星期六到郊外走走所以選了去屯門行山。行完山後體力耗盡,友人提議不如到屯門三聖吃海鮮,便選了這間泰國風味的海鮮餐廳。首先要喝湯暖下胃,這個海鮮湯充滿媽媽嘅味道。用了好多海鮮包括賴尿蝦,峴,魚,蕃茄同薯仔煲的,非常甜和香濃。之後就來個小食—泰皇芝心蝦丸。新鮮熱辣香脆,切開仲有流心的芝士,麵包糠炸得香脆,放了一會也不會很淋🥰之後終於到到期待的上湯焗龍蝦🦞,龍蝦的肉彈牙可口,每一啖都吸收上湯的精華,每一啖都入味🙂侍應推介了油鹽水煮蝴蝶蚌-的確蚌的外殼很像蝴蝶🦋,油鹽水煮法保留了蚌的原味,本人最喜歡這種煮法。再來是油鹽焗奄仔蟹,蟹膏多得不得了(尖叫)!!!做法把蟹的原味道都帶了出來,不用點任何醬汁亦都非常鮮味,吃到海鮮的新鮮。這個是我最期待的菜色-砵酒焗桶蠔。這是這一餐我最欣賞的食物,做法比較複雜,桶蠔有輕微煎過,完全吸收了砵洒的味道。請看看,桶蠔有多大隻🤗最後來一個總結-白酒忌廉煮花甲烏冬底。這絕對是一個值得加分的fusion菜,白酒味撲鼻,烏冬吸收了白酒忌廉的味道,花甲煮得剛好,為這餐畫上完美句號。…Read More

三聖邨是吃海鮮的好地方,既新鮮又好吃,所以間唔中會跟家人來吃大餐。今天到附近探望親友,親友推薦這餐廳,於是便相約一同到來這裡飯聚。位置在商場外面的一個獨立小屋。店員親切,還向我們推介當天新鮮的海鮮。油鹽水煮蝴蝶蚌形如其名,看起來跟蝴蝶🦋一樣。蚌用上鹽水煮,不用其他調味料,更能突顯蚌的鮮味。白酒忌廉煮花甲烏冬底,食物一到來便聞到很香的酒香,吃下去有很香很香的忌廉和很重的酒味甜味, 配搭起來十分香甜好吃。油鹽焗奄仔蟹老人家較喜歡鹽焗奄仔蟹,因為此煮法最能保留它的鮮味。奄仔蟹味道鮮甜,滿滿的蟹膏,肉實膏香😍啱晒蟹膏痴嘅我。砵酒焗桶蠔超大的桶蠔,肉質肥美,一來到各人都嘩一聲😍!外層焗到香脆,味道甜甜的帶著酒香又惹味,令人食到停不了口。上湯焗龍蝦🦞煮得剛剛好,味道鮮甜,口感有彈性泰皇芝心蝦丸,招牌菜之一,形狀超大。蝦丸用上一粒粒麵包皮包着,切開來滿滿的芝士醬流出來。吃下去有多種層次和驚喜,不但外面炸得香脆,裏面的蝦丸十分彈牙,還有有香濃芝士醬海鮮湯十分足料,而且魚味重。每一道菜份量十足又新鮮價錢合理可以encore…Read More

星期六下午同朋友一大班人食飯,話有間屯門海鮮唔錯,心諗去到咁遠食?!不過食完覺得非常值得!下面就係果日嗌既餸:白灼九節蝦聽佢介紹唔係度度食到九節蝦,一場黎到就試下。佢既肉好爽脆,非一般,加埋食蝦必需之物辣醬油,係唔錯,值得一試。薑蔥鮑魚煲平時好少食鮑魚,因為唔覺有咩好食,但朋友叫左,試過後,因正係配料!大廚應該用呢個煮法煮咩都好食。鮑魚未食曬,薑蔥已經就快無曬。豉椒蟶子皇配煎米粉底煎米粉係第一次食,幾得意,都幾好食。野味食法,加埋淺味既米粉底中和,唔錯既菜式。大大條蟶子係有驚喜。海鮮湯清甜鮮香,無落味精,完全係用海鮮既原味煮出黎。如果食左D濃味菜式,一定要叫呢個黎飲,推介!白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬就咁睇個樣以為同一般忌廉烏冬無分別,一食落去,一股濃烈酒香出曬黎!雖然有忌廉,但呢道菜食極都唔會膩,正。必食豬扒聽個名都覺得串過人,一咬落去果種鬆軟就明點解係必食,的確同一般豬扒唔同。除咗有咬口,味道都一流。泰王芝心蝦丸呢個蝦丸真係無得頂,大大粒蝦丸包住融化咗既芝士,大啖到唔可以一口食曬。芝士味超濃郁,一人一粒剛剛好。砵酒焗筒蠔平時都食開生蠔,好少會食熟蠔,但呢道菜完全無令人失望。比酒焗完後,啲鮮位出曬黎,仲有洋蔥癖走蠔本身既腥味,送飯一流。蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝啖啖元貝肉,因為本身好鍾意食蒜蓉,一聞就比香味吸引。記得要趁熱食先正。蒜蓉炒豆苗其他人可能會覺得豆苗無咩特別,但喜愛吃菜的我會覺得呢味餸簡直係福音,健康得黎又平衡下味覺,話曬食咁多海鮮都會悶悶地。…Read More

