上網見咁多人介紹啲間任食A5和牛,今日終於可以一試啦!我哋book左12:30早場,諗住一開門幫襯佢嘅食材會係最充足同最新鮮。間店其實非常細,只有十幾張枱,好快就full左了,好在預早book定同早來。可惜佢已經冇果個豆乳玫瑰拉絲芝士鍋,不過唔緊要都仲有台灣麻辣火山鍋,都係打卡必備!台灣麻辣火山鍋 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻唔太辣,用冬瓜肉做火山再鋪滿A5和牛,然後加上麻辣湯底,夠晒gimmick!麻辣湯底比想像中好,唔算辣易入口,之後冬瓜淋左入晒味都好好食。海鮮拼盤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻有海蝦同北海道大元貝(可惜冇牡蠣🦪😩),元貝大大隻而且夠新鮮,先淋上玫瑰酒再點火,之後冚蓋焗10分鐘,開蓋一陣香噴噴嘅味道,非常好味🤤A5 黑毛和牛 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻和牛其實睇個樣都知靚唔靚,唔洗多講自己睇圖😈。出面食一碟A5和牛幾塊薄片都起碼過百蚊,我哋總共叫左12碟,淨係食牛都已經回本有突,好難想像佢可以點樣控制到成本,唔通自家牧場真係差咁遠?今日有提供7款牛,推薦嘅次序:牛小排>特上霜降小排>上肩胛肉>肩胛梅花>牛前胸>千本筋>牛頸脊佢仲有好多唔同款式嘅火鍋配料同小食,我就唔再詳細介紹了,必食嘅就一定要試佢手打蝦滑/墨魚滑見網上食評都好兩極化,我大概都明白固中原因。更好嘅產品,都需要其他配套設施去配合,我覺得啲間店絕對有好大好大嘅進步空間。先講優點:- A5黑毛和牛絕對係高質,厚薄適中,賣相得體,解凍都做得啱啱好,唔會太冰亦唔會變血水- 火鍋湯底夠噱頭,打卡得黎既實際又好味- 有多款火鍋配料和小食選擇,而且有質素- 雖然限時2小時,但如果冇客佢唔會趕你走(我哋最後食左3小時有多🤓)- 員工有禮貌好可惜缺點都有勁多,而主要都係經營上嘅問題,導致有咁多劣評,希望店主可以盡早改善:- 貨源供應不穩定。有好多食材都係冇供應,比較嚴重嘅有牡蠣、玉子後腰肉、豆乳玫瑰拉絲芝士鍋,啲啲都算係主打嘅食材,放題店未能供應係有不妥,而且最大問題係佢唔會同你講…其次嘅有響鈴、豬皮、沙冰、奶茶,都係冇供應。- 員工甩漏嚴重,正常一開始會來一round A5和牛各款一碟,仲有個雀籠拼盤,但員工竟然係可以skip左,去到其中一個員工見我哋食完海洋拼盤,得番個鍋張枱空空如也嘅時候,先問我哋有冇點食物,才發現原來忘記左上頭盤。- 部分食材已變壞。當我哋叫佢補番個雀籠,佢就立即補番比我哋,但發現果六粒丸係已變壞,肉丸有酸味,蝦/墨魚丸肉質已變霉開始有臭海鮮味,相信係在室温環境已放左一段長時間。- 我哋被安排坐在2人面壁位,冷氣唔夠,食到出晒汗總結:高質A5黑毛和牛任食,又有gimmick嘅火鍋,$450 有找去邊度揾。如果係牛魔王會十分十分滿足。如果改善一下經營模式,應該可以客似雲來。食物:❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️環境:❇️❇️❇️服務:❇️❇️價錢:❇️❇️❇️❇️翻兜指數:❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️…Read More
