自從食過呢度嘅瑞士雞髀之後一直念念不忘,呢日放假專程早起身出荃灣食佢即使平日既朝早餐廳都坐爆人,可見佢有幾好食上次黎到已經係午市,呢日預早左趕得切試下佢地既早餐一落單五分鐘已經有野食有野飲,出菜好有效率,難怪有唔少附近返工既客都黎幫襯,唔怕趕頭趕命遲大到賣相已經值滿分,炒蛋炒成半生熟,非常juicy本身仲怕唔夠飽,估唔到份量十足,有半塊多士咁厚。炒蛋加左芝士同鹹牛肉,有蛋香之餘仲帶鹹香,加左牛肉炒更加鮮味經典早餐同樣大大份,牛乳炒蛋比起出面多一倍,口感夠嫩滑。魚柳都有兩大塊,偏厚肉,唔會得炸粉,不過始終係炸野,食落略微油左少少。沙律聞名不如見面,如其他食評所講勁大份兩個人食岩岩好。有蘋果、粟米、椰果、哈蜜瓜、蘿蔔同菠蘿,水果新鮮多汁,食落酸酸甜甜好開胃,沙律醬份量斟酌得恰到好處,唔會蓋過鮮果本身既味一場黎到當然要食我一直朝思暮想既招牌雞髀啦咁耐無見仍然係咁肥美厚身肉質嫩滑之餘,個瑞士汁先係精萃,比起一般既鹹香仲多左陣香甜,食幾多隻都唔夠皮呀早餐午餐都試過哂,下次再黎試埋佢個晚市但不變既係一定要叫返隻雞髀加餸先夠滿足
