來到食肆臨立的九龍城區多會來吃泰國菜,這區超多泰國食店,小店等等,不過這一次是來個海鮮宴吧~這區那麼多美食,慢慢來試個夠~在餐廳門口前,有不同的餐牌給客人查看.可以了解收費和菜單,看會不會識合吃.有次去到西貢的海鮮店,收費不明的.一張單上超多個銀碼.有了經驗後,會了解收費後才進店.那就不會吃得不愉快的晚餐了.餐廳有圓枱可供2-4人長枱可供10-12人,識合不同的組合公雞碗很有親切感已往家家戶戶都是用這款來做家碗椒鹽瀨尿蝦店內的名牌菜瀨尿蝦體型有半隻手掌那麼大一隻瀨尿蝦剪開4份,炸後的殼很脆易開得多了.瀨尿蝦大隻的好處是~啖啖肉~殼內的肉保持鮮味而爽口,在蝦頭位置,沒想到有那麼多蝦膏,可以慢慢地享用.海鹽手插蝦鍋內圍住了粗的鹽,被錫紙包有內的蝦,蝦經過煎炸後再焗,真的是海鹽味道,是用了中型蝦,蝦肉鮮而彈牙,有重鹹味帶惹味的辣食蝦我都是用最原始的方法用手拆殼是最好味道的.火焰桶蠔個個都要讓路~震撼地上場的火焰桶蠔鍚紙包有8至9隻桶蠔,每隻都肥美厚身,加上蠔有醃了酒和帶蔥味,更令我想食多隻.3D立體芥蘭創新的煮法製作,令到芥蘭可以多食的方法把菜葉用油炸了後,吃下似紫菜的質地,味道帶一點鹹,脆口無比,不似吃葉的.芥蘭的莖位置,是用灼,吃到菜的清甜味道加上惹味的辣肉碎,不能不叫個(靚仔)來配合一番了.體貼客人餐廳做多一步有手機自助充電位置在手機無時之時,真的是救我手機一命吃海鮮喜愛明碼實價,雷公子做到了.不會在結帳出問題.可以過了愉快的一晚~:)…Read More

好多人都知九龍城有好多野食,但係我就好小食大排檔海鮮,所以就同女友和其他朋友一齊去左呢度食海鮮吧!坐到埋位,一人一碗湯,係雞腳湯,好香濃好味,老火湯,飲完唔口乾,即係冇味精啦,很好的說。過左一陣主菜黎啦,芝士龍蝦伊麵,有好多芝士舖左係上面,蓋過全部龍蝦同伊麵,撈勻佢先食,我以為芝士會好"流"的,但入口又唔覺,味香而唔會好咸,所以我都接受的,一般伊麵,龍蝦就啖啖肉啦,不過被芝士搶左風頭,如果改善一下就更好了。根住係蛋家佬炒蜆,大排檔風味,醬汁香濃吸引,不過殼多過肉,比例上要調整一下會更好。再黎係海鹽手插蝦,海鹽黏上蝦,我原隻連殼都食埋,脆卜卜的,好正。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,隻蝦好大隻,拆開之後,有橙色的瀨尿蝦膏,味香,蝦肉爽口彈牙,椒鹽脆脆。3D芥蘭,有幾3D?第1D係肉碎,第2D係芥蘭葉,第3D係芥蘭莖,我味食過或者未見過,芥蘭葉可以整到好似薯片咁,係脆卜卜的,芥蘭莖唔會好硬,不過肉碎略咸,不過用白飯和肉碎撈一起都十分不錯。最後一度菜銀山火焰桶蠔,錫紙外層仍然燃燒中,因為有酒燒嘛,講反裡面,D蠔又大隻又厚身,有炸過的,但唔會有炸漿附係蠔肉,又唔會有腥味,唔錯了。…Read More

