早幾個星期,睇馬家開飯,隔住個電視都已經覺得好食,所以即刻book 檯,帶埋屋人黎食。店子少少,由兩公婆主理,所以service 上相對慢,要放緩大家心急食野嘅情緒。我地好貪心,咩都叫啲: 黑豚六花腩 - 五花腩就聽得多,六花腩即係比五花腩多一層。我無深究佢係咪真係多一層啦~ 豚肉同脂肪比例平均,又燒到質感爽脆,配埋黑椒調味,係完美。安格斯牛小排 - 真名應該叫安格斯牛小粒,佢切到細粒,又串埋葱頭同蕃茄仔。牛小粒味道唔錯,略嫌安格斯牛份量少。岩燒白鱔 - 食串燒,識食緊係食燒白鱔。最基本緊係燒到皮脆啦,呢度連白肉嘅部分都外脆內嫩,加左少少鹽同檸檬汁吊味,諗起都流口水。香燒頂鴿 - 其實個人對乳鴿特別有情意結,但係以小店嘅規模,可以處理成酒樓燒味質素,真係不得不讚!雞皮蝦滑卷 - 呢款串燒係吸引我地黎嘅原因。少少脆嘅雞皮,包住蝦滑。蝦滑嘅鮮味,仲有似牛肉球嘅口感,因為佢加左馬蒂。好新鮮嘅配搭,果然無令我地失望。燒雞軟骨 - 平常喺串燒店食雞軟骨都係為叫而叫,但係呢度嘅燒雞軟骨你絕對唔可以 miss。因為呢度嘅雞軟骨係半肉半骨,燒得香口嘅軟骨,加埋少少醃過嘅雞肉,完全同坊間椒鹽燒係無得揮!煙肉荔枝卷 - 呢個煙肉荔枝卷就麻麻地,因為煙肉燒得唔夠,感覺燒熱咗就上碟,如果燒到脆邊就好。芝士翠玉瓜 - 芝士夠香,翠玉瓜爽得黎又唔乾,呢啲都係燒翠肉瓜嘅基本要求呀。呢啲緊係做得晒啦。牛骨髓多士 - 首次食牛骨髓,有少少似稀釋嘅鵝肝,夾埋多士,對我黎講係好新鮮嘅口味,但未到於好好食。厚燒牛舌 - 牛舌雖然係厚切,但係入面都有牛味,咬落去爽口,加埋調味都唔錯。燒雞腎 - 平常燒雞腎都係得爽脆口感,但無乜味,呢度落咗少少醬燒吊吊味黎燒,都幾好食。泰式臘腸 - 呢個臘腸係配埋蒜片一齊上架。 就咁食啲臘腸就同平時食嘅臘腸無乜分別,但係強烈建議一定要試下夾埋蒜片一齊食。蒜片係出奇地帶出少少甜味,令到成件事好驚喜!黑豚露荀卷 - 用薄薄嘅黑豚肉,細心地包住長長嘅露荀。呢種卷法一黎可以避免太多條露荀卷埋一齊而難咬,二黎可以豚肉同露荀嘅比例會平均啲,無咁寡。13款食物串燒,4個人埋單都係每人$200 多少少,真係抵食兼好食!寫咁長嘅食評都要堅持寫,因為我係真心想推薦比大家!…Read More

 今日放咗工同朋友嚟到筲箕灣東大街覓食 作為港島就知 東大街係港島區其中幾條間出名既食街黎架啦 呢度啲食肆好多選擇咁算啦朋友到咗去咗呢間日本嘅居酒屋食串燒 望一望餐牌都有好多款選擇 海鮮啦牛肉 亦都有二人套餐 咁我同朋友望一望左餐牌都覺得唔係太大興趣所以最尾就單叫食物了 我哋叫咗岩燒大連鮑魚 $48蒜香燒聖子王 $68芝士菠菜+煙肉洋蔥焗蠔 $48x2 岩燒白鱔$68香燒安格斯牛仔骨 $58蒲燒鰻魚飯團 $48水蜜桃乳酸梳打$28荔枝乳酸梳打$28鮑魚同聖子都好鮮味 經微微烤香過後再配合埋蒜蓉蔥惹味非常另外兩隻蠔用上菠菜煙肉焗好香口而且蠔亦好新鮮呢個燒白鱔係最值得推介!魚身咬一口厚身彈牙 再加上外皮被烤得超香脆 脆皮再夾埋啖啖肉口感超滿足至於牛仔骨肉烤過後好惹味 肉身保持稔身亦唔會好靭提得一試最後再試埋呢個蒲燒鰻魚飯團 飯團外圍係飯焦 再加埋鰻魚包住一齊食 好有口感 而鰻魚亦肥厚無碎骨 又一出色作品:)…Read More
