My Order:Lunch Set E ($98) x3東洋卷 ($58)為了東洋卷而來,平日午膳時間約有八成滿座。餐廳環境較昏暗,現場燒串燒的關係有時餐廳內會煙霧彌漫,這點有少許扣分!午市選擇約七款,有丼飯、壽司、烏冬和魚生飯,每款約$90-$120。我們一行三人不約而同叫了Lunch Set E。Lunch Set E包括了沙拉、六件壽司、四件卷物、烏冬或蕎麥麵二選一和飲品。對女生來說,一定會吃得飽Haha~刺身部分不算太肥美,但表面都油光閃閃,雖然沒有入口即溶的感覺但尚算新鮮。烏冬不錯有雜菜配著,不會過於單調。小提醒這裡的蕎麥麵是熱版。東洋卷這個真的必點,願意了為東洋卷而再光臨。本來看菜單上是兩件,但來到是有三件已很驚喜=P 可能是按人頭收費,我們也不太清楚記得。一般卷物一定是用紫菜,但這個東洋卷卻用了班戟皮,個人非常鍾情於薄的班戟皮,所以一大加分位。東洋卷裡有牛油果、滿滿的蟹籽,沙拉醬和饅魚,一口吃到各種美味。先入口是甜的班戟皮然後很多蟹籽爆炸,再有鰻魚中和甜味,很好吃!!!牛油果味道反而不搶戲,可能不夠熟的原因,較平常的牛油果硬一點點。我也是亂猜的,也許是太熟的牛油果吃起來會太膩。但一整口吃真的很幸褔Hahaha=D推介呀!!!…Read More

上篇食評記斜了我在文華廳的生日飯局(一), 延續下去,今篇寫生日飯局(二),地點是位於銅鑼灣的一門。一門在銅鑼灣甚有名氣,openrice上有434篇食評(再加我這篇就是435),翻查第一篇是2004年的,換言之,一門至少也開業了十餘年了。收藏已久,一次也未曾到訪,終於在今年的生日第一次光顧,吃後,也相信會日第二次,第三次....很多很多次。一門的枱向來很緊張,因此強烈建議預先訂枱,沒有訂位的分分鐘要白摸門釘。 男友book了七時半,準時到達餐廳,順利的被安排入座。餐廳燈光偏漆黑昏暗,裝潢用上了江户亭園風格,第一次到訪的我就迅即愛上這兒了。因燈光較黑,枱與枱之間了有距離,因此私隱度幾高,慶祝/見客/三五之已飯聚也十分適合。店員給我們送上餐牌,食品有一間居酒屋供應的串燒,小食,大至也是小碟小碟的,適合傾計佐酒時吃。當中有幾款是一門的招牌菜,每個來的客人都基本上會點的,那就是厚玉子了。我們先每人點了一杯果酎,我的是Sunset, 男友的是巨峰燒酎。Sunset$40: 顏色和名字一樣,有很夏天的感覺,我點了有酒精的版本,內有熱情果,西柚等材料。 呷下,酸酸甜甜的,有點像雜果賓治,酒味散後,遺下的就是果甜。巨峰燒酎$40: 紫色中混著奶白色,同樣是有酒精含量的。 入口有巨峰提子的甜味,其後帶著些兒乳酸飲品的味道。 點的菜式陸續送上。芝士厚玉子Omelette with cheese $55: 厚玉子是一門的名物,長方的玉子蛋,右下角燒上了一門的字樣, 旁邊放了蘿蔔泥。店員把芝士厚玉子奉上桌後,就在我們面前為蘿蔔泥淋上甜醬汁。玉子淡黃,橫切面可看到蛋醬有些橙橙紅紅的調味料。 切開玉子燒,芝士緩緩流岀,令人心動。 甫放入口中,玉子蛋和外邊吃的質感有些不同,一門的玉子蛋滑溜得如蒸蛋,入口十分的濕潤滑溜,味道是甜甜的。 先是蛋的甜香,芝士中的奶油香繼而滲岀,整個組合十分的配合,令人不禁一口又一口的送到口中。 除了芝士口味外,一門還有原味,蟹肉玉子,及海膽玉子等供應,因想多吃其他的,未有試其他口味的玉子蛋,下次一定會試試海膽那款的。東洋卷$58: 另一款招牌菜,製法創新特別。 撇下用紫菜做卷物,改成以pancake皮作外皮; 飯也不用了,改成用海量的飛魚子,再混搭牛油果及蒲燒鰻魚製作成東洋卷。把東洋卷放入口中,最先嚐到的是pancake皮似蛋糕的微微甜味,接著是飛魚子的輕微咸鮮味,牛油果的奶油香,最後則是鰻魚的魚油香及燒汁蜜味。 口感也很豐富,飛魚子的脆身,牛油果的腍口,鰻魚的軟熟及pancake皮的輕盈,層次分明也特別,來這兒切勿錯過。