又一次來雷公子開飯,不是喜歡它的立體3D芥蘭,而是剛剛認識了一班都是海鮮同好的朋友!九龍人一話入西貢已Say NO,既然大家上次食得咁盡慶,不妨再來飯局~有人話,剛剛識,不好在人家面前拆蝦拆蟹,感覺好輪盡呢,我覺得朋友食飯OK的,"相睇"就真的不好了,只會暴露在家什麼也不用做,連殼也不懂剝那些公主格!分分鐘搞"彎"個相睇局!!!不過這兒的海鮮....都係極少需要出手,就算要,都不會超論盡....蝦蝦!!!先來的是炒蜆醬汁少少辣,惹味的,吃不慣就覺得咸了少許吧~蜆沒有沙石,感覺還OK,就是那種不是主角菜式的,好味但印象不是最深刻!椒鹽瀨尿蝦(每隻$180)上枱時,看到厚厚的炸蒜還以為是避風塘的菜式,炸蒜香口不過就有點淋淋的,老闆說是自家製的,平常外面的舖頭是賣現成的,其實自炸也好,現成也好,最重要是好味,我覺得炸蒜這環場節的確是失了很多分數,瀨尿蝦咬開是有厚厚的蝦膏,香味良久不散,蝦肉肉質鮮甜,不過就要花點點心思除殼,用剪刀輕輕一剪就可以了,沒半點難度喔!手插蝦其實我上次已經好想一試,奈何大家已經點了很多,就留待今次Encore吧!蝦都是用油炸過,之後用錫箔紙包著,旁邊有海鹽,可以沾著吃,蝦殼經過油炸,外殼脆脆的,沒半點 之後是上次也有點的菜式"火焰蠔($288)"因為我不愛吃蠔,就留給在坐的朋友好了立體3D芥蘭 ($88)上次點過一試難忘,再來的芥蘭依然是翠綠可人,不過,今次感覺有點退步,中間的酥炸芥蘭葉感覺油膩,而上面的肉碎比較辣及咸了點這餐飯以龍蝦芝士伊麵作結尾老實說,我是不愛芝士,亦不愛伊麵,所以平時去飲等到餓了,也沒有叫龍蝦伊麵打底的習慣,伊麵我沒有嚐,但看到朋友挾起時,是比較輕身的芝士,幼身伊麵沾滿了芝士汁,喜歡芝士的朋友,一定會愛不釋手,不過....我不愛!放棄了!但我沒有放棄龍蝦,哈哈!輕輕一拉,龍蝦肉就出來了,儀態還在!哈!沾了一丁點的芝士汁,感覺是帶點咸味,芝味方面不太濃重,屬於比較輕身~最後,我竟然發現店家設有自助充電區,感覺貼心!你知啦!!!都市人電話沒電,人也會好像同時沒上電一樣!哈哈哈!!服務員態度依然是很好,換碟也算頻密,希望下次再來時,調味會更加精準!其實海鮮夠新鮮,也不用這樣重口味吧!…Read More

九龍城除了多泰國菜外,現在還多了很多海鮮的中菜館,這間中菜大排檔聽說就因有自家養殖的海鮮而聞名了什麼? 好多酒家都有自己魚缸?對, 所以味道方面就考廚師的技術了聽說是法國進口芝士,芝士量極濃厚,幾乎把幾隻小龍蝦跟伊麵都淹沒了,可見芝士處於半溶狀態, 有很多芝士粒還在,跟伊麵同吃味道非常濃厚,半拆殼的龍蝦仔味道不錯,總體來說芝士像是主角一樣,份量實在太多, 蓋過了其他配角的鮮味,龍蝦整隻上, 殼不易拆可以稍作改善必然更好以鹽包裹的手插蝦加上了少量辣椒跟椒鹽吊味,做到內鮮外香,與其用手拆殼,不如直接用口,可以嚐鮮之餘又可以吃得到微辛風味不知道有多少年沒有吃過有膏的瀨尿蝦了,記得上次幾乎要數10多年前的竹園,蝦膏的份量幾乎佔了一半,味道甘香, 風味極佳, 而且瀨尿蝦本身很大隻,比當年竹園風味有過之而無不及倒是椒鹽略略有點變淋,似乎是炒得不夠,剩餘水份蒸發不足3D芥蘭是我見過最有特別的煮法,炸菜葉像薯片一樣十分爽脆,入口的咯咯聲令人覺得不像在吃菜呢精細的芥蘭莖細條易入口,同時亦十分爽口, 並非一般的硬身芥蘭,加上炒過的肉碎,有點像生菜包一樣, 不同是調味更濃烈…Read More