好耐無同呢班朋友食飯了,想食海鮮但唔想太貴,決定去比西貢及鯉魚門便宜的屯門三聖邨,去得三聖,當然選擇去泰海鮮,一行八人,當然訂返間房坐得舒服啲,記得訂房但唔記得訂炸子鷄。首先去三聖海鮮街揀了一些海鮮,有龍蝦、鮑魚、大扇貝、花甲、桶蠔、奄仔蟹、海鮮湯料,再由店員帶同海鮮一同到泰海鮮俾侍應,再秤斤両後向侍應講其煮法或由侍應介紹烹調方式。除買了海鮮加工外,另響泰海鮮點了一些網上推介的名物,本身想點炸子鷄,但唔記得要預訂,於是點了必食豬扒($96)、黃金鮮魷($108,餐牌無的,問咗師傅今晚無咁忙,專登做俾我哋食的),蒜蓉炒菜心,另外6樣加工海鮮同海鮮湯。必食豬扒先出場,眼看無乜特別,但咬落去好淋身又夠入味,洋蔥炒得好夠香,魚仔又夠脆香,剩低嘅洋蔥同魚仔用嚟撈飯食。黃金鮮魷,睇到係用好多鹹蛋黃去煮的,鮮魷夠嫩又彈牙,配上黃金鹹蛋黃去煮,非常邪惡。白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬,呢味又係名物,白酒忌廉夠香滑,配上彈牙烏冬一流,花甲沒有煮得過熟,剩咗嘅汁又可以撈飯。酥炸桶蠔,大大隻桶蠔,外面金黃香脆,裏面剛剛熟,百感交集。海鮮湯,睇到湯渣有雜魚、瀨尿蝦、沙白蜆、番茄薯仔湯,啲瀨尿蝦仲好鮮甜肉嫩,有咁多料一齊煲,點會唔好飲?蒜蓉炒菜心,菜心夠爽脆。薑蔥鮑魚煲,呢煲重點係薑蔥,爆得夠香夠惹味,點之我享受薑蔥之餘,有人連我隻鮑魚都食埋,食咗兩隻鮑魚嘅佢話啲鮑魚夠入味而且煙韌彈牙,還返隻鮑魚俾我呀?蒜蓉粉絲蒸大扇貝,隻大扇貝真係比平時啲大隻同厚身好多,成塊扇貝扒咁,直頭要用刀叉食,肉嫩鮮甜,配上蒜蓉粉絲一齊食,味道更出。鹽油焗奄仔蟹,有4隻,一人半隻,仍然好爆膏,正。芝士焗龍蝦配炒飯底,通常芝士焗龍蝦都配伊麵,但其實配炒飯底都好好食,芝士黐滿飯粒,又香口又邪惡,龍蝦肉厚彈牙,居然食哂啲飯而剩返少少龍蝦。關財記海鮮買咗約$1,600,而泰海鮮張單加埋茶芥、汽水啤酒、白飯約$2,000,不過唔坐房會平啲,一人$450左右,抵食。…Read More

