放假日頭去咗深水埗Cafe Hea,走嗰時喺附近買埋嘢食先返屋企。我喺外賣App搵定食乜📱,見有間叫「啤酒溝燒烤」嘅餐廳好似幾抵食,就一於試吓。我由落單去到餐廳十五分鐘左右,食物已經差唔多搞掂,都算快手🥡。餐廳近楓樹街嗰邊,驟眼睇似外賣店,但好似都有堂食座位。串燒望落燒得幾靚仔,而且外賣包裝穩陣。燒安格斯牛仔骨($45/份),🍖牛仔骨入味,帶少少黑椒香,肉質唔韌。燒五花腩串($25/3串), 🐷豬腩肉抵食,一個價錢有三串,肥膏位燒完後微脆。燒翠玉瓜($12),🥒翠玉瓜燒完都仲保持多汁,味道清新。燒土豆片($10),🥔燒薯仔片好正,佢集薄脆同軟熟嘅口感於一身。雞腎($12)同雞軟骨($12),🐔兩者細細串,同樣係爽脆之選,雞腎更係一啲都唔硬。汁燒八爪魚鬚($20),餐廳選用細隻嘅魷魚🦑,用竹籤串起魚鬚,食落易入口,屋企長老都食到。燒手打牛筋丸($18),🍡牛筋丸有三粒,質感彈牙,貨源唔差。金黃炸饅頭($15/3隻),炸饅頭勁正💛,饅頭外層炸得香脆,但並唔油膩,再沾埋煉奶食,甜甜的,而內層麵包就幾鬆軟。錫紙燒特級肥牛($38/份),🍝肥牛份量多,用汁煮令每片都好夠味,如果有金菇墊底就無得輸
