近年懷舊風潮令冰室開得成行成市,幾乎在街上走幾步就會看見一間,這晚就來到樓下冰室吃晚餐。店內裝潢以懷舊茶餐廳作主題,充滿復古特色。餐牌亦有不少套餐款式,價錢大眾化。招牌瑞士雞髀 $28取名源於往日侍應誤將「Sweet」當成「Swiss」,自此成為香港本土豉油西餐中膾炙人口的經典,瑞士汁棕色帶紅有光澤,濃稠適中,甜中帶鹹。雞髀大隻啖啖肉,外皮上色均勻,內裡肉色雪白,肉質依然保持嫩滑多汁。焗芝士肉醬薯角 $36芝士與肉醬向來是天衣無縫的配搭,表面舖滿澎湃焦香芝士,芝味無窮。金黃薯角連着薯皮炸得外層鬆脆,肉心軟綿細密得似薯蓉。火腿奄列配牛油厚多士 $32一份奄列配上兩大片厚多士,相當具份量。火腿奄列蛋皮較薄,卻甚有蛋香,裡面裹滿火腿切片。牛油厚多士即點即焗,烘得外脆內軟,稍嫌牛油下得不夠多。焗芝士西蘭花 $36表面舖上厚厚的拉絲芝士,西蘭花切成一口大小,拌入芝士後芝味十足。公司三文治 $48餡料超豐富,應有盡有,層層疊起後確實是一口無法掌握。中間夾著兩層餡料,有炒蛋、生菜、火腿、芝士、蕃茄片等等,根本就是食材的大集薈。吉列豬扒配厚切牛乳炒蛋治及粟米什果沙律 $53價錢與正餐相約,份量極之飽肚。吉列豬扒是薄切的,欠了點肉汁,不過外層炸得乾爽酥脆。厚切牛乳炒蛋鬆軟綿密,又富有濃郁蛋香。吃完這麼多肉食,難免會覺得有點滯膩,吃點粟米什果沙律正好可以清一清味蕾。忌廉紅豆冰 $14紅豆冰向來是我的最愛,加上厚厚的忌廉份外奶滑柔嫩。紅豆大粒飽滿,熬得起沙,甘甜又香綿。華田脆脆 $22阿華田沖得夠濃醇,口感順滑,散發麥芽香氣。鋪滿脆口的華田脆脆,更添豐富口感。…Read More

冰室愈開愈多,是香港人的恩物,全因用一個划算的價錢就能吃到大量的食物,真的很有滿足感。之前在荃灣逛街也發現了不少冰室,逛過路德圍,有不少美食在那兒,聽說一間叫「樓下冰室」的餐廳很有名,但這天不在那邊,而是近悅來坊的荃薈商場那邊,吃完晚飯後便和朋友在悅來坊逛逛。裡面的裝潢十分有懷舊風格,「士多」和「茶檔」等字眼都令人想起香港的經典。樓下冰室的蕃茄濃湯通粉十分有名,可選一餸、兩餸、三餸,也可選擇搭配各類特色小食。單點的小食種類也有不少,來到冰室當然要嚐很多款小食,有特色又便宜。不想吃小食的人也可選擇吃主食。不少冰室都會有一些特飲,這裡則有華田脆脆,其實即是阿華田表面有些阿華田粉,口感脆卜卜,阿華田則有很濃的朱古力味,不會只有死甜。除了經典的紅豆冰,這裡還有數款特飲,譬如是紅綠椰冰。紅綠椰冰即是紅豆加綠豆的椰汁冰,還真是第一次試這款飲品,紅豆加綠豆竟然真是不錯的配搭,紅豆有補血的作用,綠豆則有清熱的作用。這裏最有名的是蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,貌似沒什麼特別,其實蕃茄湯的蕃茄味十分濃郁!能感覺到不是罐頭湯,而是新鮮蕃茄弄出來的湯蕃茄湯也不會很酸。牛乳炒蛋滑溜溜的,新鮮熱辣。說是德國什腸,我當然不能確定它們是否真的全部都來自德國,姑勿論是否真的來自德國,味道倒是挺好的,有芝士腸、司華力腸和德國肉腸。麻辣脆雞粒真的非常好吃!本以為會沒什麼特別,事實卻不是如此。每一件都辣辣的,卻不會令人受不了啊,連我這個不太能吃辣的人也覺得辣得很滋味雞件非常脆,也不會讓炸粉覆蓋雞件太大部分的範圍。瑞士雞髀是這裏必吃的食物,瑞士汁非常多,甜甜的味道在口中徘徊,極度推薦雞肉也嫩滑的,將它切開,每一件都能沾上瑞士汁,又甜又好吃。西多士則比較遜色,表面有一層牛油,中間是花生醬,份量足夠,只是不夠脆,多士也沒有很熱,扣了一點分。…Read More

