話說星期六同啲朋友想去啲chill啲嘅地方,等個人有啲放假嘅感覺,其中一個朋友提議不如去三門仔飲茶,佢之前去過話啲野好好食,老實講,除咗踩單車經過,無真正去過,所以我地就決定去試一試。我地一行四人揸車過去,酒樓有自己嘅車位俾食客泊,好方便,落車見到間酒樓已經好驚喜,因為佢唔係傳統果啲海鮮酒家嘅樣,係走新派格調,分咗露天同室內,其實坐露天都唔會熱,但因為朋友想涼冷氣,所以我地揀咗室內。一坐低即刻睇下有咩食,因為我地晏晝去,所以係飲茶食點心,晚市至係食小菜同海鮮,點心都好多野揀架,我地Total叫咗10樣野,有點心又有飯。招牌乳豬(例牌)酒樓有自己嘅燒味爐,所以乳豬係自家製,乳豬件係新鮮同暖嘅,鍾意佢嘅味道有少少甜,好好味😋酥炸魷魚鬚朋友好想食所以叫咗,呢個酒樓嘅炸野好出色,炸魷魚鬚好酥脆香口,味道又唔太咸。上湯金魚餃配水晶球呢個名我地都好好奇所以想試下,其實佢係類似蝦餃嘅餡嘅餃,不過用上左金魚嘅造型,再加上好清嘅雞湯,所以好似金魚起水裡面游咁,個餃皮好簿,餡就啖啖蝦肉,加埋雞湯,成件事好配合,味道好豐富。皇朝三式蒸腸粉三色腸粉分別有鮮蝦,叉燒同埋牛肉三個口味,腸粉皮晶瑩通透,每個口味嘅腸粉餡都落足料,好滿足。手袋和牛酥呢個又係聽到個名好奇叫嘅菜式,其實係手袋造型嘅酥,裡面係和牛餡,外面酥脆,裡面咸香,絕對唔係得個外型。黑毛豬北菇燒賣本人係燒賣狂熱者,去邊度都會叫燒賣試下,呢度嘅燒賣好足料,淡淡肉,因為用咗黑毛豬,所以肉味好濃郁,仲要好彈牙,係會再食嘅燒賣。時令燉湯平時忙好少飲湯,所以突登叫咗個時令燉湯潤下,今日嘅燉湯係野菌燉雞湯,一聽呢個組合就知好飲,清香嘅野菌味加上濃濃嘅雞湯,好夾好養生。荷香籠仔海蝦蒸飯黎到三門仔,點都要叫一下海鮮相關嘅菜式,所以叫咗呢個蒸飯,一黎到大家都忍唔住影相打卡,因為飯面鋪滿鮮蝦,下面係吸曬啲蝦嘅精華嘅炒飯,仲要香香嘅蒜蓉味,我地都爭住拎,好快就食曬。對於第一次黎呢度飲茶嘅我,感覺好好,因為裝修好新派好靚,點心又好精緻同好味,而且好有一種去咗外地嘅感覺,好舒服,所以絕對會再去!…Read More
