今天去熊貓酒店買點東西,順便在附近吃個晚飯,記得之後朋友推介過這家樓下冰室,於是就來一試水準。餐廳裝飾的懷舊香港作為主題,有不少香港的特色設計,位置空間感足夠,而座位亦舒適。主打番茄濃湯通粉,有多種不同的配撘。另外單點選擇頗多,飯類、小食應有盡有。招牌瑞士雞脾先來一隻招牌瑞士雞脾,瑞士一試便知道是真材實料,滷煮入味,口味甜而不膩,肉質軟嫩不乾,醬香馥郁滲透骨肉,有齒頰留香之妙。特色番茄濃湯通粉另一主角是番茄濃湯通粉,湯底濃稠綿密,一呷香濃順喉,但卻濃而不膩,嚐到番茄鮮甜的味道,入面有粒粒番茄粒,並非街外的化學湯底可以比較,另外加了豬潤,剛好熟透而不過老,十分有水準。焗鮮茄豬扒飯熱烘烘的上枱,豬扒肥瘦均勻而又厚達半吋者,肉汁豐盈,甘腴可口,而微酸微甜的鮮茄醬汁,與有誠意的炒飯底十分相襯,每一啖都滋味豐美。焗芝士西蘭花最後也要叫點蔬菜,來一客邪惡的芝士西蘭花,香濃軟滑的芝士覆蓋住西蘭花,香味濃郁同時清香脆嫩。華田脆脆/話梅柑桔蜜華田脆脆一匙入口,頓然遍體生涼,經典濃郁的阿華田,加上脆脆在上面增添食趣。而話梅柑桔蜜,味道酸甜適口,腴而不膩,純粹天然果酸和蜜甜。…Read More
