自從西鐵開通後,屯門已不是一個遙不可及的新市鎮。假如由紅磡乘坐西鐡到屯門只需三十多分鐘便可到達!由於已有數年未去過屯門,所以對於屯門都有點陌生。但今天因公事,全日都會逗留屯門,事前便向住在屯門的朋友打探一下,去那裡搵食。朋友推介了數間食肆,下午的午餐就決定到屯門巿廣場的囍越吃越南菜。從西鐡站經過V City, 有一條直接連接廣場的天橋,步行數分鐘便到達商埸!原來餐廳是 LUBUDS 集團旗下的餐廳,姊妹店還有日式餐廳「穴」,「今鮨」,「天穴」、「鮨穴」等。這個是午市套餐,供應時段為星期一至星期五11:30-14:30,凡惠顧套餐,可以$18 配一款小食,涷飮加$3,特飲加$8,冬日生姜蜜加$14。生牛肉湯河粉($58/Lunch set)👍👍👍👍每次到越南食店,pho 一定是我必點的,簡簡單單的一碗湯河,但就充斥著多重的味道。牛肉河粉份量很大,我先喝一口湯,牛肉味濃郁鮮甜,還滲透着羅勒和其他香菜的味道。牛肉鮮嫩,入口軟滑,充滿牛肉味,最喜歡吃半生熟,牛肉淥得還是嫩紅的時候,一整片放入口,滋味沒法擋。河粉幼滑,可配合另外附上的芽菜一起吃,加添爽口和清新味道,口感更豐富。小吃-絲網春卷配生菜 (+$18)👍👍👍👍套餐可以加$18,由四款小吃中選一款。熱辣辣剛炸起的絲網春卷放在生菜上,可以點一些青檸魚露醬汁再用生菜包起一同吃,酸酸甜甜的醬汁加上生菜,令春卷入口更清新。冰糖雪梨生薑飲(+$14)👍👍👍👍原價$28,跟餐加$14。這一系列的冬日生薑飲品,最適合冬天涷冰冰的日子飲用。冰糖雪梨加生薑有止咳和潤肺作用,甜甜地帶點薑味,正好滋潤一下喉嚨!順帶一提,這裏的生薑是新鮮切片的薑片,並不是預先糖漬那一款,所以薑味特濃又夠天然。豬耳扎肉牛丸湯河($52/Lunch set)👍👍👍👍湯底比起牛肉湯河較為清淡,但味道都很清甜,各有特色。牛丸有三粒,細細粒,很爽彈,牛肉味濃。扎肉混有切粒的豬耳,所以每口都有爽脆彈牙的囗感。河粉幼滑,可加入芽菜増添爽脆口感。小吃-青木瓜雜菜沙律(+$18)👍👍👍👍青木瓜切成幼條狀,配合新鮮雜菜沙律和酸甜醒胃的醬汁,是一個又清爽又開胃的小吃。檸檬生薑蜜(+$14)👍👍👍👍原價$28,跟餐加$14。朋友剛起感冒,這杯檸檬生薑蜜就最適合不過。正所謂襯熱飲,感冒快快好!這杯飲品有增強抵抗力,檸檬含豐富維他命c, 生薑片有效加速血液循環!香蒜炒椰菜苗 ($68)👍👍👍👍椰菜苗有三種炒法,除了可選擇蒜蓉炒之外,還有香辣和馬拉盞可供選擇!椰菜苗很新鮮爽口,吃點青綠的蔬菜,可以清清腸胃。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷($78)👍👍👍👍👍吃越南菜又點可以不吃米紙卷,米紙卷包着清爽的生菜,還有芒果條、紅蘿蔔絲、檬粉和香脆的軟殻蟹,點埋酸酸甜甜的青檸魚露汁更加美味。多重口感和味道,令人吃完一件接著又想吃第二件。椰青糕($34)👍👍👍👍椰青糕倒模成一朵朵花狀,口感似是蛋菜糕,但就充滿椰青的天然清新的味道,椰青糕內還有很多切粒的椰青肉,令味道更突出。每枱放有青檸魚露汁,可供自行享用。平日午市及下午茶時段,不用加一服務費。門面內在環境餐牌…Read More

係屯門要食越南菜,選擇真係唔多!見到屯市有呢間What The Pho,店鋪嘅裝修、環境都唔錯,枱凳都以木系為主,感覺都幾時尚!一去到,當然叫幾個小食先!一叫叫左3個,而香芒軟殼蟹米紙同牛油單骨雞中翼卷我就比較中意今次我就放棄左食沙律,反而叫左呢個香芒軟殼蟹米紙。米紙卷味道比較清淡,而且口感煙韌,配合埋香甜嘅芒果、生菜、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲,感覺反而幾清新。軟殼蟹亦炸得好香口,醮上少少酸辣汁,會更加開胃,作為頭盤小食真係唔錯!不過要注意,米紙卷要新鮮食,如果放置得太耐,會乾同韌而牛油單骨雞中翼真係一定要食聽個名就知係得一條骨,所以食起來都幾方便,仲啖啖肉。而且配上炸蒜,香脆可口之餘又唔會話太油,非常惹味!面頭嘅扎肉好好食,味道濃郁,配埋粉包食完全可以唔洗加醬汁都得,夠哂原汁原味至於個粉包都算薄,要小心夾先得,唔係裡面啲豬肉碎、木耳同沙葛就會趺哂出黎!份量仲好大,我地戈一日都食唔哂。到左主菜,男朋友就叫左火車頭,真係勁大碗啊!有肥牛、牛筋、牛腩、牛柏葉同牛丸,超多餸。就算2個人分,樣樣都可以食到!湯嘅味道都濃,不過就真係油左少少嗱!呢個就係我一見到Meun就想叫嘅野食椰青飯上有好多魷魚圈用蝦,椰汁清甜,撈一撈個飯更香口,不過椰汁略嫌太少!最後,點少得甜品。經店員力薦下,我地試左椰青糕。口感有少少爽口,而味道清香,唔會太甜,自己就覺得較為普通。…Read More

早兩日入開屯門,問朋友有咩餐廳係市區冇的,佢哋話屯門市廣場有間越南野叫 What The Pho幾特別。於是我地一行四人就去左試試。先叫咗個豬頸肉沙律試試,少少的微辣再加上酸甜的沙律,都幾開胃;最緊要系D豬頸肉幾入味,有驚喜!之後上杏仁蝦餅,唔算好大塊但好彈牙,有埋杏仁個感覺幾特別。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷味道OK, 但感覺就沒有太特別。蛋網炒金邊粉個造型好吸引,好鍾意一層薄薄的蛋嗰種質感同味道。雞翼味道好好,個調味好特別,問個店長佢話喺特別再改良過,所以而家好香同埋粉皮比較薄。最後叫咗個椰青糕,有少少淡但感覺好清,店長話因為係用真椰青無落糖做,所以唔會太甜。飲品我哋各自叫咗一杯特飲,其中我杯熱洛神花茶好香,不過夏日炎炎如果有凍嘅就更好。今次係一次驚喜,一般以為有質素嘅越南餐廳都會喺市區先會有,以後去屯門探朋友就多一個原因了!…Read More
