名字很漂亮,烤好的蕃薯放上豆腐雪糕,熱烘烘的蕃薯香甜軟綿,冰冷的豆腐雪糕淡香柔滑,混合起來味道驚喜。
朋友覺得黑松露芝士燒蠔和月見醬唐揚飯團較為出色,我認為薯上白雪給我很大驚喜。其實每道菜水準都不錯,而且環境氣氛輕鬆,適合三五知己一邊談天,一邊享用美食。

要特別提一提, 居酒屋上菜速度驚人, 我們盡量快一點吃完騰空位置, 如果其他人來用膳可以考慮分兩至三次下單, 既不會放涼食物又不用吃得太趕 😉 另外餐廳味道偏濃, 適合重口味的你。
