胡椒香茅蟹煲一上枱有香茅同胡椒嘅味,蟹肉新鮮,隻蟹大約2斤,份量都夠5個人,食落有啲泰式風味。之後叫左個「菜花炒雜錦」,俗稱「小炒皇」,個名又改得幾靚。平時出邊食嗰啲多數用雪藏蝦仁,但呢間竟然用「新鮮蝦」,食落真係有鮮蝦味。椒鹽鮮魷炸得脆,灑咗椒鹽同蒜粒,魷魚彈牙,味道鹹香適中,配啤酒一流。份量ok! 可惜冇得雙拼。整體嚟講,增煇藝廚嘅菜味道可以,性價比高,普通小菜係百零蚊。喺深水埗想食大排檔,呢間係個唔錯嘅選擇。下次可能會試吓其他菜式!…Read More
