今日放工 屋企人話想食上海菜, 去咗銅鑼灣登龍街嗰邊啲 V Point, 好大雨我哋唔可以周圍去, 就揀咗地庫嗰间《日喜樓》, 食上海,川菜。去到差不多六點半,時間尚早, 餐廳樓底好高, 空間感十足。 一般食川菜嘅地方大圆枱比較少, 這裏竟然有4,5張大圓枱, 啱曬公司一大班人或 親友聚會。餐牌選擇甚多, 上海菜,四川菜,廣東小菜小炒都有。沖咗壺菊花 (茶介每位12), 夜晚飲啱啱好唔會瞓唔著。蔥油拌海蜇$78海蜇夠爽脆, 加入蔥油又有唔同食法, 成個感覺唔係用醋為主要調味, 而係變咗較重味嘅蔥油, 提供芥辣, 相當嶄新嘅調味料。不過 個人覺得作為前菜冷盤, 都係偏酸嘅或者帶醋味 會比較開胃。日喜灌湯小籠包$74果然係招牌推介菜式, 皮超薄, 筷子夾起嘅時候 裏面嘅湯重到往下墜。 咬開爆湯嘅小籠包, 餡料亦相當美味,肉質肥瘦適中, 調味亦恰到好處 ,混和肉汁湯汁同吃, 啖啖滋味。銀芽炒鱔糊$128放棄韭黃炒鱔糊因為韭黃如果唔夠嫩或者炒耐咗會好韌。 這份 鱔糊個汁夠濃夠惹味, 唯獨鱔肉質地唔夠 結實彈牙而且仲有少少腥, 亦唔夠蒜頭爆香嘅味道。砂鍋雲吞雞半隻 $98這是推廣價相當抵食, 雲吞雞湯非常清甜, 可以分到六碗湯,👍, 雲吞大大粒餡料切到好幼细, 半隻雞雞肉相對偏鞋。羊肉搶湯麵$58個湯好濃郁但係飲落清甜, 似有好多蔬菜餚製出嚟嘅味道, 亦冇羊肉嘅羶味。 麵質过腍, 似用作做酸辣麵嘅麵底。餐廳另一招牌係50小碟,100小碟, 淨係睇餐牌 非常吸引, 希望下次有機會可以一試。…Read More

銅鑼灣V Point前身為另一座大廈,在一年多前經過翻新工程後,才成了現今的V Point,而同一座大廈裡林立數間的餐廳,有的是日式,有的是中式。而有個共通點就是,在遊客區的餐廳其實也不會便宜到哪兒去,都是一些高級的餐廳,這次選擇了一間中菜聽,名為「日喜樓」。裡面的環境也不算太豪華,以大的桌子為主,還好牆身旁有些金黃色的裝飾,增加了豪華感。在別的中菜廳吃過同一道菜式,已經對它念念不忘,在這裡當然也忍不住點啦。碟子並不是很大隻,蝦的數量算適中,黑松露覆蓋全部蝦仁,很是香口,蝦仁爽口彈牙,整體來說質素很高。之後點了一碗陽春麵,是傳統的上海菜式,麵上有一些薺菜,不知道是否大部分人都能接受薺菜,我自己就覺得可以。陽春麵每一條都很幼小,吃進口只需花小量的咀嚼時間,絕對較粗的好吃。小籠包也是我每次吃上海菜必點的菜式,小籠包裡的湯味道濃郁,每次一咬開小籠湯包的皮,便有大量的湯流出來,好有滿足感。但豬肉不夠結實,這方面可以做得再好一點。上海炒年糕上佈滿海鮮醬,令原本味道單調的年糕變得濃郁,而且年糕質感十分煙韌,令我想起了現今年輕人也很愛吃的韓式年糕😋還有一些白菜仔和雞絲。吃過某間連鎖生煎包店的生煎包,覺得不錯,突然又想在這裡試試傳統的上海生煎包。生煎包竟是是用煲子盛載,很是特別🤣咬開後是滿滿的湯汁,但跟小籠包有個共通的缺點,就是裡面的豬肉不夠結實。北京埴鴨是日喜樓的招牌菜式,原價二百多元,現在正做優惠,比原價便宜得多了。埴鴨的擺設並不是放得太整齊,味道倒是令我大開眼界。埴鴨每一件都沒有太多的肥肉,連皮也不會太油膩!吃北京埴鴨就當然還有青瓜和配埴鴨的醬汁,很有風味…Read More
