星期五晚去試聞名已久嘅愛文生,全條街都瀰漫住佢同對面兩間大排檔炒嘢炒出嚟嘅油煙。尤其是今日係星期五,好多人排隊,排咗大約20幾分鐘終於可以入座。叫咗七個餸,包括有避風塘粟米條、啫啫芥蘭、椒鹽鮮魷、炸大腸、薯仔牛柳粒、豉椒炒蜆、豉油王炒麵。最推介其實係避風塘粟米條,因為香港唔係好多大排檔會做呢一個餸,佢做得幾好味少少辣,好多炸蒜,同時粟米唔會生。椒鹽鮮魷都唔錯。 食飯途中有個小意外,就係啫啫通菜個煲搞到墊住佢個光瓦碟都爆咗,相信真係燒到非常之熱。不過唔係好建議大家叫大腸類嘅餸,因為佢啲大腸有啲韌,雖然佢整得幾入味。另外就係豉椒炒蜆都唔係好推介,因為殼多個蜆,而同時啲蜆都唔係好新鮮有啲有沙,有啲壞咗。整體來講如果唔駛等都可以一試👍🏼…Read More

如果要問香港有什麼特色菜,大家都可能說茶餐廳,可是我卻會選擇大排檔,要在現今的香港找到正式的大排檔(大牌檔)真的少之又少,有繼續營業的都搬進了舖內,失去了坐街邊的氣氛,可幸是仍保留了昔日香港市根的風味。今次這間在深水埗石硤尾已有接近六十年的愛文生是我喜歡的地方之一,小炒味道依舊如一,加上開放式店舖,更帶點往日的氣氛。喜歡上大排檔的原因就是因食物夠鑊氣,都是一些煎炸小炒類,香口食物永遠都是十分誘人的。先是【豉油皇鵝腸】,雖然腸內油脂已盡去,但豉油夠鮮味,每條鵝腸吃起來都爽爽脆脆,雖然與滿腸鵝油的肥美鵝腸各走極端,但味道卻十分惹味,豈能錯過。接著是重點推介的【黑椒薯仔牛柳粒】,薯仔先經油炸,外面變得香脆可口,內裡保持著水分,與牛柳粒同炒,使牛柳粒外脆內嫩,保留著豐富的肉汁,而黑椒的輕微辣味,卻是惹味得很。來得這兒,就必須要吃過煎炸食物才行,所以絕不可遺忘了【椒鹽鮮魷】。表面炸得金黃香脆,調味的椒鹽比例恰到好處,突出了鮮魷的鮮度及嫩口,咸中帶鮮,鮮中又帶點辣,相當滋味。椒鹽鮮魷為了有飯落肚,便點了【沙拉骨】來配飯,整體不錯,甜酸剛好平衡,肉質尚算嫩口,帶點肥的位置亦夠甘香,十分開胃,與白飯同吃真是不錯。早已聽聞清蒸菜式同樣吸引,便點了【土魷蒸肉餅】。質感鬆化,肉香鮮美,雖不是梅香咸魚,但尚算不俗,豉油亦夠鮮味而不咸,淋在白飯上也是不錯之選。現在看到這碟【雙腸炒時蔬】是有點怪,原因是在臨春之時吃,所以仍有臘腸及潤腸供應。現在絕不能在整餐中沒有纖維下肚,所以便點了。當中的有趣之處,就是有芥蘭及菜芯兩款蔬菜,多重質感。雖然這兒不是最好,但各方面水準及感情分拼合在一起,總會令我一次又一次的到來,與一班麻甩朋友來個啤酒小炒夜,真是想起也開心。…Read More

早在週四例會舉行的幾天前, 幾位資深會員已經在討論去那裡吃飯...最後落實來愛文生...原因是曾經幾次說過要來, 但最終沒有...所以大家今次決定怎麼也要來試試....訂位的工作一向拜託資深會員F負責, 就訂好了7點的枱, 在這裡看過店的地址, 再看看地圖, 從深水埗地鐵站開始起步, 對我這個路盲來說, 不停的看地圖, 走了約20分鐘才到達 :( , 其實位置就近荔枝角多一點, 到達街角就馬上看到1個舊式鐵皮檔口, 幾個師傅在忙碌著, 炒餸的大油鑊不斷晃動著....鐵皮檔後面幾個相連舖位都屬於愛文生, 都幾乎坐滿了客人, 其中1位會員準時到達, 但店主說要超過一半人數才能提供枱...我們到達後再去跟他周旋幾句, 就讓我們先到的坐在靠近門口的一張大枱, 幸好這個晚上氣溫不算熱....