮮味!如果粒帆立貝大大粒啲就好啦😂😂😂串燒要燒得好食,都需要一啲時間,所以要有耐性!其實我都有唔耐煩嘅時候,又唔記得自己帶咗啲咩串燒,不過店員好和諧,仲好好幫我check有啲咩係叫咗未黎再幫我跟!仲有一個金髮齊陰小伙記,人仔細細都幾懂事,好有禮貌!元朗又有一間宵夜之選!…Read More
