今年生日,男朋友帶咗我嚟食天龍軒~為咗呢一個窗口位,我哋三個月前已經book定,可惜天氣麻麻哋,俾啲霧遮住咗啲,但入黑之後景觀都算清晰,嘆住靚景食嘢特別開心😆首先會先上咗一個前菜,今次係魚湯啫喱配日本魷魚包住冬瓜,首先個魚湯啫喱一試已經非常驚艷,好濃嘅魚鮮味,但係亦都唔腥,不過本身唔鍾意食魚嘅就應該未必接受😛魷魚一咬落去好爽口,配埋冬瓜嘅清甜,係一個非常清新同開胃嘅前菜🤤之後我哋就叫咗蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒(半份)($216),半份有四件,佢採用咗肥瘦比較均勻嘅部份,令到成個口感好平均,而佢嘅醬汁都非常好食,整體嚟講係好鬆化好食😋不過我同男朋友一致認為之前食過唐閣嘅叉燒略勝一籌🤣另外,我哋都叫咗脆皮炸子雞(半隻)($368),我都係第一次食去骨嘅炸子雞,佢個皮好薄好脆,但係一啲都唔油,而肉質方面都相當嫩滑嘅,即使唔洗點淮鹽都好夠味,不過佢唔算好大隻,但都好滿足🤭之後想叫多個肉,就叫咗個特別啲嘅巨峰提子煎牛柳 ($368),不過呢個的確令我哋有啲失望🥲首先個賣相本身唔算特別靚,提子去皮係好香甜嘅,但係牛柳略欠牛味,有兩件亦都有少少韌,呢個比較失色一啲~蔬菜方面叫咗一個松露翡翠竹笙卷 ($272),係好爽嘅竹笙包住啲莧菜,上面仲有黑松露片,我覺得呢一個好清新,而且成個配搭都好match,幾好食😆另外我哋都對個花膠瑤柱伊麵 (半份)($159)好有興趣,職員仲好好同我哋講可以半份,結果一人一碗,份量啱啱好,個汁有膠質得嚟唔會過鹹,好滿意😌本身我哋都叫咗兩份甜品,但因為男朋友一早同餐廳講咗同我慶祝生日,所以一上就上咗個甜品拼盤,打卡超靚,仲要冇收到我哋甜品錢😳上面有我哋想食嘅雪燕紅棗凍糕同奶黃煎窩餅,仲有紫薯糯米糍同壽包😆個奶黃煎窩餅係最好食!外皮好柔軟,入面嘅奶黃爆哂出嚟,好啱我口味🤤嚟得酒店嘅中菜廳都expect服務態度要好,但今次簡直係比滿分,serve我哋嘅職員好nice,又會介紹每款食物嘅特點,仲主動幫我哋影相~講真大部分食物質素都不錯,但服務態度同環境的確為我哋用餐體驗加咗唔少分😆…Read More

娘娘呢幾日黎左香港旅行,百幸中抽到時間同我食餐飯見過面,作為一名老兵,當然要扭盡六壬,務求令娘娘有一餐愉快又難忘嘅晚飯回憶﹗娘娘平時係台灣都食慣好野,而台灣都不乏出色嘅西式日式餐廳,所以今晚就揀左相對娘娘係台灣小食嘅中菜啦﹗頭盤係黑醋魚乾 (個名唔係好肯定,掛住聽娘娘呻唔見左部電話,都唔記得聽服務員介紹),雖然只得兩細條,但入口異常香脆,作為頭盤相當唔錯。頭盤之一,亦係招牌菜之一,窩貼大蝦多士,薄薄嘅多士,緊緊貼住厚厚嘅大蝦,加埋甜甜酸酸嘅醬汁,呢個頭盤係滿分﹗最後嘅頭盤,招牌菜之一,西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,有別於一般叉燒,極少肥膏,但口感有如肥叉般軟綿,冇筋冇渣,微燶帶香口,引用 Peter Wong 名句,神奇,頂級,超卓。呢個娘娘好捧場,食左一半呀﹗花雕蛋白蒸蟹拑,大肉蟹拆出黎,睇 size 就知本身隻蟹有幾大隻,蟹肉新鮮具彈性,唔似雪藏貨霉霉爛爛 (收得咁貴仲要食雪貨),蛋白帶蟹香而滑,唯一可惜係花雕味淡啲 (酒鬼!?)。龍軒東坡肉,蘇杭名菜,食東坡肉最怕死咸死甜,呢度就啱啱好,要挑剔嘅話。。。肉本身瘦左啲,只有一層薄薄嘅肥膏,當然未去到柴頭,不過食得東坡肉都唔會追求健康要走肥掛?松露翡翠竹笙卷,一定要有菜,松露嘅香味支配左竹笙卷,我自己就好鐘意,不過娘娘好似一般麻,兩件就冇再要。。。硬野,鮑粒荷葉飯,賣相精緻 (即係細啦?),比珍珠雞大小小,但材料豐富,每一啖都有鮑魚粒,不錯不錯。甜品,酥皮焦糖蛋撻仔,酥皮香味差啲啲,不過焦糖獨特嘅香甜味又補返唔少分數。娘娘推薦,因為頂左兩隻。(唔好意思,張相炒左)送嘅美點雙輝 (個名我幫佢),芝麻餅唔錯,椰汁芋蓉糕就一般般。…Read More

生日飯有人請,一於食好啲!試一試米芝蓮食府-天龍軒。訂咗7:30pm, 餐廳响ICC 102 樓,由九龍站經Ritz Carlton 到天龍軒都算易搵。為咗有好啲 view, 訂位時最緊要話要窗口位。但因為天龍軒响ICC對西九龍果邊,個view主要係西九龍青衣同少少青馬景,如果要睇維港景,可能就會有少少失望啦!言歸正傳,睇睇有乜食先!小食點咗砵酒軟殻蟹,軟殻蟹係炸嘅,一隻蟹切開大約六、七件,香脆,再加砵酒造嘅汁,味道都幾好!要食主菜啦!兩個人一共點咗三個主菜,本來仲點咗個炒飯,但因為天龍軒嘅份量充足,實在食唔落,唯有取消咗,下次再試啦!第一個主菜係天龍軒必食嘅蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,鬆軟,燒到啱啱好,又唔太濃味,好食!可能係用黑豚肉嘅關係,呢個叉燒同其它出名餐廳嘅叉燒有啲唔同,冇咁燶,味道淡少少,食好大啖都唔覺膩,想試吓唔同嘅叉燒,不防試試。跟住就點咗櫻花蝦油泡斑球,係餐廳即場推介。石斑好足料,啲肉好實在,完全冇腥味,連我一向唔食魚嘅都可以接受!再加上一杯美味嘅白酒,😋。但係櫻花蝦就冇乜特別,作為配菜尚算可以。食咗咁多肉,要食番啲蔬菜啦。點咗松露翡翠竹笙卷。唔似其它餐廳淨係得松露碎,真係有一片片黑松露響生竹笙卷上面!好濃嘅松露味,喜歡松露嘅朋友可以一試。本來食完主菜都已經飽到上心口啦,但唔食甜品又點滿足呢!結果點咗一客冰凍嘅蘆薈香芒楊枝甘露,清淡又唔太甜,最啱食完大餐後換一換好感。埋單時間,有少少驚喜(唔係唔洗錢,我都想!),餐廳送上桂花榚同笑口棗,睇落好好味!唯有冒住曝肚嘅危險,將佢地食淸!笑口棗好好味,但桂花榚就一般!總括嚟講,天龍軒嘅出品唔錯,相對係貴咗啲,但味道同服務都唔錯,可以一試!…Read More
