星期六到郊外走走所以選了去屯門行山。行完山後體力耗盡,友人提議不如到屯門三聖吃海鮮,便選了這間泰國風味的海鮮餐廳。首先要喝湯暖下胃,這個海鮮湯充滿媽媽嘅味道。用了好多海鮮包括賴尿蝦,峴,魚,蕃茄同薯仔煲的,非常甜和香濃。之後就來個小食—泰皇芝心蝦丸。新鮮熱辣香脆,切開仲有流心的芝士,麵包糠炸得香脆,放了一會也不會很淋🥰之後終於到到期待的上湯焗龍蝦🦞,龍蝦的肉彈牙可口,每一啖都吸收上湯的精華,每一啖都入味🙂侍應推介了油鹽水煮蝴蝶蚌-的確蚌的外殼很像蝴蝶🦋,油鹽水煮法保留了蚌的原味,本人最喜歡這種煮法。再來是油鹽焗奄仔蟹,蟹膏多得不得了(尖叫)!!!做法把蟹的原味道都帶了出來,不用點任何醬汁亦都非常鮮味,吃到海鮮的新鮮。這個是我最期待的菜色-砵酒焗桶蠔。這是這一餐我最欣賞的食物,做法比較複雜,桶蠔有輕微煎過,完全吸收了砵洒的味道。請看看,桶蠔有多大隻🤗最後來一個總結-白酒忌廉煮花甲烏冬底。這絕對是一個值得加分的fusion菜,白酒味撲鼻,烏冬吸收了白酒忌廉的味道,花甲煮得剛好,為這餐畫上完美句號。…Read More

距離上次去三聖吃新鮮海鮮已經是好幾年前了!一連3天的假期,第一天就跟朋友去屯門三聖食海鮮🦞點解話泰式風味!?因為他們的冬蔭公湯煮花甲好好味,不比泰國差喔材料豐富,味道又不會太辣,很適合香港人口味呢薑蔥鮑魚煲鮑魚煮得剛剛好,所以食落好彈牙,醬汁也很適合配飯呢!接下來2道菜是給芝士控的推介喔青山灣焗龍蝦在龍蝦🦞表面釀了厚厚一層的芝士雖然我不太好芝士,但芝士跟龍蝦一拼食的口味又幾得意喎!泰皇芝心蝦丸表層是麵包糠,食落很鬆脆可口咬一口蝦丸就會有香濃流心的芝士流出來芝士控一定喜歡💕豉椒蟶子皇米粉底這可以說是經典小炒吧!將米粉餅搭配蟶子和豉椒汁一拼食米粉底雖然偏硬,但卻吸收了豉椒汁的蟶子的鮮味而且蟶子超大隻呢~另外,用米粉做餅底感覺蠻新鮮的辣羔炒肉蟹我覺得味道帶有一點點的冬蔭公味,但不會很辣啦最後又點少得酥炸桶蠔呢這可以說是我們食海鮮都必點的食物除了香脆可口之外,今次的桶蠔仲好大隻好肥美「泰海鮮」對屯門區的朋友來說交通很方便在屯門西鐵站坐505號輕鐵去兆康總站落車徒步約5分鐘就會見到,有興趣的朋友不仿試下…Read More

身為屯門友,平時去三聖食海鮮都係去冬菇亭果兩間食,今次跟朋友去咗呢道食,感覺好ydhmlm鮮。首先我成日以為泰海鮮係以泰菜為主,原來佢地都有我抦供傳統中式做法,但亦可選擇一啲新派做法。第一味上枱嘅係白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬底。做法好新鮮,味道出奇地夾,而且忌廉味超級看濃,花甲又煮得剛剛好,一試難忘。跟住下一味就係豉椒聖子皇,佢配埋個好似煎麵咁既米粉底,啲米粉剛好吸哂聖子既鮮味同埋豉椒嘅香味,好快又清碟。呢味係青山灣焗龍蝦,喺龍蝦表面沾咗啲趣粉同饟咗啲芝子,又趣又香。