可以感受著油鑊發來的炒餸香味, 亦同時吹著自然風...看看餐牌, 他們主要提供小菜及即煮海鮮, 鐵皮檔前面放著不同種類的游水海鮮, 客人可以即叫即煮, 選擇蠻多的, 價錢亦算公道...由於幾位會員仍然在途中, 我們先點了個食評極讚的"黑椒薯仔牛柳粒"...薯仔切成小粒煎得很香脆, 外皮鬆脆, 內裡的薯仔肉剛熟帶點粉, 一點都沒有過乾, 牛柳切成小塊, 肉質香軟有著強烈的黑椒味道, 果然是必叫菜式!!!再來的韮菜花炒鹹肉...份量頗大, 鹹肉炒得非常香口, 豬肉部份炒得微燶但香脆, 一點都不覺油膩, 韮菜花亦很新鮮爽口,完成沒有韮菜花的菜腥味, 令我這個一向對韮菜花有點抗拒的都吃了很多 接著是這裡的招牌菜式--黑椒鹹豬手, 用個鐵板盛著送來時還冒著煙, 把豬手切開來, 肉是剛熟的, 帶少許粉紅色, 肉質鮮嫩, 但略鹽欠缺黑椒味, 有點失望終於所有會員到齊, 就再繼續點菜, 他們走去看過海鮮, 就點了椒鹽瀨尿蝦, 一尾油淋大筍殼魚及豉椒炒蜆...豉椒炒蜆...蜆兒雖細但有鮮味, 混了辣椒來炒令蜆肉帶些許辣鮮味, 讚!!椒鹽瀨尿蝦...蝦兒肉質鮮甜, 大量的辣椒蒜鹽滲透在蝦肉裡, 味道香燶, 再讚!!!油淋大筍殼魚...魚兒很大, 魚皮炸得非常香脆, 魚肉鮮甜, 很好吃!!! 不消一會兒, 整條魚已經被吃光了會員們還點了好些菜, 包括有鱔煲、雞蛋焗魚腸、啫啫雞煲、桂林炒生腸、椒絲腐乳通菜等...鱔煲的鱔肉彈牙爽口, 亦煮得很入味....雞蛋焗魚腸, 因我本身不吃魚腸所以沒有試, 會員們都說做得不錯, 魚腸新鮮滑嫩, 配合焗得恰到好處的雞蛋, 好味道...啫啫雞煲...除了鮮嫩的雞肉外, 還有很多的雞潤, 只可惜味道略欠不足, 欠缺了啫啫煲應有的風味會員們每次飯聚都必定不斷碰杯, 當看到枱上的菜吃得差不多, 又會再叫點菜來送啤酒, 於是...又再點了4個菜....桂林炒生腸...叫這個菜是因為看到貼在牆壁上的雜誌食評介紹, 所以決定一試, 但當真身送來時, 大家都有點錯愕, 因為跟相片相差怎遠呢...生腸有點硬, 其他配料如洋葱及青椒等, 亦略嫌有點生, 油份亦過多..再來的是椒絲腐乳通菜...份量雖多, 但通菜沒吸收到椒絲的味道呢....:(家鄉小炒王...其實有點跟之前的韮菜花炒鹹肉相近, 因為都是用韮菜花來炒, 只是配料改用了蝦乾、腰果及小乾魷魚吧...味道可以, 亦炒得入味...再來的椒鹽鮮魷, 魷兒算是新鮮, 肉質亦彈牙, 沾上黑醋來吃, 是佐酒的好伴侶...每趟的週四例會...桌上都放滿美食...9個人吃了13個菜....看到會員們開懷吃喝...實在是件快樂事...…Read More

2013年首餐做冬飯選址於此,除了因為照顧兩位老師胃口,又不想來來去去到大酒樓吃千篇一律的做冬套餐,加上老公曾經到過這裡吃小炒,覺得夠鑊氣,對於我們這班喜愛老味道的朋友來說,來極有風味的大排檔就最好不過了。排檔位置稍為隔涉,位於太子﹑深水埗之間(荔枝角道石硤尾街交街),由兩邊地鐵站步行過來都要15至20分鐘。當時已是晚上9時,我們到達排檔時門口剛好有張大枱埋單,故不用等。這裡除了小菜,其實還可以吃火鍋,不過我們仍然決定吃小菜,7人前後點了8餸1湯,詳細如下:1. 芥菜豆腐湯- 原來以為會先到的湯差不多最後才到,料蠻多,但湯很清。