吃過店面是全黑裝修的鬼金棒叉燒味噌辣麻拉麵,知道他們開了另一家牛骨主題拉麵店,當然不能錯過。明亮光猛的風格跟另一家完全相反。除了用大量牛骨淆煮湯底,還用上牛肉製作牛叉燒,更有A4和牛選擇,當然兩款都試啦!招牌牛骨拉麵 $135一來當然吃招牌!拉麵有兩片牛肉叉燒,牛筋及蔥。牛肉片做到叉燒的模樣,medium well的狀態,肉質甚有驚喜。乳白色濃厚creamy的牛骨湯,加了洋蔥原來更甜,沒有辛辣感。粗身的拉麵爽口彈牙,更易掛濃厚的湯,每啖都吃到牛骨精華,正。特上A4和牛辣麻牛骨拉麵 $165用上A4和牛所以價錢會高一點,還有牛筋、粟米及蔥作配料,加上橙啡色湯底,色彩鮮亮吸引。A4和牛雖薄但有兩大片,肉質相對柔軟,牛味濃厚帶香氣,正。選了小麻小辣的辣麻牛骨湯,十分惹味。牛筋 $35雖然拉麵配料也有少量牛筋,但我們還是點了小食版。因為這樣才吃到它原本的味道!牛筋炆煮得超軟稔,黏黏的骨膠原,還有一點肉吃,份量又不少,我們都很喜歡。這夜的晚餐是牛的盛宴,牛骨湯、牛肉叉燒、A4和牛及牛筋全都吃了,好滋味。…Read More