我地勝在夠人多,叫咗兩個食法,呢個係上湯焗龍蝦,熟嘅程度剛剛好,因為香港好多餐廳整龍蝦都會熟過籠,佢就整到剛剛好,值得一讚。再黎就係香芧瀨尿蝦,好惹味,有香芧嘅香味但無蓋過啲蝦本身嘅鮮味呢樣係店員推介的泰皇芝心蝦丸。佢並唔係平時去飲果啲質素,首先,啲肉明顯係鮮蝦肉,唔係又豬肉又麵粉撈埋一粒就話係蝦丸。仲有,佢個心真係有香濃嘅芝士。同埋最特別既係佢外面啲趣趣係蝦多士果種趣趣,所以非常鬆趣,又唔滯口。咖喱炒蟹,隱陣之作薑蒽鮑魚煲,鮑魚煮到啱啱好,無過火,因為好多中餐廳都一定會煮到啲鮑魚過哂火好似食橡膠咁,呢道做得相當好最後真係要提提個湯,佢好濃同好creamy, 湯好味就固之然啦,但仲有個重點係湯渣嘅薯仔,有我哂海鮮嘅鮮味,係超超超級好味。總括黎講,呢道做法比平時食開嘅突出,同埋最重要佢咁多樣海鮮都煮到啱啱好熟到最好嘅程度。因為好多時中式煮法都會偏向煮到過熟,但呢道係控制得好好。下次去三聖要一定再黎了。…Read More

雖然米芝蓮係飲食指南,不過佢哋鬼佬嘛,講到香港菜,真係識條鐵咩。生抽皇黃秋生就唔同,雖則佢都係半個鬼佬,但最少係香港土生土長,佢話好食嘅,我信嫁。早排見到佢去屯門食海鮮食得咁開心,梗係跟,做唔成影帝都可以食影帝餐嘅﹗餐廳就酒樓格局,無咩特別,最多就係坐房同坐大廳有唔同收費。平時食飯就頭痕揀咩食,今次簡單,黃秋生食咩我食咩,唔夠飽就搵伙記推介,完全係思想殘廢餐。唯一要揀嘅,咪汽水定啤酒囉,畀我見到佢哋係玻璃樽版本,一定係飲汽水,啲氣「鋸」好多~影帝餐第一道係白酒忌廉煮花甲烏冬,花甲係啲肉係飽滿到貼邊而唔係空殼公司,抵食吖,同埋就算有忌廉汁係度都食得出隻花甲嘅清甜。作為好酒之人我當然希望白酒味再濃啲,不過食得出白酒嘅香味已經好夠。而忌廉就比平時食西餐嘅白酒忌廉黃身同多幾份甜味,量多但唔係水汪汪,就算攤凍咗入口都唔會好膩。烏冬本來無太大期望,又估唔到佢食落夠滑溜,口感唔會過鬆散或太結實,唔係我買開十蚊幾包果種純醫肚Cheap貨。泰皇芝心蝦丸就係成粒手榴彈咁嘅炸芝士蝦丸,香脆嘅麵包粒食落去無油膉味,裡頭包住嘅蝦丸亦彈牙唔係一口麵粉,而且仲有個一咬就爆嘅芝心,除咗要小心啲芝士係口裡面爆出嚟,仲要注意唔好畀滾熱辣嘅芝士顏射哦~雖然佢係一碗蕃茄薯仔海鮮湯,但並唔係橙紅色,呢碗湯都應該係我人生中最貴嘅蕃茄薯仔湯喇,佢係用咗瀨尿蝦同沙白去煮,真係一聽就知佢鮮味。飲落就好老實,蕃茄味唔重,海鮮嘅鹹鮮味比較明顯,咁嚟得呢頭食飯海鮮先係主角嘛。飲完湯梗要食埋湯渣,可以見到十隻八隻瀨尿蝦隊落去煲,真材實料嫁﹗薑蔥鮑魚煲聽個名好似晒咗隻鮑魚,不過佢地係用鮮鮑魚而唔係乾鮑,而鮮鮑味道其實幾淡,配薑蔥簡簡單單就相當好。呢個薑蔥鮑魚,爆香咗大量薑蔥蒜,再加埋強勁嘅鑊氣,淡味都升級成惹味。而且鮑魚夠大隻又夠嚼頭,真係唔會比乾鮑輸蝕。蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝雖然屋企有時都會整,不過屋村街市仔要又大又靚嘅元貝唔容易,既然呢度有大隻元貝,梗係唔可以錯過。