今日終於來食到呢間有名的椰子雞火鍋店了~餐廳最有名的是火鍋湯底是以椰子水作為湯底,夠曬清甜椰味重,四個椰子一鍋湯,仲要一滴水都唔會加,確實椰子味夠曬份量,鮮甜!而且當然要點上海文昌雞~我們點了半隻~雞件又白又嫩。首先店員為椰子湯鍋加熱~之後店員幫我們把半隻文昌雞放到鍋內加熱~仲貼心地提供了漏斗計時~時間一夠,店員便打開鍋蓋,跟我們說可以起動了~先食下雞件,再飲下椰子湯。當我一口飲了一啖椰子湯,清甜無比,椰子味清香,想不到用來作為湯底又清甜又美味。雞件滾既時間岩岩好,肉質又嫩又滑,而且雞肉啖啖肉非常美味,用了椰子作為湯底,令雞件更清甜,非常特別。除外,其他火鍋配料都相當美味。蓮藕片,又爽又千絲萬縷~吸入了椰子湯汁,份外鮮甜。鮮茼蒿非常特別,咬起來爽爽脆脆,有咬口,口感有別於一般菜類,口感特別,而且非常清甜。午餐肉大份,午餐肉用來打邊爐非常美味,浸熱了的午餐肉,肉質變得腍身,而且肉味又香,配上清甜椰子湯底,更加清甜美味。午餐肉仲非常特別,切成心型的。伊比利亞黑豬五花肉,薄薄的五花肉放到鍋內一滾就好快熟了~豬肉味清香~而且食起來咬咬肉相當有口感,一啖一片夠曬惹味!讚!手打黑虎蝦滑,非常之爽口彈牙,放到鍋中一會兒會熟透了~蝦滑又爽口又彈牙,而且仲有粒粒蝦肉呢,鮮甜無比,很足料!鮮龍鬚筍,非常特別及少見到的火鍋食材,非常新鮮,放到鍋中滾一會兒,鮮龍鬚筍變得入味及吃起來非常嫩口的,沒有筋的,口感很特別!海南椰子船飯,很特別的一道甜點~以椰子肉切成船的形狀,上面放了糯米飯~淋上了椰汁來吃,椰汁糯米飯又香又甜,糯米煙煙韌韌~非常好味,而且仲有滿滿的椰子香氣及椰絲口感,非常美味。吃過一頓美味的椰子雞鍋火鍋午餐,大滿足!…Read More