因為家住附近, 皮蛋同豆腐又在九龍城出沒了. 平時成日都慣左行去南角道九龍城方向嘅右邊, 即係街市, 獅子石道果邊, 今次就行下過去另一邊睇下有咩好野食. 行行下皮蛋話食海鮮都好, 第一時間就唸起竹園, 因為之前食過d套餐可以有2人份量. 不過皮蛋話search下d未食過嘅餐廳, openrice 見到附近有呢間d comments 都唔錯, 行到去門口見到好多疑似係老闆同d明星嘅合照, 就試下啦.皮蛋同豆腐無咩唔食, 就叫老闆recommend d招牌菜. 果個唔知老闆定侍應話人人去都主要會食果幾款招牌菜, 最後我地order左:銀山火焰桶蠔 (HKD288)火焰桶蠔幾有gimmick, 我見枱枱都有叫咁滯. 桶蠔好肥美好大隻, 一煲大約有8隻, 砵酒香味濃郁, 熟度剛好, 入口嫩滑, 洋蔥一樣入味.椒鹽瀨尿蝦 (HKD180*2)瀨尿蝦仲大隻過d龍蝦, 香港唔係周圍都有得食. 我上次食咁大隻瀨尿蝦係喺澳門嘅豐順, 果度嘅同呢度嘅差唔多大, 不過果邊斷斤秤, 一隻要近HKD300, 呢度特大嘅都係HKD180一隻, 抵食~!! 呢度一隻瀨尿蝦切開左頭中尾三份, 雖然相信椒鹽整的話其實切開會入面d, 不過如果下次去, 我會想好似喺豐順咁食叫佢唔好切開, 成隻食 =) 瀨尿蝦本身新鮮, 多肉, 彈牙. 而家唔駛去到澳門或者香港其他地方都食到, 太好喇 ^^籠仔荷葉花雕蒸刀貝 (HKD198)刀貝跟花雕味很相配, 放進口再有淡淡的荷葉味滲出來, 這個煮法我是挺喜歡的. 刀貝踉桶蠔一樣佷肥美, 熟度亦剛好.立體3D芥蘭 (HKD88)呢餐以蔬菜作結, 個芥蘭賣相很不錯, 碟的四面放上芥蘭, 中間則有肉碎和酥炸的芥蘭葉, 工夫可不少.Overall d 食物賣相精緻, 煮法較多元化和新穎, 唔係傳統蒜蓉粉絲蒸, 鼓椒炒果d海鮮煮法. 食物新鮮, 加上廚師嘅煮法, 令每種海鮮有其他調味料的味道外亦更能帶出食物本身的鮮味.…Read More

朋友經常說九龍城有很多用心的小店,不時也推介我到那裡用餐。這晚他約了我們到這間叫雷公子的餐館用膳,原來這間餐館在網上的評價也很不錯。因為有人之前已經來過,所以就由他為我們點菜。椒鹽瀨尿蝦:上菜時看到有如手臂一樣長的瀨尿蝦,真的很興奮!因為平時吃的瀨尿蝦都是很小很小的,這裡一隻就等於平時的五六隻!味道方面,蝦肉不「霉」,鮮甜爽滑,加上椒鹽惹味,熱辣辣的,令人非常滿足呢!籠仔花雕蒸花甲:花甲大大隻,無沙,啖啖鮮美。花甲放在荷葉中蒸煮,使其沾了荷葉的清香,鮮味即時提高了許多。而且用蒸的方法煮製,更能吃出花甲的原有鮮味!只有一籠真的不太夠!風沙雞:也是很出色的一道菜,雞件皮脆肉嫩,可以見到雞骨仍有一點紅色,不會因弄得過熟而影響嫩滑口感,配合惹味炸蒜,很有風味!火焰桶蠔:相當「惹火」的一道菜,上菜時仍然有火在錫紙邊不斷燃燒,大家都不其然嘩嘩大叫!蠔用的是美國桶蠔,每隻都碩大肥美,外表金黃微脆,令人很回味的一道菜。3D芥蘭:名字和賣相都很特別的一道菜式,主要是肉碎和芥蘭碎合炒而成的,非常香口。避風塘炒蟹:甚有大排檔風味的炒蟹,鑊氣夠,蟹肉鮮美。整體來說,這裡的菜式水準大致平穩,特別是蒸花甲和火焰桶蠔兩道菜,更叫人留下深刻印象。…Read More
