西洋菜豬骨湯,清爽滾湯水感突出,油油漱漱口還可以。合掌瓜豬骨湯,免費例湯食飯前整碗湯水濕濕口!我最鍾意飲湯,中西都一樣愛。依碗真心好湯水,仲好油添 ,飲一碗收皮唔想第二碗。霸王花豬骨湯,估計係掛。永遠飲完都唔知是什麼,因為文記每款例湯味道都係幾乎一樣。節瓜豬骨湯,可能係掛,依舊不知道飲緊咩湯。味道平平無特別,味精例湯一碗。淨河粉,湯底過粉清淡,豉油湯不是鮮雞湯?河粉硬實而且有陣生水味道,試一次便夠。豉椒排骨炒河,感受不到任何鑊氣,靜蠅蠅微溫豉椒排骨淋在暖河粉上,自行撈勻起動!細細粒排骨少少肉,咸味為主導,豉椒味不夠香醇,提不起勁來,馬虎大啖啜啜啜處理掉算數。肉絲窩麵,生日要食雞外,當然長壽麵都唔少得。輕輕暖意可以直接連湯帶麵倒落肚,淡茂茂湯底,腍劈劈的肉絲,不爽滑的麵條,出品一般唔難食。琵琶豆腐,熱烘烘豆腐鯪魚球,炸完再炆煨功夫也不少!外層嚥韌一咬爆開,嫩滑清淡鯪魚肉,微腥搭著濃郁豉油芡掩護一下,味道口感蠻美妙。椒鹽鮮魷,必食之選!鐵膽實有得出場。即叫即炸熱騰騰新鮮出爐,魷魚鮮味十足,爽口彈滑多汁。薄薄一層麵粉炸得非常香脆鬆化,鑊氣霸道。椒鹽辣椒蒜酥微辣夠惹味,浸埋甜酸喼汁醒胃醒腦更和味!次次都鬆脆金黃惹味超高水準,多年來絕無投訴的機會。西檸軟雞,壓到薄薄扁扁雖然易炸兼快熟,但變得乾硬鞋又無肉汁呢!脆就真係非常香脆,西檸汁黐糊糊酸咪咪。西檸豬扒,估唔到炸得外脆內嫩,鬆鬆的豬扒還有一絲豬甜味,滾埋先酸後甜西檸汁,醃味跟酸味難得合拍滿意。粟米斑塊,我本想要菜遠斑腩,不過同事指定菜色,無所謂。意想不到有驚喜!新鮮即炸鮮氣外洩,並不是翻炸陰沉類,外層鬆化略脆不油膩,魚肉嫩滑多汁,罕見難得。厚厚蛋花粟米汁,滑滑粟甜蛋香,味道得宜。生炒排骨,脆脆乾乾的外層,炸得通透沾滿甜酸汁,食其香口無咩肉食不喜歡。京都骨,不知某年某月開始京都骨已轉用豬扒,變成京都肉排不再係一字骨,完全兩樣東西,價錢差好遠呢。炸熟後再用甜酸汁回鍋即成,酸酸甜甜好開胃醒神。豬扒醃得美味炸得香口,肉質腍而有趙口,熱辣辣大啖大啖咬,好滿足幸福啊!*豉汁涼瓜炒排骨,上年突然開始食得到苦瓜,仲要越食越鍾意那甘苦味道爽脆多汁,回想最衰都係大埔街市伍仔記!就是由他們的冰鎮涼瓜開始。苦瓜甘而不苦,爽嫩多汁不過腍。大排擋式排骨經常骨多肉少,醃得過火味濃濁,今次也不例外,幸好跟苦瓜同吃還可以。牛柳絲炒韮菜花,竟然開始食到韮菜花,仲越食越鍾意添,以前我一食就會反胃想嘔架!韮菜花鮮嫩爽甜索索聲沒半點渣,夾著醃味濃鬆軟牛柳絲齊齊趙,味道共融和諧,只係有點油。豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜,我由細到大都非常抗拒豆豉鯪魚,有新鮮魚唔食,為何要食罐頭乾爭爭油淋淋?我堅係掂都唔會掂,不過依碟菜不太油,可以食幾棵油麥菜試試。菜葉沾著魚油,甘香散發豆豉味,夾著少許乾柴魚肉碎品嚐,爽甜多汁都的菜還可以。同事有趣地問點解豆豉鯪魚碎晒架?笑死我!莫非油麥菜要墊底,魚塊鋪面嗎?炒菜黎架喎。蒜蓉蒸土魷,鮮氣使人淘醉,生猛到彷如依然跳盪地游水中。蒜蓉帶甜亦帶辛,滿滿的躺在肚魷齊齊塞入,彈彈鮮甜有嚼勁,心滿意足。土魷蒸肉餅,肉餅每次都勁多肥豬肉,雖然會更香口更鬆軟更芬芳,不過實在太多會食到成口油呢!