尋晚去灣仔聽講座前,係附近搵d野食醫下個肚先。之前係荃灣已經好想食呢間生煎包,無奈拎左米芝蓮後比業主瘋狂加租下結業。趁今日可以路過此店,緊係要試下啦。店舖勁近地鐵站,一落天橋過對面就見到。店舖設立食,非常方便。我點了一客招牌生煎包4粒。立食位置有醋同豆辦醬,玻璃鏡亦貼了一張溫馨提示,建議客人點了黑松露生煎包,就不用沾醋食。我點的是原味生煎包,所以決定醋同豆辦醬都要試下。第一粒先試原汁原味,輕輕咬一口,皮未破,但已經聽到"滋滋"聲,再咬第二口,肉汁爆出,濺到玻璃鏡上,真的很誇張,哈哈......肉汁好清甜,包的味道剛剛好不會太咸,但覺得皮可以再煎得香脆d。。。到食第二粒時,先發覺店舖貼了另一張溫馨提示,教客人食之前最好先弄破一小口,以免比肉汁燙到第二粒決定沾醋。吸取了教訓,今次先用筷子弄一個小孔,見到肉汁好似溶岩咁湧出,即時吸了三、四啖。以為差不多吸完,再一口咬下,又有肉汁不斷流出來,肉汁好似懂得不斷自我複製一樣......配醋食感覺不會膩,同肉汁好夾到第三粒就沾豆辦醬。今次弄了一小口孔,即時吸了五啖肉汁,再放入口咬,沒有之前既湧泉效果,食入口不會太論盡。但我一向不慣食太咸食物,所以覺得配豆辦醬食口味過咸,不適合我。而最後一粒決定沾醋食,平衡一下前一粒既豆辦醬味道。總括而言,價錢合理,值得一試。…Read More
