幾位朋友相約午飯揀咗星記。朋友力推之前試過嘅椒鹽鮮魷,我就揀咗馳名嘅生炒骨同藕餅,最後點個清清地嘅蒸水蛋撈飯。等餸期間上咗個例湯紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,無乜味精味合格。魷魚新鮮炸起,全部魚身無魷魚鬚,配喼汁脆中帶稔有驚喜。生炒骨酸甜味道平衡,排骨唔會好肥食到一口炸粉咁,水準保持得好好。藕餅反而有少少跌watt,以前蓮藕比例多d咬落去脆脆地沙沙聲,今次魚肉比例多咗無乜𡁻頭太稔。而且鯪魚肉味道有d重會覺得腥腥地,但鍾意食鯪魚肉嘅朋友就話正。水蛋剛剛好,有蛋味,配料肉碎又唔會好鹹。最後仲送雪耳桃膠糖水,好滋潤~!…Read More

在中環可以吃到傳統港式小炒的地方不多,除了史丹利街一帶的大排擋外,我只想起星記了。由於地點方便和水準穩定,星記是我常到的飯店,光顧星記的次數已多於以往必到的灣仔生記了。很久沒有和幾位老友共餐,這晚上便決定來星記一聚,一抵步便點了椒鹽鮮魷和小炒皇作頭盤。椒鹽鮮魷:脆漿薄,魷魚嫩,點上少許淮鹽和喼汁,鮮味可口。小炒皇:有韮菜花,腰果,魷魚和大蝦仁,鑊氣夠,很香口。老火例湯(4*):足料,味道有家的感覺,不要錯過。椒絲腐乳通菜(3*):個人喜歡多一點辣味腐乳,令其更惹味。蜆芥牛肉煲(4*):用上大量蒜子、老薑片和大葱段,再加上鮮味的蜆芥,這調味組合能大大提升牛肉的味道。勝瓜浸豬膶:往常會叫九杞浸,可能九杞不當造,今天只有勝瓜,豬膶煮得爽脆,不韌。蒸豬下靑:混入了蝦膏去蒸,香氣四溢,豬下青很爽口,嚼口比豬頸肉更佳,而且沒有豬頸肉肥膩,有驚喜。煇哥煎鹹雞:用上香蔥和蜜椒去乾煎雞球,味道微辣,雞肉鮮嫰,不錯。另外我常點的菜還有豉油皇煎海中蝦、美極煎排骨和香煎蓮藕餅,這些都是不錯的選擇。不得一提的是老闆星哥對出品質素的執著和以客為先的態度,每次向他提出意見,他也欣然接受;每次向他投訴食物,他頭也不回便直奔廚房去了解事件,這一絲不苟的態度值得客人欣賞。…Read More

大食會會員中大部份都係灣仔X記o既常客,最近得知中環開業只有幾個月o既「星記海鮮飯店」,老闆當中原來有一位曾經一度喺X記做過,而且灣仔早有店舖,所以就決定擇日晚聚,試探究竟。「星記」喺大廈二樓全層,繁忙時間搭唔到升降機都可以選擇行樓梯。食店正門左邊為大廳,排咗兩行圓枱散座,室內四周全為木屏風,設計極具中國色彩。右手邊有個大魚缸,似乎係想表明餐廳主打海鮮菜式,而且食材新鮮 。當晚我地十一人出席,被安排入房坐,都好鬆動吓,房內仲有個大電視同私人洗手間,牙籤仲包有牙線 ,設備都幾齊全。大食會中已有會員曾多次幫襯「星記」,寫菜重任亦好順理成章地交托咗俾佢。餸菜續樣上,時間配合得恰到好處,故房間亦不乏伙計,加茶、換碟等功夫全部自動波,服務稱心體貼 :) 。 椒鹽九肚魚:蕃薯伯伯大讚九肚魚不但皮脆惹味,肉質更加係超級嫩滑 。 椒鹽鮮魷:魷魚煙韌彈牙,炸皮香脆乾爽,送酒一流! 生煎蓮藕餅:煎餅入面有粒粒蓮藕肉,香口爽脆有嚼口,每人一件剛剛好。 杏汁花膠燉豬肺湯:為怕飲到喉嚨痕,寫餸時講明要少杏汁。少杏汁o既豬肺湯足料唔油膩,濃甜香潤,一啲都唔粉, ! 拔絲鳳梨生炒骨:鮮橙色o既生炒骨鬆脆甜美,招牌菜果然名不虛傳 。 苦瓜炆蟹煲:除咗XO仔因敏感問題唔食得蟹之外,各會員都邊食邊點頭。Uncle W極其欣賞苦瓜入哂味。L姐就形容苦瓜同蟹都一樣咁甘香,蟹膏濃郁軟腍,蟹隻不但足肉,而且好夠厚實,絕對係星級貨式 ! 蟲草花鮮荷葉蒸雞($200/半隻):菜單上冇寫雞,Auntie Y話好想食,所以就即場追加咗半隻荷葉蒸雞。雞肉散發著清香o既荷葉味,但可惜蒸煮得有啲過火,肉質變得偏嚡同老,係成晚較為失色o既一味! 薑蔥蜆介鮮牛肉煲:牛肉唔夠香,而且偏咸,會員中o既幾位隱世廚神建議廚房換上新鮮手切肥牛,唔好「乸」啲肉,再以高質o既蜆介炒煮,效果會好似神仙放屁咁,非同凡響 ! 鮑汁蝦籽扒柚皮:柚皮好夠厚身,而且一啲渣都冇,加上鮑汁香濃,簡單美味。 香芒糯米棵:芒果糯米糍酸甜鬆軟,清新輕巧。「星記海鮮飯店」喺中環開分店,雖則係樓上舖位,但相信租金都唔會弱得去邊。餐廳光鮮企理,服務貼身,加上海鮮菜餚高質美味,又唔會話開天殺價,大食會各人都非常滿意 ,仲約好月尾會再返黎食星級海鮮添!…Read More
