千賀係食磯燒水產同放題,睇落幾吸引,成日行過都想試,今晚就試下先。呢度供應嘅放題限時2小時,任飲任食,可以任飲somersby蘋果酒添。餐廳環境唔錯,為配合磯燒,設置左抽氣嘅設備,食完都唔會一陣油煙味。有自助吧,供應沙律、壽司,涼拌小食,熱盤方面有炸薯角,同埋多款嘅雪糕同甜品,最吸引嘅係有個candy corner,可以俾人夾包小糖果走,小朋友見到真係超級開心。食品方面,有刺身、壽司、天婦羅及燒物等等選擇,種類都幾多。刺身我地order左三文魚、甜蝦、鮑片,非常新鮮。另外壽司就先叫左鰻魚同火炙蒜蓉三文魚壽司黎試下,件件都又大又厚 ,三文魚配蒜蓉原來都幾夾,我地再encore左。天婦羅,炸得好香脆。牛肉豆腐鍋,豬推薦呢個,豆腐好滑,牛肉又多,另外有娃娃菜做底,味道唔錯。芝士忌廉焗帆立貝,熱辣辣,好香忌廉味,帆立貝算大粒,又係再encore左一次。主角出場!每枱都有備有燒烤爐,2-4人共用一個,入座後店員會簡單介紹燒烤方法,磯燒新手就唔怕無從入手啦。海鮮供應分兩類,會先黎一個海鮮拼盤,唔夠嘅話都仲可以再叫,但有d會收費,所以可以望清楚。海鮮上枱時仍然生猛,好正!任食海鮮有大蜆、青口、海蝦等,雖然種類唔算多,但水產質素甚高。店員同我地講,燒海鮮唔洗加太多調味,燒烤時,可以加d稀釋左嘅清酒,有降溫功效,避免燒燶爆殼之餘,亦可以令水產提升鮮味。 海鮮以外,亦有牛油粟米、金菇、菠蘿等燒。最後食埋甜品就大滿足,個肚又漲卜卜喇,係時候散步行返屋企喇…Read More

窩夫之前跟好友們光顧過銅鑼灣的千賀水產の鮮鍋道場,印象不錯,日前便跟蝦子餅試試主打磯燒的千賀水產,星期六下午五時入座七時離座,成人收費每位198元。第一輪落單不用點磯燒海鮮,餐廳會先為客人準備海鮮拼盤。餐廳在落單紙上教客人怎樣燒海鮮,十分細心。桌上有清酒、鹽和七味粉讓客人自己調味。蝦子餅依照指示細心地燒扇貝,火喉控制得很好。其實不加任何調味來燒海鮮,吃它的原汁原味也不錯,最重要是海鮮夠新鮮。飲品方面,竟然可以任飲西柚橙味的Hoegaarden Radler。第一次試這韓國牌子的白桃梳打和提子梳打,味道不錯。刺身的選擇共有11款,窩夫與蝦子餅點了三文魚、油甘魚、甜蝦、榮螺片、北海道帶子和馬刀貝等,全部都很新鮮,窩夫特別喜歡北海道帶子和馬刀貝。網燒牛扒和燒牛舌叫人有點失望,不吃也沒有損失。第二輪的刺身,三文魚比之前那些更肥美呢。這些是可以任點任食的磯燒海鮮,當然不能跟海鮮拼盤相提並論。千賀焗黃金蠔和芝士黃金焗扇貝的水準不俗。燒過的溫室菠蘿特別多汁特別甜,牛油香菌和牛油粟米可以補充一下纖維素。壓軸有蟹皇海膽粥,將蟹膏、海膽和飯等所有材料放進清湯裡,煮滾後再加入雞蛋拌勻即可。蟹皇海膽粥是驚喜之作,值得一試。窩夫的胃放不下自助甜品櫃裡的水果、啫喱和泡芙等。窩夫只吃了一支充滿童年回憶的「古力樂」雪條當飯後甜品,蝦子餅則吃了一支蜜瓜雪條。…Read More

見到新開張嗱嗱琳去幫襯,因為通常新開大件夾抵食,大約6點都已經坐滿9成客燒海鮮咁嘅價錢唔係貴刺身試左甜蝦有殼果種都可以,榮螺新鮮有鮮味,象拔蚌就唔知自己食緊咩,帶子夠厚肉鮮甜但切得太細粒無口感霜燒牛肉壽司普普通通無油脂香味,焗天火蠔得沙律醬連芝士都小蠔細粒到搵唔到,露荀牛肉卷肥牛好重牛味油脂好香露荀夠嫩,雖然未身無味道但加燒汁後好好味雞軟骨炸得好脆唔油膩,豬頸肉不試無可惜,燒牛舌夠林但唔係爽口果種,係大牛舌一絲絲肉嘅感覺,但咸咸香香感覺都唔差吉列蝦蟹卷炸粉比較厚,軟殼蟹卷比較好大蝦size超勁但肉唔新鮮梅梅地剪走晒蝦腸都成口沙,甲羅燒無鮮甜味,珍寶蠔睇唔出有幾珍寶完全無味肉質又梅扇貝比較細粒但都可以,提議群邊唔好食好多沙,聖子唔食都冇損失,蟹蓋殼好簿放上爐後蛋已經係咁滴中間有個洞仔,陪均後食唔出鮮味未食過咁辣嘅清酒蜆,照舊無鮮味無清酒味,海蜆比較有鮮味細細隻好食,蟹肩燒起好香但肉痴晒殼食唔到,迷你尤魚筒肉簿林身,特別但唔好食牛油蛋就係一舊牛油一舊蛋燒熟食,但好香好滑蟹膏粥好玩但唔好食又淡又無香味,而且問店員攞匙子時叫攞埋碗,只俾多個碟你食勁搞笑藍梅益力多味冰球好得意,味道唔重但唔會太甜,提早攞等一陣先食唔係會牙都爆總結:啤酒種類吸引2個半鐘時間吹水食小食唔錯地方,但如想食海鮮就去錯地方,雖然提供好足但因溶雪關係件件無味,而且太部分有沙,但只想回本就一定得燒爐俾想像中夠力,食物好快熟…Read More