鮭魚揚紫菜卷$60: 用紫菜包著三文魚片,撲上粉漿炸成,一客有4件。 三文魚炸得剛好,近邊位熟透,而最入邊還是生的。 紫菜緊密貼著三文魚片,不會有鬆散的情況岀現,吃下,是如薯片的香脆,邊位魚肉的嫩口及中心位的彈性。 輕輕一口,送著果酎剛好。海膽海鮮飯Sea Urchin and seafood rice$130: 居酒屋供應的食物大多也是小碟小碟的,屬於飯麵類的有十款左右可選,當中一個飯類,其名字十分的吸引我,就是海膽海鮮飯了。甫上桌的海膽海鮮飯和我相像的有些少的岀入,飯面的海膽並不是所想的排得又整齊又大塊,而是隨意的放置於中間。 面頭還有魚籽,柱貝及鮮蝦。先吃口飯,飯質感濕潤,帶蝦的鮮味,蕃茄的甜氣,飯粒飽滿帶甜,令人感覺討好。 把飯伴匀,海膽的甘甜並不突出,但齒間偶然能嚐到魚籽的鮮味,整體是收貨的。蝦不是冷藏貨式,而且師傅還在蝦背剪了一下,客人客人剝殼,用叉也輕易把蝦肉拿岀。吃過幾款菜後,意猶未盡,我們再追加了2款串燒,分別是芝士雞肉串及燒三文魚串。燒三文魚串: 吃下感覺有點兒過熟,味道比較單調,比起之前去的菜式,燒三文魚串明顯較失色。芝士雞肉串: 看上去平平無奇,但味道比前者的燒三文魚串來得岀色。 雞肉沒有雪味,而且十分嫩口,肉濃加上芝士的奶甜香,兩者味道很配合,十分平易近人,可以一試。食物質素很穩定,每款也做得好,當中有些更是岀色呢。 值得一讚的就是這兒的服務質素,店員十分有禮貌,而且更是貼心周到,當日男友安排了蛋糕給我,當中的女店員十分細心,見我可能需要幫蛋糕拍照,因此特意不插蠟蠋,拍會影響了。 因我們2口子,根本不能吃光整個蛋糕,那位女店員突登為我們保留了蛋糕盒子,還主動詢問需否幫我們包起吃不完的蛋糕。 這些小舉動真的令人感到窩心呢,絕對值得一讚!一門 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣軒尼詩道502號黃金廣場4樓…Read More

見到網上評價咁高,而我又係愛食蛋嘅人士,便到來試試。芝士玉子燒一上碟已聞到濃濃蛋香,表面富光澤,已令人食指大動!第一啖食蛋嘅部份。蛋好滑溜,入面嘅蛋漿帶點流質,時間控制得好完美嘅一透熟!味道有驚喜!非一貫嘅死甜,蛋味濃,而且微甜之餘帶咸香。甜咸俱全,真係好正。整個玉子燒有好多蛋嘅折層,相信落咗唔少雞蛋,一層層蛋嘅效果整得好靚(我認都幾考功夫?),食落好有層次感,不單調。開始食到中間,嘩,入面嘅芝士十分澎湃地洶湧出黎,芝士迷如我見到未食已十分興奮!滿滿嘅芝士配上高水準滑蛋,十分好味,推薦!另外,估唔到伴碟既白蘿蔔蓉+醬油都有驚喜!白蘿蔔蓉清甜,淋上自家自調嘅豉油,作為玉子燒嘅點綴,清新好味。平時我係一滴豉油也不沾,因為唔鐘意,例如蒸魚一般家庭/茶樓都會淋豉油,而我就唔會。不過呢個豉油竟然令我覺得好好味。東洋卷幾特別既卷物。軟軟的班戟皮包著大量混上少許沙拉醬嘅脆卜卜蟹籽,軟熟嘅牛油果(唔會太生,未夠熟嘅牛油果無咁好食而且較硬身爽口,呢度嘅則軟熟淋甜,細節都做得好要俾個讚),加上入味嘅鰻魚,呢個組合配搭得好食。好鐘意佢個班戟皮,軟得黎富彈性,有蛋味。又一推薦!Menu玉子燒仲有原味、雜菌、河蝦、海膽、蟹肉。下次要試埋其他味同埋set lunch。…Read More

終於都得閒寫番因為本人鐘意日本菜,有見好多人介紹一門,所以專登同家人去試下,不過冇預期中那樣好 首先叫左最多人介紹的厚燒玉子,果然係正!玉子多汁,煮到唔係太熟果個位岩岩好 熱 lart lart 食好好味之後我地再Encore一碟!燒雞泡魚乾就唔係特別好,略厭靭左D而見唔係好香口,建議唔好叫我都幾喜歡吃燒牛舌,所以一見到Menu有就叫點知牛舌有無牛味,有超級靭諗住可能只係燒果度出左問題,所以叫左碟牛肉薄片刺身點知一樣咁差!!賣相就靚,不過完全無牛肉味 最後東洋卷等左好耐終於到,玉子係一門的拿手所以依個都幾好味,不過裡面的料就無咩特別....所以我都係會揀叫碟玉子食石頭飯無咩特別,唔夠料唔夠味,仲要唔夠熱,飯焦都無環境都幾有氣氛,有bar枱有table,幾岩情侶慶祝傾下計不過態度真係好差 D人好似睇你唔起咁,又懶,唔想做咁..睇見都幾激氣!…Read More

