一月中下旬星期二,天氣寒冷。這星期天氣驟降,友人跟我都想要吃點暖胃的,經過這家餐廳看到有蟹粥,就進去試試看。裡面格局挺大,可以容納幾張大桌,東西也整齊。被安排在卡位坐下後我們都逼不及待先點菜。先點小菜開開胃,最先上的是黃金蝦,這是我第三次吃黃金蝦,三家的做法都不一樣,這裡的蝦子是可以連殻吃,就算涼了一點也不會變硬,可以原隻咬嚼,而且蝦子本人是有調過味,不像其他以為有咸蛋黃就是有味道,很出色。然後有蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,我們點了一人一隻,蟶子王當然大隻,粉絲鋪滿整隻蟶子王,很爽口,從粉絲就可以看到大廚非常注意每個細節。重頭戲招牌蟹粥糕蟹上桌,服務生細心幫我們分好一碗,可以看到瓦煲裡的粥還在翻騰,蟹蓋足有手掌大我最愛吃蟹蓋,把裡面的蟹膏混進清甜的粥裡面,蟹膏的鮮香在口裡回甘,蟹肉很嫩,我們不知不覺已經全吃光。這裡的蟹粥的粥底很鮮美,一問之下原來師傅會先用小蝦小蟹還有蟹膏跟粥一起煮,確保粥入味,而且米粒有跟珍珠米混合在一起,所以粥體綿密。我們都為今晚找到這家小菜高水準,蟹粥回味無窮的餐廳覺得非常滿足。寒冬來一碗熱騰騰的蟹粥,是一種小確幸。…Read More

快到中秋,總要和朋友吃團圓飯。難得做節就要吃點好料,選了一間價格合理的中餐館~在銅鑼灣收工大概十分鐘就到了這家在灣仔道的餐廳。門面有別於傳統的中菜館,裝修比較簡約和新派。餐廳主要以海鮮為主打,牆上亦有餐廳的推介菜式~剛好這裡四人海鮮餐,所以我們也懶得想了,就來一份套餐。連同兩款餐前小食,一共有八款菜式,當中大部分都是海鮮,夠豐富了吧!前菜先有一份拍青瓜,很爽脆,加上特調的醋和醬汁,十分開胃~前菜還有手撕雞,帶點微辣的涼菜~接下來就進入重點的部份,羔!蟹!粥!看到金黃色澤就知道有很多蟹膏吧!蟹膏都溶入了粥裡面,蟹膏甘香而蟹肉極鮮甜~蟹超大一隻,除了多膏外,還很厚肉,就算四人分也一定夠吃!除了蟹以外,套餐還有海蝦~避風塘炒蟹就吃得多,避風塘炒海蝦也是第一次吃!避風塘的精隨就在滿滿的炸蒜酥,味道還帶點香辣~蝦肉彈牙,酸上炸蒜酥很好下飯!蒜茸蟶子皇原價也要$58一隻,套餐就已經有四隻了,很化算~稱得上蟶子皇就是很大隻啊!蟶子洗得很乾淨,不會有沙。而粉絲就吸收了蟶子的鮮味和豉油精華,的確是不可或缺的配角~不過粉絲有點硬,如果可以蒸得更軟更透就更加分了~除了傳統的海鮮,還有fusion菜~這個星洲軟殻蟹,不但有星洲辣汁的香,更帶點酸甜,什有創意!最後一味欖豉龍躉球也非常出色~火喉控制得剛好,魚肉滑嫩厚實。龍躉除了魚肉外,魚皮也是另一種點。魚皮夠厚,有膠質有嚼勁。美中不足是鮮皮上還剩餘少量魚鱗,吃的時候要稍為小心~最後還有一碟時蔬,沒什麼特別,不過就正好為一頓豐盛的晚餐作結~四人份的海鮮餐連加一每人也是$270,性價比很高,無論跟朋友還是家人來也合適呢~…Read More
