平時都喜歡食素,但素食Fine Dining就是第一次,今日去了大館對面,純白色門面的「圓」。餐廳樓底非常高,擺放了中式字畫,簡樸而高雅,到達時大約六時,並未有太多人,可以慢慢欣賞和打卡。餐廳仲設有4個獨立房間,節日聚餐或者慶祝生日/紀念日都係一個很好的選擇。點餐前送上了免費餐前小食:合桃 茴香 腰果十二道菜套餐$1,288/位迎賓飲品:酸木瓜 | 黃金梨 - 酸酸甜甜,開胃茶。餐前小食:芒果 | 青檸 | 柚子–用春捲皮卷成雪糕筒狀,裏面有藜麥、柚子、芒果,面層是魚子醬的模樣,味道微酸。欖菜 | 螺絲卷 – 一個蒸、一個炸,兩個顏色、兩種口感,造型可愛,醬料是用了潮汕地區的欖菜製成,味道濃郁,而且非常幼滑,塗上螺絲卷一齊食,味道一流👍開胃菜:椰皇 | 淮山 - 淮山球是用了椰水和椰蓉整成,賣相非常精緻,仲啖啖椰香🥥涼瓜 | 涼瓜–白肉涼瓜和普通綠色涼瓜,每色兩件,用咗兩種唔同嘅方法醃製,口感爽脆,都係夏日之選。前菜:松茸 | 豆腐–滿滿松茸香氣,但係睇唔出係豆腐,如果唔係每一道菜都有職員詳細介紹,真係估唔到原來係豆腐嚟㗎🤭有一種越食越驚喜嘅感覺。蒲燒 | 素卷 | 海藻–腐皮加燒汁,素卷都變鰻魚,醬汁和造型都滿分💯湯品:玉米 | 小米 | 哈密瓜 -這一款是凍湯,飲落清甜又涼快;伴碟玉米筍經過煎焗,食落較脆口,亦可以沾湯食。主菜:皇菇 | 昆布 | 夏瓜–夏瓜切成薄片,像三文治般一層一層包裹著裏面的薏米和桃膠,面層用了海葡萄和菊花作提香之用,食落非常清爽,十分適合夏天食用。醬烤 | 菜花 | 千層土豆–椰菜花用了素菜用嘅叉燒醬調製,賣相有幾分似牛扒😆,千層土豆好酥脆,配埋酸忌廉醬和青瓜就更加美味。清新小點:酸薑 | 蔬菜凍 - 酸薑配甘筍、櫻桃蘿蔔等食材,顏色配搭靚到似一幅畫,味道清新,為下一道主菜清一清味蕾。主菜:燕麥 | 雪膠 | 瓜甫 – 同樣非常吸睛,最底層是茶樹菇,上面順序放上絲瓜、雪膠和黃櫛瓜,然後注入燕麥奶泡,值得一提是最頂層的瓜網是用黃櫛瓜織成的,又精緻又有心思👍主食:素鮑 | 辣拌 | 稻庭冷麵 – 口感滑溜清涼,味道微辣。甜品:芭樂 | 紫蘇 | 聖女果 - 芭樂即係番石榴,聖女果是車厘茄,用番石榴整成整湯圓咁,入口即溶,伴埋紫蘇糖、紫蘇油、車厘茄,同埋樹葉形狀通窿嘅脆餅,真係好療癒喔💕桂花 | 雪燕–同樣係藝術品級嘅賣相,淡淡桂花清香,為這頓飯畫上了完美的句號。柚子玄米氣泡茶,無酒精嘅香檳,令這次fine dining更有儀式感。🤭餐廳食物和服務質素都很高,環境雅致,打破了我對Fine Dining 的印象,一向都以為Fine Dining 是西餐的專利,原來素食都可以咁精緻,中餐食材、西餐擺盤,加上服務員貼心嘅服務, 讓我大開眼戒,一次很好的用餐體驗🥰…Read More
