自從友人新婚後都有一段時間冇見過面,婚後搬左去元朗住,所以今日搵埋個朋友一行四人喺呢邊短聚食個午飯。揀左呢間近近地西鐵站嘅泰國菜,印象中我之前晚市都食過一次,而且都覺得幾好食,不時都見到唔少人等位。週六接近下午茶時間,人流都幾多,不過餐廳都幾多位,我地唔需要等候就入座餐牌選擇豐富,午市其實都係五十零蚊。不過我地幾個都餓左成朝,揀黎揀去最終揀左個四人餐,幾抵食!有小食、沙律、湯、軟殼蟹、雞、炒菜、飯麵、甜品,飲品可以半價換購,連埋四杯飲品人均二百蚊,十分划算。泰式小食五味拼盤/小有炸蝦餅、炸魚餅、南瓜粟米餅、香葉包雞、春卷,因為係細拼盤啦,並唔係人頭份量。蝦餅、魚餅即時炸起,十分彈牙,口感唔會霉。南瓜粟米餅嘅份量最多,食落香脆。春卷細細條,沾少少酸辣醬,好啱我胃口泰式酸辣鳳爪前菜分別有酸辣鳳爪、肉碎生菜包、木瓜沙律三選一,我地揀左鳳爪。好多時食酸辣鳳爪都有個問題,唔夠酸又唔夠辣,呢間嘅鳳爪做得唔錯,調味恰當,食落又爽又開胃冬蔭公湯/小湯品方面有冬蔭公、椰汁雞湯、肉碎粉絲湯三選一,我地揀左冬蔭公湯。估唔到「小」份量都幾多,四個人一人都有一碗多啲,而且裡面都幾足料,除左香茅、菇菌外,仲有一隻大蝦,而且已經開邊挑腸,食落啖啖肉招牌咖喱軟殼蟹(附送蒜蓉包/印度油鬆餅)之所以覺得呢個餐抵食就咁解,又有湯飯、菜、仲有軟殼蟹配埋蒜蓉包,星期一至五晚市都有供應呢個餐。軟殼蟹都幾大隻,入口香脆,加有咖喱、彩椒去煮,幾惹味,醬底偏稠身,方便沾上蒜蓉包食用。蒜蓉包磚塊形狀,都算係呢度嘅招牌,一人一塊,又香又脆,配合咖喱汁一流。無骨海南雞/例牌如果唔喜歡食雞,可揀無骨豬手半隻。雞件相當好肉地,雞皮比較肥膩少少,雞肉嫩滑冇骨,方便食用,沾埋醬汁酸酸甜甜,真係想撈個飯食。馬拉盞炒通菜(可選芥蘭/雜菜)我地幾個不停食不停食,去到炒菜呢步其實已經飽到上心口,哈哈,但諗起仲有個炒粉,真係你眼望我眼,好豐富嘅午餐。馬拉盞炒夠惹味,而且都唔會好油淋淋。泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉唔食金邊粉可以揀香辣肉碎炒飯/河,如果點個飯撈埋啲咖喱醬又係正。金邊粉份量多,完全係食唔哂,因為即時炒起,其實熱辣辣應該幾好食,不過調味爭啲,我同友人都覺得淡左少少(可能我地重口味啦)。精美甜品甜品係椰汁糕同大菜糕,個人就勁鐘意食椰汁糕,好香椰味,而且甜度唔高,裡面又有西米,增添口感。大菜糕都幾彈牙,味道清甜,作為結尾,十分滿足跟套餐點飲品半價優惠,我地點左椰汁冰、龍眼冰、西瓜沙冰、石榴子冰,一律$13/杯,抵飲,尤其當日超熱,清涼解喝而且唔會好甜水感覺。元朗區都有幾間泰菜,呢間嘅質素都算穩定,價錢又唔貴,可以一試餐牌:…Read More

人日啦!恭祝大家生日快樂,身體健康!係咁特別既日子又撞正Happy Friday, gathering 是常識吧?,所以賴生今晚誠邀左屈小姐入黎元朗同賴生&朋友們食飯,順便慶祝朋友生日!提提大家,如果黎呢間泰國野食飯,最好預先訂枱,因為唔訂真係有排等,超多人!平時賴生同屈小姐食飯都劇少會叫餐食,原因有3個,第一:覺得被人綁住,第二:通常餐包果d野大部份都唔好食既,好食既得1-3樣,第三:賴生同屈小姐好少叫野飲同甜品既,你懂的⋯通常餐都有包⋯所以好多時,賴生同屈小姐都會犧牲叫野飲同甜品既錢而去散叫自己想食既野(加上野飲同甜品係好肥既~我地寧願用啲quota食其他野)!不過,呢次真係比呢度既4人餐打動左⋯(唔加野飲連加一)除番開每人都只係$190蚊再加上佢8個選擇有4-5樣我地都想食嫁(PS: 唔記得影個4人餐menu)4人餐整體評分:價錢:4星 份量:5星 味道:4.5星 選擇:4.5星 咁4人餐究竟係包D咩既呢⋯⋯?A) 泰式小食五味拼盤 (4星)拼盤全部都係炸野黎,超邪惡,有炸蝦餅,炸魚餅,炸南瓜,炸蕃薯,香葉包雞同炸春卷!全部小食都係水準之作,當中要特別點名讚既係,炸蝦餅,炸魚餅同炸春卷!炸春卷:炸得超香脆唔滴油!炸蝦餅:超彈牙,而內裡蝦膠好足料,一D都唔空心炸魚餅:惹味!