個元貝殼大過我隻手,肉就有掌心咁大,咁大粒元貝真係可以話係肚滿腸肥,食落啖啖肉又唔會黐殼,加埋蒜香粉絲真係無敵組合。呢度嘅招牌菜焗芝士龍蝦呢個無理由唔食啦,我要了解吓咩叫做有芝士香無芝士臭嘅芝士。睇報導話用咗三種芝士,小弟不才唔會食唔到係邊三隻,不過有芝士無拉絲,應該都無水牛芝士。首先由個頭開始食,啲芝士味確實香濃,同埋食落去面頭微脆裡面就似蛋糕咁軟熟,幾有趣而且我鍾意。焗過嘅龍蝦肉並無焗過龍,口感唔韌而且有肉汁,扯起成舊龍蝦肉然後好似雞髀咁一啖咬落去,真係好爽。食完終於明咩叫有香無臭嘅芝士,應該係指佢無芝士果種奶膻味--雖則本人係連羊奶羶都唔怕。雖然食咗好多海鮮,但係見秋生哥食過鹽油焗奄仔蟹,一場嚟到唔嗌又好似可惜咗啲。望住啲蟹黃漏出嚟咁款,梗係一啖啜落去阿黃度。阿黃同大閘蟹黃其實幾相似,味道一樣都係鹹中帶甜。呢隻奄仔蟹嘅蟹肉明顯比大閘蟹肉厚紥實,唔似大閘蟹食完個黃就無肉食,同埋唔使等咩九圓十尖一年一造咁悽涼,幾時都有得食。食海鮮,最緊要食得夠鮮,有咩鮮得過係海邊食先?再加埋有影帝加持,個朵夠響嘢食夠鮮,值得食啦。…Read More

係週末既晚上, 朋友們即興來個海鮮飯聚~~一致決定入屯門三聖村!!!今次係我第一次黎呢度食海鮮丫, 平時都係會去西貢食;問左住屯門既朋友 佢地介紹我地去 "關財記" 買海鮮, 再拎黎"泰海鮮" 處理同加工"*首先叫左個小食:泰皇芝心蝦丸 (HK$78/3粒)呢度菜係呢度出名既小食, 個個都必點之選;見到每粒都好大粒, 仲炸到好脆且冇乜油膩感~~外層係麵面粒包住芝心蝦丸去炸~~熱辣辣咁上台, 食個時記得要分開一半先食;因為D 芝士流出黎個陣會辣到口架!!!!香口既炸蝦丸又唔油膩, 蝦丸又彈牙, 唔怪之得個個都點~~用黎佐酒都唔錯"*喜歡食蝦既我, 很可惜累天沒有九節蝦;所以就買左花竹蝦黎白灼~~新鮮既蝦白灼完就咁食都好鮮甜, 唔駛蘸豉油都冇問題!!!花竹蝦都幾大隻, 啖啖肉, 正丫"*.另外仲點左小菜比小朋友食~~酸甜既鳳梨鮮排骨就最合佢地口胃啦!!排骨炸得剛好, 內裡鬆化, 加埋酸酸甜甜既醬汁及菠蘿;真係令人好開胃, 送飯一流丫~~每次食飯都會點個湯黎飲, 今次就叫左海鮮湯~~其實係番茄薯仔湯再加入不同海鮮, 包括雜魚、瀨尿蝦、沙白蜆等等....飲落好清甜, 就似魚湯般, 完全唔油膩, 真係可以飲多幾碗!! 另一味又係我喜歡既油鹽水貴妃蚌"*呢度一斤多既貴妃蚌, 用油鹽水整法就可以突出佢既鮮味!!!雖然唔算好大食, 但係挺肥美的, 絕對係鮮味取勝~~最後我地仲買左鮑魚~~今次唔用陳皮黎蒸, 係以薑蔥黎整鮑魚煲!!!熱辣辣既沙煲可以keep 住鮑魚既熱度;鮑魚好腍好入味, 邊位仲帶點脆脆的, 十分惹味"*泰海鮮既加工費用都唔貴, 而且仲有好多款式可以揀~~難怪咁多人都黎呢間食, 朋友真係冇介紹錯!!…Read More
