自從疫症出現咗邊爐家族之後就好耐冇打過邊爐喇趁着而家情況緩和左少少 又係時候解既邊爐引一坐低店員就送咗一個麻辣雲耳俾我哋作為一個免費嘅小食佢簡直係超班雲耳醃得好入味好香好麻辣 好開胃今次嚟到叫咗個招牌鮮椰青鍋 個湯超有椰子香味而且佢嘅雞應該有份量都唔少 應該有差唔多半隻佢個雞食落好滑亦都好有雞味 呢個牛雪花好靚 食落口有少少入口即溶但相比之下牛味未話係好重 但以呢個價錢黎通 分量都算幾唔少脆肉鯇好新鮮但今日有少少唔好彩 因為今日切到俾我地既位 有一半都有好大舊骨但其餘既都好好食呢個黑松露蟹子魚蓉面好有驚喜男朋友好怕黑松露味佢都覺得好好食黑松露個味配得啱啱好 3樣野加埋一齊好夾 好食 分量又多 食極都仲有!相比之下呢蝦滑就比下去嚟到嘅時候蝦滑未完全解凍 入邊都仲係冰嚟而蝦仲有少少腥味 除此之外仲叫咗兩個小食呢個黃金炸魚皮非常好食無論佢係就咁食定係佢放落湯浸一陣都好好食另外呢個花雕鴨舌亦都好入味係打邊爐樣樣野都咁重口味下 佢算係清清地 清下口腔濃味既一碟青檸梳打都有驚喜!唔算好甜 一路打邊爐一路飲 有種清油膩既感覺值得一試…Read More

香港的天氣終於轉冷了,是吃火鍋的季節呀٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و跟朋友行街到晚上9點多了,看到附近有間火鍋店就決定去暖暖胃吧!想不到胡爐在差不多10點的時間,也是滿座,需要等位,相信是天氣冷,大家也很想吃火鍋,🤣但也很快有位了!入座後已感到店內的環境很有中國特色,碗碟掛畫的配合餐廳的主題,是很用心的安排呢~點菜時間~每次也很苦惱呀,因為他們有很多特式湯底選擇,而且主打有胡爐自家製的丸類、餃類等,全部很吸引呢,點好菜後,店員會先上調味料架,讓客人調一款最合心的醬汁(〃▽〃)湯底上菜了,這次點了 濃湯花膠雞翅鍋,店員建議我們先喝完湯再打邊爐~是超級足料的鍋呀,雞件跟花膠很滑很入味,而且菜吸了湯的味道,同樣是很滋味,感覺很滋潤又美味呀!小食點了老友鬼鬼,是油炸鬼上加了蝦滑,是即叫即整,很香脆可口的一款(´ε` )♥打邊爐的食物點了 手切安格斯肥牛(小),雖然點了小份,但份量也很多了,而且每一件的雪花均勻,肉脂比例很平均,只要放左湯15秒左右已經可以了,牛肉很香口,我喜歡用牛肉包著自己調製的蒜粒、香蔥的醬汁,又是另一重風味~西洋菜墨魚丸(半份),是胡爐自製的特別丸,很香的墨魚丸味又有點西洋菜的味道,也不錯喔!值得試試手打牛丸,超香的牛味!而且是手打又彈牙呢。黑松露蟹肉餃是我的最愛的(^▽^)o蟹肉絲加上粒粒菇,超香黑松露味~紫菜響鈴又是即叫即造ヽ(*´∀`)ノ建議不用點湯吃,更原汁原味~喜歡它每口脆脆的感覺雖然店員很忙錄,但他們也十分有禮貌和耐性,值得一讚~~~滿足的暖笠笠火鍋✨…Read More