嚥韌味濃的土魷夾雜在嫩滑多汁肉鬆間,肉甜魷香滲著肉汁,撈飯無得頂!蝦米粉絲蒸水蛋,次次都三色或肉鬆悶到死!試試兒時阿媽最愛煮比我食既家鄉名菜。海鮮乾貨蝦米咸鮮非凡嚥嚥韌韌,長長彈彈粉絲像樹根般抓緊嫩蛋,大啖大啖撈飯享用,甜美芳香大快朵頤,迅間成碗飯蒸發掉,忍不住要多碗白飯啊!蝦米粉絲煲,作為主角既粉絲份量太少,唔夠喉唔夠分配,索盡湯汁夾著蝦米青瓜條濕滑地跣入口,舒服美麗!青瓜條反而多到喧賓奪主,不如叫青瓜煲啦!半腍半脆,保有獨特清爽味道。海鮮雜菜粉絲煲,果真幾海鮮雜錦喎!有蝦米及魷魚,夠專注無其他,勝在熱騰騰噴著煙端上。海味雜菜煲同蝦米粉絲煲既合體,而且菠菜、白菜、菜芯、西蘭花、紹菜、冬菇、青瓜、等等,什麼都有百花齊放!落味地獄咸度,咸蟲雜菜連湯底都偏咸,勁撈飯都頂唔緊。沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲,不吃芽菜的我又要花點工夫挑走,可以安心食用咯。深深的咖啡色,厚厚沙嗲汁重手頗咸,真係要撈多幾啖飯降咸一下,連鞋牛肉爽金菇滑粉絲齊齊扒入口,出奇地味道蠻不錯吧。薑蔥魚頭煲,還妄想會給我大魚頭,實在太天真喇!睇個價錢都知梗係細細無肉鯇魚頭,無肉食骨杉杉,炸得透徹脆卜卜盡吸薑蔥豉油汁,好鬼咸囉!薑蔥魚腩煲,話晒有啖肉食,結實的炆鯇魚腩,醃味濃郁不過仍食到魚味,魚汁醬油撈飯都十分相襯。魚香茄子煲,衰到連魚香茄子都出動埋,人家減緊磅架!忍無可忍,無論如何真係要叫個白飯。熱騰騰吱吱渣渣出場,味道濃郁微辣惹味,還有陣陣咸魚霉香。茄子軟綿濕滑,搭著肉鬆齊齊搭飯食,有讚無彈好味道,無話可說。椒絲腐乳炒通菜,飄著輕煙滾滾的送到,有鮮氣有鑊氣!立即大大注連汁塞滿嘴仔,我最愛粗粗的水通,鮮嫩翠綠爽甜多汁,配埋乳香微辣的醬汁更加美麗動人!蒜蓉炒油麥菜,食菜梗係要一束束大啖大啖地趙,這樣才感受得到兇湧的菜汁,霸道的菜甜,野蠻的爽嫩,還有陣陣溫柔的蒜香。菜膽雞一隻,我地明明要菜膽雞喎,點解會變成菜芯雞呢?從未聽過菜芯膽喎。依隻雞不得了,完全無雞味只有雪藏味,靠個芡汁同薑蓉,給我辣椒豉油會更好。皮厚大肥雞份量很多,肉質死實無鮮味,乾鞋兼備,芡汁死咸有少許麻油味,毫無香甜可口味道,實在地獄級難食,大家試一件就放棄。菜芯爽甜嫩,多汁脆口全部清掉。魚香茄子,隻煲呢?乾爭爭無汁,乾炒魚香茄子?茄子爽脆,我要勁綿勁滑勁多汁架!咸味強,辣味弱,失敗!肉片炒菜芯,滑潺潺嚥韌的肉片搭著爽嫩甜菜芯齊咬,互補不足蠻可口。咸蛋蒸肉餅,竟然用上鮮咸蛋,不是求其放片現成咸蛋黃蒸就算數,誠意可加。即蒸肉餅類都要用加倍的耐性等候,花上十幾二十分鐘實屬正常。鬆軟的肉餅大量肉汁夾雜肥豬肉格外甘香,咸蛋黃蛋白肉鬆撈飯無可抗拒的魔力,啖啖肉搭無比飯香,食指大動,大快朵頤!三色蒸水蛋,其實我地應該無點蒸水蛋,不過大家都忘記了!既然侍應叔叔送上門盛意拳拳,免強殷然接受。雞蛋滑溜溜震騰騰,味甜可口。藏著彈彈皮蛋及甘香咸蛋跟甜豉油白飯混和,味道昇華蓋頂!大大啖飯大大啖蒸蛋,開心幸福心心眼!白飯魚炒蛋,煎得兩面金黃焦香,熟蔥飄出芬芳氣味,淨聞都已流晒口水!蛋味濃郁緊緊包著清淡微濕魚肉,送飯不得了!停不下來。馳名羊腩煲,大大鑊落足料,豪氣闊綽無手軟,真材實料重量級!廿幾舊羊腩啖啖肉,肉多骨少大滿足,清甜不羶食到舔舔脷!羊腩滾上腐乳讓白飯抱著享用,無從挑剔,美味佳餚非您莫屬!羊腩湯撈飯同樣出色過人。配菜冬菇、馬蹄、竹筍、枝竹、唐生菜、等等,高質一絲不苟好好味。手切肥牛,顏色亮麗富光澤,看得見的優質。牛肉甜味強烈,夾著軟綿綿在羊腩湯肉涮兩涮,變得粉紅彈滑充滿肉汁,而且吸收大量羊腩湯就更加水潤,不過味道不太合適。…Read More

