前日(6-4-2019 Sat)晏晝同老公睇完戲,啱啱係食飯時間,咁我哋搵嘢食先,記得呢間可愛嘅大阪燒,於是走上嚟,人未多仍有好多位,侍應第一句同我哋講食90分鐘同每位最低消費$100.00.冇問題.坐低後睇menu,同老公不加思索咁,即刻決定要$388.00嘅二人套餐,揀好後,先上:1. 燒煙肉凱撒沙律煙肉另上,侍應叫我哋自己每面煎1分鐘至熟透就可以加入凱撒沙律同食.凱撒沙律蔬菜新鮮,蒜蓉麵包粒脆但幾鹹,沙律汁啱啱好,OK,不過又係冇芝士嘅?5. 牛油帶子都幾新鮮.2. 廣島燒大量椰菜絲,兩片薄豚肉,粗麵,粉漿俾齊晒,自己依指示燒,燒粉漿時我嗅到好香.玩咗好耐食得,老公手勢唔錯,麵汁,燒汁同沙律落得啱啱好,我哋狂落海苔粉同木魚粉食.而配料嘅炸魷魚韌晒,放落去煎返脆佢吧,原來煎完即食只係熱同韌,但魷魚濃返;攤返凍佢就會脆.4. 上級牛肋肉同1cm厚切加拿大豬腩肉&雞肉中,揀一樣,我哋揀咗後者.1cm厚切加拿大豬腩肉,食落夠味,唔錯.雞肉就完全冇味,要加燒汁食.3. 御好燒喺流心芝士,肉類雜錦同道頓堀雜錦(即海鮮雜錦)揀一樣,我哋揀咗同道頓堀雜錦.呢個簡單好多,只要將所有材料撈勻晒放落去煎熟,又加醬汁就食得.其實味道同廣島燒一樣吧.6. 甜品單球雪糕兩個,有雲尼拿,柚子同抹茶揀,我哋揀咗最後兩款大大個,我先食抹茶,唔太甜,口感滑同豐盈.柚子呢,呢個溶得好快,味道濃,重有果肉,不過唔似雪糕似雪芭.7. 飲品我哋揀咗凍烏龍茶,正常冇問題.3.38分環境:完全日式佈置,好舒適.服務:唔錯,一坐低即提醒話個爐已經開咗,小心熱.睇menu時,都主動解釋同道頓堀雜錦有咩嘢食物.整廣島燒時亦同樣主動協助.衛生:整o緊廣島燒時,發現一隻蟲仔喺枱上,以為係蚊滋,睇真啲,唔係,係曱甴.總括:90分鐘內又要整又要食咁多嘢,其實好趕.…Read More
