又去大角咀搵食。最近愛上食串燒,貪佢份量少,怕肥但又想食嘅我最啱,同朋友開心share, 每款食1件,食多幾款唔同嘅嘢食都唔洗擔心食過量。 餐廳除左散叫,更有1人前或二人套餐,計起上嚟比散叫平d,而質素同配搭我覺得都算唔錯。最後同朋友揀左精選1人餐C($368),再加秋葵。套餐C包括10樣食物,每樣都做到微焦嘅效果,令到食物嘅油脂剛剛被迫出嚟,同時又食到燒烤嘅香味。🔸️唐揚雞軟骨,一貫炸雞軟骨嘅香口,夠亁身,唔油膩。🔹️白鱔非常爽彈,似脆肉骨腩果種爽脆感,入口魚油香味四溢。🔸️茄子同翠玉瓜都食到瓜類嘅鮮甜,燒完仍然非常juicy,翠玉瓜灑左d黑椒,有微微嘅香辣,更惹味。🔹️極品牛舌心有小小厚度,增加了口感,但同時亦燒得剛剛好,唔會又韌又嚡。🔸️雞翼,選用了雞中翼,加上在兩骨中間切開,讓雞翼平舖串在竹籤上,令雞翼受熱更均勻,亦食得更方便。🔹️黑豚五花腩肥瘦相間,燒得金黃嘅瘦肉部份有少少香脆。🔹️汁燒豆腐絕對值得再叫,大大件豆腐有豆香,外皮煎得金黃,吃起來略帶嚼勁,咬下後還是豆腐水嫩的口感。鹹、甜、醬香交錯的醬汁,十分美味。🔸️黑豚蘆筍卷嘅豚肉勁薄身,少少肉味更突出蘆筍嘅鮮甜。🔹️芝士年糕一向係我至愛食品之一,呢舊年糕漲卜卜,年糕同芝士都塞得滿滿的,芝士味夠香,又十分煙韌。🔸️秋葵($23)燒烤後十分香甜,那種黏膩滑潺潺嘅感覺亦都處理掉,入口爽脆。 餐廳當然仲有多款酒類提供,Whisky、Sake、生啤等,我就揀左手工啤 Crazy Rich Lupulins($48),入口有果香,酒精含量雖有8.2%,但極易入口,酒精感唔會好重,酒體順滑,配串燒食感覺幾fresh。 店員、老闆都非常友善、有禮,在這裡用餐,唔只食物高質,而且感覺親切、舒服。…Read More