大伙兒好快就把它喝光,相信味道不錯吧!2. 西檸雞- 第一個來的菜,是我最愛的小炒之一,不過這裡未算做得出色,炸粉多過雞肉,但調味OK,所以大半碟都是由我吃光的!3. 豆豉鯪魚油麥菜- 很久沒吃這道菜,味道一般(只要真的用豆豉鯪魚去炒,很難會弄得不好吃的!)!4. 生炸大腸- 賣相吸引,不過我不吃內臟的!5. 沙爹牛肉粉絲煲- 全晚最差的一道菜,主因是牛肉被梳打粉醃得過份,整件牛肉脹大十倍,咬下去是很軟但其口感之怪已不知道自己在吃什麼,調味尚可,其實賣貴一點給肥牛或少給一些牛肉不就好了嗎?:(6. 椒鹽鮮魷- 這個很好吃,調味﹑炸功均好,鮮魷都算新鮮,很快給吃光了! 7. 豉油皇鵝腸- 份量多,鵝腸下又鋪滿芽菜,讓大家多點菜吃呀!8. 薑葱魚腩煲- 熱辣辣有風味的煲仔菜9. 羊腩煲- 天氣冷吃羊腩煲最好了,初時以為有生菜同上,所以價錢都不問就點了一煲大的,誰知生菜另計。不過羊腩煲很足料,枝竹多又新鮮,羊肉肥瘦適中,件數足,吃極都有,腩汁送飯一流,正!整體來說,食物質素不錯,選擇也不少,價錢合理,8餸1湯再加一碗白飯兩罐汽水都是9百多元。當晚未算很冷,我們坐在門口不覺凍之餘更添風味。在香港這類排檔真的買少見少,相信無論是附近街坊,還是像我們老遠跑來光顧的,都希望這些食店能繼續經營,讓這風味延續下去呢!…Read More

除左西餐,其實大排檔亦是我喜愛食物既頭幾位,不過真係要搵返D有共同嗜好既人先得,因為有好多女生都怕大排檔污髒,食物又較油膩,不是人人都鍾意的。不過而家既大排檔都已經買少見少,好食既就更加唔駛講,愛文生係其中一間我覺得好食既。除左佢保留左傳統既鑊氣同大大碟之外,好多懷舊菜都可以係度搵到,而且味道亦能保持一貫水準呢~炸大腸:真正既外脆內軟,係近來食過既少有佳作之一,比起泉章居既質素還要高些少(泉章居的較乾較硬,不夠軟嫩)!炸鯪魚球:鯪魚球夠彈牙又入味,炸到金黃色很香口,再加埋蜆介同食,好有舊式風味!蒜蓉炒芥蘭:總覺得大排檔炒既菜特別好食,雖然好多人都覺得佢太油膩,但我卻偏愛這種“重口味”。鐵板黑椒咸豬手:第一次去已經超想食,因為見到差不多每檯都有一隻豬手,奈何只得兩個人,真怕會浪費食物!所以,死心不惜的我們終於搵多一個食伴,會一會這隻聞名已久的“咸豬手”。果然,聞名不如見面,鐵板一上檯,洋蔥與黑椒汁在鐵板上亂舞,香氣撲鼻。豬手肉嫩且腍,彷彿不需用力已經可以切開,豬皮入口即溶,但無肥膩感覺。不消半句鐘,三位女士已經把這隻咸豬手澈底“消滅”!豬肝“o者o者”雞煲:熱騰騰香噴噴既煲仔剛上檯,看著豬肝在煲內顫動並且“o者o者”作響,未食已經開心!豬肝煮得剛剛好,口感爽脆而不會太熟,雞件滑嫩,尚有少許油份而且味濃,佐飯一流!不可錯過的還有那些乾蔥同蒜頭,入哂味仲有少少燒焦感,好味道!椒鹽鮮魷:如果是以前,愛文生的椒鹽鮮魷只算中上水準,因為大部份地方的椒鹽鮮魷做法都差不多!不過,唔知由幾時開始,部份餐廳茶樓,都以西式炸魚既做法黎炸鮮魷,即係用大量炸漿包著細細塊魷魚黎炸,似食炸粉多過食鮮魷!!好彩愛文生仲用緊舊式做法,只用小量生粉炸起大大塊鮮魷,鮮甜香脆又入味,讚!!!!其他推介仲有雞蛋焗魚腸,翠塘豆腐,豉油皇炒鵝腸,豉汁蒸白膳....黑椒牛仔骨/豬肝“o者o者”雞煲豉油皇炒鵝腸椒絲腐乳通菜/雞蛋焗魚腸椒鹽鮮魷鐵板黑椒咸豬手/炸鯪魚球/炸大腸/油鹽水浸菜心…Read More
