有得食蒸海鮮的地方已買少見少,太子「小漁港海鮮舫 鮮蒸•鮮味火鍋」是我近期的新發現,食材新鮮,而且好抵食,如果要過來試一定要book位,因為真係好full好多人,當日係全場爆滿。是日廚師智選套餐|$318/位🔸 刺身拼盤有三文魚、油甘魚、北寄貝和象拔蚌,全部刺身都是厚切,而且十分新鮮🔸 椒鹽豆腐豆腐炸到金黄香脆,配上炸香的蒜粒就更惹味🔸8款時令海鮮肉蟹、鮮蝦、蠔、鮑魚、粉絲扇貝、馬友、青口、蜆分了3個時間來蒸,因為不同食材,需要不同時間來蒸熟。🔺第1 回 - 先蒸鮮蝦、鮑魚、粉絲扇貝、馬友鮑魚爽口彈牙,馬友魚肉肉質好鮮甜嫩滑,粉絲吸收了扇貝的汁,所以十分鮮味。🔺第2 回 - 蠔、青口、蜆全部都好鮮味,蜆完全無沙,讚🔺第3 回 - 肉蟹肉蟹超級大雙,蟹肉是頂殻的,十分肥美,肉質超甜,好正🔸4款時蔬有勝瓜、小蕃薯、粟米,芋頭,再配上蟲草花蒸雞烏冬蒸就後,雞的肉汁融入在烏冬當中,令烏冬帶有濃濃的雞湯,十分惹味,雞肉也十分滑嫩。🔸蟹粥在上刺身的時候,店員已將蟹蓋先放到鍋底,加入了米、豬肉、瑤柱,煮了大約1小時後,一鍋美味的蟹粥就完成了,蟹膏完全融入粥底中,也帶有瑤柱和豬肉的甜味,這蟹粥真是清甜可口,就算再飽也可以吃上幾碗🔸甜品最後甜品是黑糖和菓子,為這餐豐富晚餐畫上完美句號…Read More

Book左8點食準時入得去蒸過嘅餐具滾熱水放心食用。坐低姐姐比咗小食花生+'喬'頭同問我哋飲咩,仲有茶。姐姐們都好好服務同有禮貌。一來係刺身拼盤,份量為2人岩岩好揀左椒鹽豆腐做前菜,因為真係要留肚食以下嘅海鮮,豆腐份量好多,椒鹽好香口仲有少少辣香,好正!第一轉蒸嘅係蝦,魚同鮑魚魚好滑有少少調味?完全唔會腥鮑魚蒸熟都好大隻好爽口,正由開始蒸海鮮已經煮嘅粥底,材料好多再來就係食大大隻瀨尿蝦,真係好大隻,2隻都係公,無膏嘅,但肉好甜。食緊同時就蒸靚牛,好快食得。估唔到蒸牛完全唔輸打邊爐,牛味會濃d跟住係食蜆同蠔啦,鮮味十足最尾一轉係我最鍾意嘅蟹,肉蟹!D肉好厚好多,少少膏有dd苦澀,但唔影響d肉,連腳都有肉食放係最尾慢慢食食蟹同時蒸虫草花雞烏冬,當第一啖食d烏冬係煙Un 有調味過,好juicy好正!但真係已經好飽,食唔晒都唔好晒!記得打包最後係一開始已經好期待嘅粥底,好努力食左一小碗,因為偏稀而且已經煲到好棉,好多小干貝好鮮甜,當然主要係之前蒸海鮮嘅精華入晒個粥度。呢一餐真係滿足到要打包返屋企。好岩想每樣海鮮都食到又唔自己買自己處理嘅人呀,呢個價錢食完仲可以抱住個肚走!推介!…Read More

近段時間蒸氣鍋越開越多,之前都試過唔少,唯獨今次,一試已經愛上那味道!當日來到嘅時候已經坐滿人,好彩預先book枱,否則黎到唯有等。一坐低職員已經好好招呼,介紹是日嘅精選套餐,一於就跟足佢嘅介紹。等候上主菜嘅時候,先嘗試佢地嘅前菜,另外多叫左碟椒鹽豆腐,少少辣,幾開胃,重要嘅係每粒豆腐炸到啱啱好,配上炸蒜,一流!主菜上場啦,打頭陣嘅係刺身,唔好以為佢地係以蒸氣鍋為主,原來刺身同生蠔都好新鮮!跟住落來,各款時令海鮮陸續登場,侍應姐姐為我地將每款海鮮按次序地擺落蒸氣鍋,貼心地計時,令我地可以品嘗佢地最鮮嘅一刻。馬刀貝,蕃薯貝同聖子,蒸得啱啱好,新鮮海鮮嘅海水味非常突出。鮑魚食落非常爽口,若有陳皮之類調味,味道相信更加吸引。扇貝肉質好彈牙,加上蒜蓉粉絲,幾惹味。而蝦肉質結實,食落就知新鮮。而我最欣賞嘅係黃花魚,肉質嫩滑,火候啱啱好,原來當鮮味遇上火候啱啱好的時候,味道可以如此突出!而蟹亦係重點推介之一,蒸氣鍋絕對係將其鮮味帶到另一個層次。蟹肉鮮甜,蟹膏濃郁,愛蟹之人實會感到滿足。另外多叫左一碟牛,算係都特別嘅嘗試,平時打邊爐就試得多,蒸氣鍋就真係第一次,呢次嘅嘗試可算係絕對值得一試嘅體驗。味質入口即溶,完全唔覺肥膩,感覺已經吸收了海鮮嘅鮮味。食到呢度,已經有飽肚嘅感覺。跟住落來係農家四寶蟲草花蒸雞配烏冬加,似乎為豐富嘅海鮮餐作了個好好嘅補充,不過雞味唔算好突出,但個烏冬似乎吸收了雞同蟲草花嘅精華,味道不得了!來到最後,精華嘅所在,當然係最底嘅南瓜猪骨粥。吸收完所有海鮮嘅精華,係不用落任何調味料之下,味道已經升華到另一個層次。雖然到最後已經好飽,但點都要試一試,為今餐嘅豐富畫上完美嘅句號!…Read More
