作為一個正常香港人,一般都不會為吃大排檔而特意走到火炭,但由於星仔這個遊客今次跟父母來香港,而老人家又只愛吃中菜,所以即使適逢香港59年一遇的寒冬,我們也決定拜訪位於火炭的泰源。******************************泰源位於火炭山尾街,距離火車站比較遠,但大排檔出面其實就是巴士總站。由於天氣寒冷,大排檔周圍即使拉上膠簾以擋風,但食客都不太多。畢竟當晚氣溫只有約三四度,膠簾也幫助不大,幸好食店入面還有一個用鐵皮搭出來的房間,所以我們當然也選擇坐進房間內,才感到沒那麼寒冷。由於我們一行七人,侍應就推介這個套餐($750)給我們,當中上下的餸菜可稍作調換,另外還多送我們一個豉油皇炒麵。 豉油皇炒麵(免費)粉麵份量頗多,絕沒有因為免費而減少份量,調味適中,麵條有油光而不會有過於油膩的感覺。 金牌燒乳鴿乳鴿有三隻之多,以此價錢都頗為划算。乳鴿皮入口微脆,肉質不會過鞋,整體不錯。 沙田雞粥雞粥一大窩,每人都分到一碗,雞粥煲得頗綿,雞味雖然不算非常突出,但也能到嚐到雞香味。 椒鹽山水豆腐椒鹽豆腐炸得外脆內滑,椒鹽份量適中,非常香口惹味。 京都骨雖說骨,但比較像豬扒多一點,肉多骨少,而且每一件都非常軟腍,配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,非常開胃。 椒鹽墨魚咀平常吃墨魚咀,一碟份量都很少,這裡整碟都放滿墨魚咀。墨魚咀椒鹽味適中,炸粉不過厚,不過由於天氣冷,當日食客不多,餸菜同一時間上桌,以至當我吃這道菜時,炸漿已變腍,影響口感。 豉椒炒蜆炒蜆份量都不少,絕沒有殼多肉少或殼肉分離的情況,蜆肉亦不覺有沙,算是不錯。 清炒白菜仔除了夏天大雨水會影響菜價,其實最近冬天寒冷也令菜價上升,難得這碟炒菜仍份量十足,不過略嫌白菜仔油量多了一點。 油浸龍利魚龍利魚機乎佔了整個碟面,可見其份量。龍利煎至外表微脆,肉質嫩滑,說時遲那時快,整條龍利已經被我們吃光。煎蠔餅煎蠔餅份量超多,驟眼看蠔肉份量也頗多,不過跟椒鹽墨魚咀同一個問題,由於全部餸菜同一時間上枱,煎蠔餅很快就變冷,令炸粉變腍,感覺格外膩滯。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝($35/隻)扇貝上堆滿大量蒜蓉和粉絲,粉絲入口軟腍,扇貝很香蒜蓉味,肉質爽口彈牙,味道不錯。食物本身味道不錯,可惜因為天氣冷,食客少,令原本上菜快這特點,變成一個缺點,相信如果天氣不是太冷,餸菜不至太快冷掉,味道不致影響如此之大。雖然侍應解釋廚房有十個爐同時炒菜,所以不消一會餸菜就一起上枱,但如果店方能考慮食客數量,而稍緩上菜速度將會更加好。…Read More
