本來打算食老闆娘米線,點知比啲Youtuber 一推,連外賣都要等個幾鐘。唯有轉場食其他嘢,近近地去荃灣廣場附近食,經過平日都要排隊的「秘」今日難得不用排隊,所以就入去一試。以食板燒吉列牛來講,佢收費唔算貴板燒吉列牛$118點左餐之後基本上唔洗點等,因為啲嘢食一早已經預備好,淨係擺盤就可以拎出嚟比客加左$38 轉定食所以有湯&飯素飯&溏心蛋湯係非常之清淡,也喝不出有蘿蔔味,都唔清甜飯素又係無咩特別,飯素都係日式超市買開個啲味,飯係用珍珠米,軟硬適中,不會太濕,飽滿,粒粒分明,但無飯香楓糖流心蛋,都係無咩特別,無蛋味,無甜味,我仲食到有少少腥味?但同行友人則不覺吉列牛如圖所示,切好一片比你自己燒自己控制唔燒太耐就可以燒到唔韌色澤紅潤,油脂分報得都均勻,燒香之後啲油花剛好但就有少少筋,同埋肉無咩牛味外層係薄薄的麵包糠無特別調味,煎完有少少脆另外再點左個鍋物燒牛肉野菜鍋$98燒牛肉野菜鍋就好普通,無轉定食但都有跟飯牛肉煮到好淋,差唔多入口即化同上一樣都無咩牛味,而且脂肪比例太高,太肥配料都多款,有金菇,菜,芋絲同蘿蔔所有配料都唔入味,蘿蔔唔清甜仲要有渣湯底最CP值最高,好重牛味,又唔會好咸配餐的飯同上,只係無左飯素所以最後加左啲飯入湯做成湯飯,都係一個唔錯的食法兩個餐都有附一碟小醬汁,鹹鹹地杰杰地,板燒吉列牛可不點佢,但牛鍋唔點佢就無咩味。最後仲追加左個小食-脆炸蝦波$48一口size,外皮唔算得上脆,口感偏硬,有啲漿口痴牙應該用天婦羅炸粉?但濕左先炸?醬汁直接淋上炸蝦波面,有點影響脆度,建議可另上,咁客人就可自己決定點幾多醬汁係偏甜但帶有少少辣味食落有啲似蜜糖芥末醬,質地就係千島醬質地脆炸蝦球幾彈牙,有蝦味總括,吉列牛石板燒可再試,其他就免了,可以唔轉餐都得,因為無咩特別其他石板燒系列可選仲有啲飯類同小食成餐飯雖然都係燒呀,鍋呀,但油煙唔算太勁,起碼個身無咩味…Read More

Passed by this restaurant many times and there was always a long queue, finally got a chance to try it out on my day off. We arrived at around 6 pm and waited for just 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant is quite small with just around 20 seats. We ordered the signature beef set, grilled sea eel rice and wasabi octopus with tofu. The beef was prepared half raw and you can grill it according to the degree of doneness you prefer. The texture of the meat is more of a chewy side instead of tender. But it very much resembles the one that I had in Tokyo Japan! Feeling like I was traveling back in Japan for a moment haha. The half-boiled egg was perfectly cooked and went so well with the beef and rice.