由於,端午節那天早上,媽咪跟朋友們,到屯門碼頭睇龍舟競渡! 她見屯門碼頭一帶環境不錯!便打算下一個星期日,帶我行吓!在兩星期前的星期日,恰巧!當天約了一班朋友到屯門三聖商場 <泰海鮮> 來一頓豐富海鮮午餐! 早上跟媽咪行屯門碼頭及海濱花園,來屯門半天遊!<泰海鮮> 附近是海鮮街,雖然當天烈日當空,但是食飽飽尚有充裕時間可到訪!如果有時間,可以行吓青山灣海濱長廊,當時又熱又曬!我到此一遊(前段)影相!聽聞可以行到屯門黃金海岸!海鮮街外的海邊有好多魚船停泊,這裏是一個避風塘!當日,由朋友先到海鮮檔「關財記」選購生猛海鮮,拿去價格實惠的 <泰海鮮> 加工煮,真是麻煩了他!並由他發辦點菜!*另外,加工費方面,房間價每兩+$1)泰皇芝心蝦丸 $78/3粒 (每加一粒 $28)炸至金黃色香脆的外層,輕輕咬開彈牙的蝦膠,香濃的流心芝士隨即流下來! 口感層次豐富!豉椒蟶子皇 $108 以豉椒洋蔥爆香烹調蟶子皇,惹味的醬汁把本身鮮味的蟶子皇,有效提升其鮮甜味!火喉恰到好處,保持帶嚼勁的口感,教人回味!海鮮湯 (每位 $20, 兩位起)以雜魚、蝦、沙白蜆煲蕃茄薯仔湯,相當足料!散發鮮香的海鮮湯,滿載鮮味!而且少油!令人安心喝!砵酒焗桶蠔 $124以砵酒焗桶蠔,表面被醬汁包圍,變成深褐色,桶蠔的賣相完全面目全非! 大大隻的桶蠔已熟,外層略帶酒香微脆濃味,正好鎖住水份,依然保持鮮味嫩滑!薑蔥鮑魚煲 $100 以薑蔥煮鮑魚,香氣十足!兩者口味好夾!鮑魚大隻又厚身,彈牙又鮮味!用上煲盛載,就算我是最後一個夾,仍是熱辣辣的!芝士焗龍蝦配炒飯底 $283轉用炒飯底,代替伊麵底;炒飯本身炒香之餘,還吸收了芝士醬汁及龍蝦鮮美的精華! 加上伊麵是油炸,炒飯炒得乾身而粒粒分明!感覺上,比前者少了一份油膩感及膩滯感!與鮮爽彈牙的龍蝦同食,簡直滋味到一個點呀! 不容錯過!…Read More

是日跟友人來到了三聖嘆海鮮,姐我戒牛也不好肉,唯有菜和海鮮才是每天要吃到的,於是滿心歡喜的跟著友人們在三聖海鮮街選海鮮、討論烹調方法等等。先上的是花甲白汁煮烏冬,由於白酒忌廉汁味道太過霸道了,很可惜蓋過了花甲的鮮味,又幸好烏冬與白汁出奇地配合,所以結論是白汁煮烏冬是出色的。接著上菜的是花竹蝦刺身,為什麼冷盤不是頭一道菜呢但真要讚賞這花竹蝦肉爽鮮甜(主要是讚好海鮮店的來貨),配上酒家自家製的醬汁OISHII冷盤過後又是熱盤湯品,湯料十足包括魚、蜆、瀨尿蝦、番茄薯仔底,鮮味到不得了的啊~~~ 番茄薯仔底是店家推介的,搭配度高達90%,姐我都喝了兩碗呢。其實之前從沒想過會直接將那麼一大袋的海鮮直接煲湯的,因為始終是有點浪費的感覺,於是我們都不由自主地吃起「湯渣」來,還是津津有味地吃這個是薑蔥鮑魚香噴噴的,好吸引啊。果皮蒸鮑魚吃得太多有點厭悶了,而這個惹味有鑊氣,妹仔肚的還可以吃下那些又大又甜的蔥,也很入味的啊!去年秋天並沒有吃到季節限定的大閘蟹,於是我們來個羔蟹解千仇...  鹽油焗奄仔蟹,啖啖都係羔啊(也是賣家出品優良的原故啦),雖然每年農曆七、八月才是奄仔蟹的當造期,但這天吃到的也還不錯啊,而且這個鹹中帶鮮甜,個人認為如非其膽固醇奇高,我們每人可以吃到1-2只。酒家環境一般般啦,但煮功及此價錢絕對是值得一試的…Read More