嚟到荃灣呢個平民美食天堂,本來諗住去啲網上討論度極高嘅地方食飯,結果誤打誤撞嚟咗呢間唔喺我樓下嘅樓下冰室食飯身為讀VA嘅我,入到去第一睇見到個裝修勁靚勁oldschool令到我呆咗咁企喺度望,最深刻係天花板下面吊住啲好懷舊嘅舖頭招牌,而且每個細節位都勁精緻,再加埋帶黃嘅燈光令我感覺好似翻翻以前嘅年代咁。招牌嘅蕃茄濃湯唔係嚟到唔試下嘛蕃茄濃湯公仔麵一放上枱已經聞到陣蕃茄香味,湯底鮮甜唔會過酸,蕃茄味特出且非常濃郁,絕對唔怕水撩撩炒蛋放喺面,的確食落好creamy好重牛乳味,而且唔係炒到乾晒家人唔太喜歡食通粉同螺絲粉,所以嗌咗公仔麵,結果如我地所料公仔麵相當掛湯,的確可以將成個麵再昇華到另一境界,而且加埋蛋令到整體口感更豐富同樣係招牌嘅瑞士雞髀,的確非常出色平時最怕係啲瑞士雞髀又嚡又甩皮甩骨,但係呢個真係出乎意料地驚喜!雞髀好入味,又香又甜,即使食到裏面都依然夠味,真係食過返尋味,令我想食晒我家人個餐雖然我係比佢嘅蕃茄湯吸引而入嚟嘅,但係作為一個叉燒滑蛋飯嘅發燒友當然二話不說立即嗌個自家製叉燒滑蛋飯(多蔥)試完個蕃茄濃湯公仔麵嘅炒蛋之後,自家製叉燒滑蛋飯嘅滑蛋較遜色雖然係比前者嘅炒蛋滑身少少,但係完全冇蛋味,成個飯淨係食到叉燒同甜豉油味,身為重要嘅角色但蛋味完全欠奉好彩叉燒彌補到我,數量絕對對得住價錢,而且肉質鬆軟,肥瘦均勻,幾好。總括而言,價錢中等但一個好食到上天堂,一個就有少少失望。…Read More

樓下果然係瑞士雞同蕃茄湯專門店,真係好令人驚喜,仲要好抵食,冇叫飯,多叫小食同叫晒野飲,都係$80/人埋單。閒日夜晚唔算多人,都唔使等位就入到。店內裝修懷舊,店員姐姐又好好傾,好有70年代人情味!雞脾真係好好食,肉質嫩滑又有咬口,雞皮每一分都沾滿瑞士汁。我一睇其實有啲失望,見到係平時BBQ既丸咁樣,亦唔係我expect既炸豆腐,但食落都正,原來係豆腐丸😂 入面仲有芝士爆出黎,擺盤都幾靚,唔錯。粒粒綠豆半溶半粒,但係會食到冇啲飽左,如果要享受更多美食就留下肚喇 😎蕃茄通粉三併有超級墨魚丸(真係彈牙),芝士菠菜(連滑蛋一齊粉,食蛋都拉絲),同叉燒,三樣都好正。個湯更加冇得彈,冇味精味,食到既反而係鮮茄味,最後都飲晒啲湯!醬同肉碎夠多同香!但略嫌意粉唔夠硬身,如果硬少少就perfect!我下次會俾多次機會呢個意粉😂…Read More
