跟家人聚餐,看到荃灣開了新餐廳就去試試~其實這個位置前身也是做特色點心的,不過現在這間新式潮州菜的特色點心更多一些餐廳內部裝修簡潔乾淨,位置闊落.這裡是電子點餐;另外提一下,就是原來他們的點心都不是很大份,雖然單價不算高($39-$69,大部分都是$39),但是要多點幾款才夠吃的話,總價錢就上去了。。。不過,好的是就算少人來都可以多試幾款.1️⃣鬼馬流沙(奶黃流心包)造型很搞笑,是點給寶寶吃的~如果想打卡則可點他們的熊仔造型的朱古力包2️⃣雪茄春卷(川味蝦肉春卷)這家的點心造型,真是特別用心是真像雪茄丫!而且加了黑芝麻模仿煙灰,上茶碟都是用了像煙灰缸的玻璃盤這個好好吃!川辣味是微辣微辣的,但吃得好爽3️⃣鳳梨雀仔(鳳梨酥)可可愛愛的雀仔,有點瘦削哦但菠蘿蓉香甜,皮也不會過分酥軟到周圍掉4️⃣鮮荔枝球(炸蝦丸)切開是滿滿的蝦肉賣相很吸引!小妹沒吃就不便評論味道了..5️⃣小小梨子(黑松露牛肉鹹水角)猶如其名,真的是「小小」,可以一口一個也太小了吧…..那個上菜碟很有架勢的,用了厚厚的石盤,再加了爆谷碎墊底不過,這款點心幸好是很好吃的黑松露牛肉餡很香很濃,外皮的口感糯糯的,而且不油膩6️⃣金魚戲水(湯蝦餃)這款點心簡直是藝術吧,用了雞湯浸住兩隻金魚造型的蝦餃,拿着魚缸盤子的時候,金魚蝦餃就像游來游去的金魚的鱗都做到很逼真切開又是滿滿蝦肉的一款點心,而且蝦肉鮮甜只是要$49兩粒有一點點貴了7️⃣鐵板麻辣小籠包呱….整晚最不值得點的點心每粒比5元硬幣更小…雖然麻辣味挺不錯的,但像吃空氣,吃完等於沒吃一樣8️⃣佛跳牆灌湯餃這是位上的,$69一份,點了兩份。灌湯餃大大的一隻,料很足,肉也好吃,只是鮑魚小小的一隻,沒關係,主要湯好喝9️⃣女兒紅醉蝦全晚MVP就是它了點了兩次用女兒紅浸的大頭蝦!愛喝酒的家人不會放過,雖然都說大頭蝦本身沒什麼味,但浸完女兒紅之後,是甜甜香香的,就連不怎麼喝酒的小妹也覺得好吃!只是要留意,蝦頭裡的膏是真令人上頭哦,酒味也太重了吧它是用了高腳杯上菜的,平視角度很好打卡🔟潮汕滷水炸乳鴿老公及叔仔的至愛脆皮正啖啖肉就連快2歲的侄仔都超愛吃,看到他吃得那麼香超爽的1️⃣1️⃣老菜脯海鮮粥小妹覺得的MVP愛喝粥~而且這煲粥非常足料,蝦、青口、魚、墨魚等等,也加粥菜脯,又咸又鮮甜,粥的味道真的絕了1️⃣2️⃣蝦乾香葱麵像蔥油麵,但醬油味濃了一點麵條彈牙。1️⃣3️⃣酸菜焗花甲王花甲飽滿鮮甜只是小妹吃到尾聲都吃不太下了,不然一定會多吃幾粒1️⃣4️⃣百花紫菜酥(炸紫菜蝦餅)這個蝦餅蠻厚的,一面是蝦肉,一面是厚的紫菜,一併炸了,很好吃紫菜跟蝦肉真的很夾1️⃣5️⃣豆漿蟹肉蕃薯葉苗聽起來很吸引,吃起來差了那麼一點點可能是因為那個番薯苗沒有只用菜的部份,他們用了根部,所以吃起來有點難咬,而且不夠嫩1️⃣6️⃣手打鴨屎香檸檬茶(少冰)(半糖)這間餐廳另一個特色便是茶飲每個飲品杯上都會放置一個加了乾冰的小小茶壺模型,很好打卡,可可愛愛鴨屎香檸檬茶好喝,就似外面手搖店飲到的P.s: 點了每杯手搖飲品可以免去一位的茶錢最後點了三樣甜品都是潮州特色甜品家鄉味~看看有沒有小妹的公公整的好吃1️⃣7️⃣伍仁豆腐即是炸無糖豆腐,再沾了伍仁的碎碎,豆腐豆味香濃1️⃣8️⃣潮汕落湯錢即是我們叫的糖不甩這個還是公公整的比較煙靭好吃1️⃣9️⃣福果芋泥小妹愛的潮式甜品-芋泥羹可能有人會不習慣這個甜品加了油,但只是拌好就不太會吃出油味,而且會令芋泥羹更加香滑,這間餐廳都整得不錯最後吃了$1575…Read More
