To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境好近北角地鐵站，十分容易搵，餐廳位於樓上，所佔面積都好大，內裡既裝修、擺設都係茶樓形式。
沙嗲素串燒 $55外型睇同真既沙嗲牛/雞串燒一樣，素肉大多以大豆製成，呢款串燒都係，沙嗲汁都幾入味，雖然係素但都有仿肉質既咬口。香煎海苔薄餅 $28必吃！原本以為係成塊紫菜放入薄餅，原來唔係，本身怕冇紫菜味，但一咬開已經散發岀海苔香氣，好似平時食紫菜梳打餅咁岀味，好香口。XO醬芹香魚腐猴皇菇 $78每次到素食餐廳/齋館都會食菇，總覺得廚師會更識得處理。份量不少，猴皇菇彈牙索到XO醬，西芹爽口，素魚腐同為大豆製成品，見點左一枱都係炸物咁制，所以叫返碟炒菜。脆皮芝士糯米雞 $75脆炸腐皮包住糯米飯及素雞，炸皮十分脆口，配上腍糯口感，邊個話食齋好悶？估唔到會有呢啲比較特別既素菜款式食，好特別亦有諗頭。拿破崙香芒海皇卷 $75每件都脹卜卜，外層係蘿蔔千絲酥咁，幼絲狀炸皮，十分香口，先有一層薄餅皮，內裡裹住芒果同素蟹肉，好有特式，可惜比較油，我自己就食半件就夠，多人食share分比較適合。總括而言，估唔到較傳統既素食中菜館都有大量新派菜式，食素/齋都可以好多變化，呢間素菜館款式十分之多，而且唔係只得普通炒菜果啲食，價錢又唔算貴，推介身邊既素食者嚟食，又或者間唔中想食下素既朋友仔。附：餐牌參考…Read More
