通常入黎西貢都會諗起食海鮮,由於近海,西貢海鮮好似特別新鮮。今日約埋一班同事入黎食海鮮!由於有相熟既街市海鮮檔,所以我地就自來海鮮俾全記整。豉椒炒蟶子豉椒炒得好惹味,蟶子大條,而且新鮮無沙,炒既時間剛剛好,爽口但又唔會煮到好韌。椒鹽鮑魚平時通常都係果皮蒸鮑魚,今次用椒鹽比較特別,鮑魚炸得香脆可口,鮑魚軟淋,不過椒鹽比較濃味,有啲蓋過左原本既鮮味。海膽蒸蛋外表雖然平平無奇,但內裏滿滿都係海膽,增加口感,蛋蒸得嫰滑,海膽鮮甜,估唔到依個配搭會咁夾,而且送飯一流!油鹽焗奄仔蟹奄仔蟹非常大隻,每隻都多膏厚肉,鮮甜美味!酥炸生蠔皮脆,炸粉一啲都唔厚,生蠔鮮甜肥美,外皮鎖住生蠔既肉汁,一啲都唔乾,好juicy!椒鹽瀨尿蝦每人一隻瀨尿蝦,椒鹽滿布成隻瀨尿蝦,好惹味,肉質彈牙爽口。其實仲有泥鯭粥無影到相,粥底綿,有好鮮甜既魚味,好好味!最後每人都係323蚊就食到咁豐富既海鮮餐,好抵食!…Read More

點解話再次重訪?因為近年每次去西貢食海鮮都係幫襯另一間獲推介嘅海解餐廳。以前入西貢食海解,九成係會去全記,同老闆兩兄弟亦食得好熟,但係自從香港旅遊業大力推介西貢海鮮,加咗個牌坊又搵明星賣廣告,去食嘅人多咗好多,試過有次節日訂咗位都要等成個鐘,而食物質素亦有所下滑,似食套餐咁!後來有次去西貢決定試吓新堀起嘅小規模嘅海鮮餐廳,食物質素令人驚喜,結果以後就冇再幫襯全記。然而多年下來,該餐廳嘅銷費拾級而上,所以令次決定重訪全記!去到全記,雖然見到老闆在鋪頭入面,但佢已經唔認得我,完全冇反應!因為係平日,所以客人不多,有個伙記就全程協助我哋揀海鮮。最後揀咗4樣海鮮,包括一條一斤多嘅海杉班,兩隻奄仔蟹,蝴蝶蚌與赤米蝦。揀海鮮時,個伙記極力推薦我哋食九節蝦,但我從來未見過只係似普通海蝦嘅九節蝦,所以我寧願食赤米。果然冇令我失望,剝蝦殼時已經見到蝦殼厚而硬,絕非養蝦可比,食落又甜又爽,啲肉可能冇九節蝦咁實淨。因為係海蝦,所以係有啲大細不一。淨係食海鮮係唔得嘅,所以我哋都叫咗半隻燒鵝,不過就比較失望,我哋係第一輪嘅客,但係碟燒鵝就似係凍咗再翻熱,唔夠"新鮮,比起嗰啲食燒鵝嘅名店係有一定嘅差距。原本我想點花螺,不過朋友想食蝴蝶蚌,所以就點咗蝴蝶蚌,用鹽水煮。清蒸海杉斑,魚靚又新鮮,蒸得剛剛好,魚肉好滑好甜,略嫌啲豉油咸咗啲。因為係平日,個伙記有時間幫我哋細心開魚,仲同我哋分埋,先將個魚頭同尾分俾我,魚要新鮮我先至會食魚頭。上湯豆苗,啲豆苗比較老油鹽焗奄仔蟹,點嘅時候都唔知原來咁大隻,膏香肉甜,冇得彈。經過今餐之後,全記攞番唔少分數,以後去西貢食海鮮就可以多個選擇。…Read More