上個星期師傅相約左幾位好友一同飯局, 好友食神當然唔少得啦, 而另外兩位分別係靚酒王同埋師奶老師! 講真是次飯局配搭甚為新鮮, 皆因師傅除左同好友食神經常有飯局外, 其他兩位都甚少, 印象中師傅就好多年冇同過師奶老師飯局喇, 另外亦從來冇同過靚酒王開飯, 所以是晚師傅亦甚為期待!師傅同師奶老師商量後, 得出黎個結論係要喺港島區, 何解要喺港島區? 咪就係要遷就師奶老師囉, 所以當晚飯局亦由師奶老師全權揸旗, 而地點經師奶老師細心揀選後, 就決定黎呢間食店! 師傅當然唔會反對啦, 皆因從來未黎過! 但為走寶, 師傅決定上黎呢度睇下各食家有咩推介, 以備不時之需!師傅同食神準時去到食店, 侍應安排入座後, 就再等下靚酒王同埋師奶老師; 幸好大家都好準時, 所以唔係等左好耐! 於是就睇下有咩好食, 經過一輪商議後, 就柯打左蟹肉玉子燒, 海膽玉子燒, 東洋卷, 溫泉玉子沙律, 燒牛舌, 燒牛肉蕃茄, 辣大蝦沙律同埋鮮帶子薄餅等! 由於是晚師傅冇咩準備, 所以食物名稱未能詳細例明, 不便之處, 還望大家見諒!由於師傅睇過下食評, 知道呢間食店有三樣係必食的, 就係玉子燒, 溫泉玉子同埋東洋卷, 就等師傅先講下玉子燒啦; 玉子燒分別柯打左兩款, 亦分左兩次落單, 第一次係蟹肉玉子燒, 而第二次係海膽玉子燒, 好明顯加得單一定唔少野啦! 玉子燒師傅都係第一次食, 有少少似大鄉里出城, 不過一入口發覺玉子燒十分嫩滑鬆軟, 蛋味亦夠香, 而且蛋裡有湯汁亦甚為鮮甜, 蘿白蓉亦十分清新, 感覺真的不錯, 可惜師傅覺得蟹肉略嫌鞋口, 而師奶老師亦話有蟹殼添, 有殼呢個位真係要扣分, 不過整體而言蟹肉玉子燒都算可以; 至於海膽玉子燒最明顯優勝嘅地方係入口唔鞋, 仲唔腥又冇殼, 加上海膽都幾甜, 所以個人黎講師傅鍾意海膽玉子燒多過蟹肉玉子燒喇!之後又試下另一名菜東洋卷, 東洋卷到底係咩黎呢? 東洋卷賣相極似壽司, 偏偏外層唔係用紫菜包住, 而係用一塊類似pancake皮包實, 餡料就有牛油果, 飛魚子同鰻魚, 當一入口師傅發覺東洋卷味道唔太濃, 而牛油果亦不算太乾身, 飛魚子就勁脆卜卜, 口感非常之正, 加上鰻魚十分肥美, 冇碎骨兼唔腥, 配合埋外面軟棉棉嘅pancake皮, 嗰種口感同質感真係難以用筆墨形容, 絕對係非常之正, 令師傅一試難忘! 師傅覺得呢個東洋卷係一食, 再食, 三食嘅必食之選! 溫泉玉子沙律感覺就好普通, 絕對感覺唔到點樣特別, 但勝在蔬菜新鮮, 都可以啦; 燒牛舌就係燒得唔錯, 牛舌爽口而且肉質鮮味多汁, 入口異常之香, 真係唔錯; 至於燒牛肉蕃茄亦係一道令人驚喜嘅串燒, 用薄牛肉包住細細粒嘅車厘茄再去燒, 牛肉燒完後唔韌而且亦十分香, 最令師傅驚喜係車厘茄, 車厘茄除了冇變形外, 內裡依然鮮甜多汁, 配埋牛肉一齊食, 真係好味過鮮茄牛肉呀; 呢串燒牛舌同燒牛肉蕃茄絕對係必食之選; 至於辣大蝦沙律同埋鮮帶子薄餅就好一般水準, 辣大蝦沙律嘅蝦真係幾大隻, 肉身新鮮爽口但完全唔辣, 而食神同師奶老師都話個沙律沙辣, 但對於師傅咁鍾意食辣的, 絕對唔入流; 而鮮帶子薄餅師傅就覺得冇咩好講, 普通啦!總括黎講食物質素尚算不俗, 環境就十分舒服, 服務態度非常友善, 但價錢唔算太便宜, 埋單每位兩舊水, 講真食物份量唔算多, 而且亦唔算柯打得太多, 所以抵食情度一般啦! 是晚飯局真係感覺以聚舊為主, 所以食咩其實唔係睇得咁重要, 師傅在此亦要讚下師奶老師嘅安排, 令師傅食左餐幾好嘅晚餐, 所以笑臉絕對值得一比! 而一門三傑師傅已試兩傑, 如果仲有下次必試埋溫泉玉子, 不過再黎嘅可能性還是隨緣吧!…Read More