天氣好冷凍,一入到熟食中心,見到好多枱係度打邊爐又或明火羊腩煲呀,勁吸引 ~ 但無奈地 lunch 唔夠時間打邊爐呢,同事們亦不感興趣,又有同事唔食羊,連羊腩煲都幻滅 ~ 無緊要,返工無計啦 ~ 食小菜,一人叫一款,食完急急腳返公司 ~粟米斑塊,嘩 ﹗一咬落去嚇親,好膠吓喎,啲粉又厚又靭,同塊魚既厚度差不多,唔掂、好差噃,炸粉多過魚。涼瓜炒魚鬆,味道麻麻地,仲以為魚鬆即係一粒粒細細架呢,原來只不過係魚滑煎成魚餅再切片之麻,咸而不鮮,整體味帶甘,不苦,鑊氣欠棒。蒜蓉炒白菜,都係麻麻地,鑊氣欠棒,雖則大火略炒可保存維他命及營養,但白菜唔夠甜,唔夠熱,稍為生左啲,口感爽得黎偏硬。椒鹽鮮魷,估唔到最好食係依道菜,炸得香口、鬆化、金黃色,口感爽夾嚥靭,配喼汁同起,好開胃,不停咁食。蘿蔔牛腩,啲蘿蔔都唔甜既,有酸味,平價貨,炆得唔夠耐,唔入味而且口感硬。牛腩都唔錯,炆得夠腍又入味,撈飯一流。金銀蛋菠菜,又係咸蛋,無咩特別,皮蛋咸蛋撈菠菜,菠菜好新鮮。京都肉排,酸酸甜甜,好味。咸蛋蒸肉餅,味道同口感都算滿意。但好多肥豬肉,較鬆散,雖然加肥豬肉會更香,不過太多了吧,肉同肥膏比例不好,令到豬肉味不足,而且整個送比較淡口,要加豉油提味。啫啫三杯排骨煲,唔夠熱,好明顯係炒完後直接倒落個煲度就算,連個煲都唔夠熱既,過份地求其 ﹗味道好好,好香,排骨肉香且入味,加埋豬潤一齊煮,令香味同味道都更提升。三菇炆黃金豆腐煲,聽落似乎好健康,但其實幾油吓。見到三菇得什菜以及炸過既玉子豆腐,味度唔錯,幾好食,什菜新鮮爽嫰,玉子豆腐又香又滑。生炒骨,個人都係夠喜歡咕嚕肉多啲,無骨又啖啖肉。衣個送還可以啦,炸得香脆,味道酸酸甜甜,大路穩陣,不是什麼古法正宗炮製。…Read More

又係大嫂請食飯,就平平地係自己Hung Hom地頭搵番間,本來想去老上海, 但見食評麻麻,最後選擇呢一處.我們6大1細, 叫了8餸1湯, 食到要打包走.1. 卥水拼盤:) , 都好食, 幾足料.2. 椒鹽鮮魷 , 呢一樣真係頂呱呱, 好好味道3. 豉椒炒蟶子 + 4. 豉椒炒蜆 , 一般, 料係新鮮, 但豆豉落得唔夠, 唔夠味道!5. 粟米魚肚羹: 一大湯豌, 我就搵唔到魚肚嘞, 不過又煮得幾好味, 最鍾意佢夠熱, 而且稀" 結"度很適中.6. 炸乳鴿1隻 : OK7. 椒絲腐乳通菜 : 份量大8. 沙拉骨 : OK9. 原條豉汁蒸鱔 :( , 呢條鱔好大條, 但廚房用平時蒸例牌鱔嗰隻碟來蒸, 塞到爆,條鱔第一次上枱唔熟要番蒸, 好差, 而且同上面講過的問題一樣, 都係豆豉落得唔夠.另外叫了4個白飯和3支汽水, 埋單$560, 抵食!有兩點結論:(一) 環境係熟食中心, 有冷氣但唔算太涼,特別係7:00 pm後滿座就更熱, 所以決定冬天先再來過.(二) 下次再叫豉椒或豉汁菜式, 記得要叫佢加豆豉!…Read More