食落除左帶辣同泰國香料,魚味都好出!而且唔會炸過火變老添!(P.S. 拼盤係其中一樣賴生同屈小姐唔會叫既野,但其實一大班Fd食係抵既!)B) 椰汁雞湯 (4.5星)由於賴生其中一位朋友唔食得辣咁濟,所以叫左椰汁雞湯(但呢度叫冬蔭功湯仲正)味道主要係酸,酸得黎帶超級丁點辣味,飲落都會追住黎飲,除左開胃之外,因為佢熱住,所以飲落暖笠笠!加上好足料,有好多香茅,金不換!仲有好多雞肉,蕃茄仔同秀珍菇嫁!特別係蕃茄仔,好夾呢個湯,連湯食蕃茄既甜味更出眾!(ps 雞肉就有少少雪藏味,所以扣少少分)C) 生菜肉碎包(4.5星)好好味呀!酸辣兼備!極惹味,惹味到用黎撈飯食都得!入口先酸,刺激你味蕾,令你好提神!但當你以爲只係得酸既時候,辣就湧上黎,都ok辣嫁!呢個反而做到用酸味帶個辣味出黎,令唔太食辣既人比較易入口,當然生菜都要記一功啦!爽甜!同埋好多都好大塊,好好包!可惜生菜既份量都係差1-2塊D) 去骨海南雞 (例牌)(4星)個餐有無骨豬手同海南雞揀,梗係揀海南雞啦!我地上次食過豬手雖然係淋,但係唔夠入味既,所以今次試海南雞海南雞肉滑!唔肥!點埋去個海南雞醬係超夾既!少辣微甜,唔會遮到雞肉味,記得點黎食!E) 招牌咖哩軟殻蟹 (配蒜蓉包/印度酥餅)4.5星呢樣就係我地揀呢間食同揀呢個餐既最大原因啦!!軟殻蟹足足有2大隻!炸得好好,完全唔會食落成層油滲番出黎!加埋主角蛋黃咖哩汁⋯真係不得了!濃郁,香,甜,少辣集於一身,真係好食到停唔到口!!撈埋蒜蓉包真係好容易會令人陷入痴肥既陷阱!不過今次食就無上次咁好食啦,今次對屈小姐黎講就咸左啲,如果好似上次咁偏甜啲就會爆分啦(註:因為係4人餐,個份量係少過main menu散叫嫁)蒜蓉包亦係必食item之一!佢係成條蒜蓉條咁嫁!4面都搽滿蒜蓉牛油,本身焗得超脆,似多士條咁,無論就咁食定撈咖哩食都係超一流享受!(註:又係因為4人餐所以得4條,散叫就有6條)F) 泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉 (4星)個賣相好令!用塊蛋皮包住個炒金邊粉!入面有4塊大鮮蝦+茄汁炒金邊粉,食之前加埋個青檸汁更佳,酸酸甜甜好好食,加上大大塊蛋皮放入口好滿足😌!個茄汁味都好出G) 馬拉盞炒芥蘭 (2.5星)呢樣係個餐既唯一失望既,你當普通炒芥蘭食就ok,因為唔夠入味!但呢度個馬拉盞炒椰菜苗好正嫁,可惜餐冇得揀H) 是日甜品 (4星)係椰汁西米糕2件+椰青糕2件!椰汁西米糕:好得意!同出面食既唔同,佢係帶少少咸咸地嫁!但你又唔會抗拒佢有咸味,因為係先甜後咸既!食落無咁濟嫁椰青糕:好味!清,香,甜!質感挺身!入面仲有椰子肉嫁!最後,佢跟餐可以用半價跟4杯特飲或者沙冰既,我地揀左椰汁珍多冰,椰汁三色冰,咸檸七梳打同士多啤梨沙冰!我地只係飲左椰汁珍多冰,所以只講呢樣I) 椰汁珍多冰 (3.5星)椰味都可以,唔太甜!入面既泰國啫喱絲都好滑身,唔錯不過呢,我地其實5個人黎(2男3女),驚唔夠食,所以另外散叫左2樣野,再加多個散叫蒜蓉包!J) 泰式醃生蝦 (味道5星,CP值2星,總分:3.5星)過氣壽星女之選!佢指定要食!其實又真係好好味!蝦好新鮮,蝦肉勁爽口彈牙!辣椒好夠辣,但千祈唔好睇少粒蒜⋯粒蒜都係勁野黎!佢帶左香味同攻鼻外,佢仲將辣味提升!辣到屈小姐流眼水+打嘶egg(賴生表示:陰公豬囉)不過$148 得8隻真係貴左D,我諗我會比大約108食!K) 鐵板蠔仔蛋 (3.5星)份量可以!蠔仔好多呀!!不過蠔味就滲唔到入蛋度,不過要靠個醬令蠔仔蛋加味,建議點埋黎食!甜甜辣辣,釣起番啲蛋味同蠔味!另外想一讚既係呢度既service,佢地係極極極忙,可能語氣好似重少少,但其實佢地好樂意幫你既,係要比少少時間佢地今餐我地5個人係飽飽飽到癲既,懷疑其實淨叫個4人餐都夠食#飽到極致#搞笑的fd子sss#呵呵呵,屈小姐都要入局啦#補祝生日#好開心見到你熟晒啦慣晒啦#講番之前既野好好笑又好開心#SoSweetToBeWithU#真心推介…Read More
