想吃到平、靚、正的北京填鴨,通常都會到明星大酒樓,由部長親自到枱前即席示範切扁皮鴨,再配上經典的蔥絲、青瓜絲和甜醬夾著麵粉皮來吃,滋味共冶一爐。不過北京填鴨總是一隻一隻上,如果單獨兩三個小生很難吃得到整隻鴨。幸好,最近找到一間能提供半隻填鴨份量的餐廳,一於又給自己一個籍口去刷一餐勁。從電梯一出,古代樸素風格的裝潢舖天蓋地,木系屏風、大紅燈籠、石紋牆壁一覽無遺,令人彷彿踩進古代懷舊客棧的時光。室內裝潢同樣別具用心,富有中國特色的臉𦡮、器具、刻字木牌、陶瓷壓花式地磚、古琴,令人不禁多番欣賞中國的古典美。其中以二人餐枱的最為特別,玻璃枱底下放有金魚缸,享受食物同時又能與魚兒同樂,悠閒自得。餐牌有如字典的厚度,加上只有文字記載,沒有圖片插入,所以考慮選擇食物方面要加多費時,是餐廳不足之處。未點菜之前,員工就已經遞上一壺茶具,茶裡當然不是平常去酒樓所點的普洱或水仙之類,就只有麥茶,清幽淡香,也不錯。雞絲粉皮($82)雞肉和青瓜切得均勻幼細,粉皮澄亮剔透,可是厚度是小妹吃過眾多的較為粗厚,幸好用筷子夾起來時並沒有輕易折斷的情況,並且早就浸混在麻醬之中,充滿胡麻口感的味道固然沒有挑剔之地。小籠包一客六件的小籠包,每隻的皮餃摺痕粗疏厚疊,不難想像皮餃既看得出又食得到的厚皮。嚼開餃皮後,內裡的豬肉饀依舊飽滿厚肉,不唯獨小籠包最特別之處的多汁四溢則未能彰顯,整客的小籠包仿如吃著煎的鍋貼,什至連鍋貼也比它美味得多。北京填鴨($198/半隻,$358/全隻)一家人去酒樓食飯都一貫鐘愛叫北京填鴨,幸好這裡能供應半隻上,以$198價錢,配有京蔥、青瓜條和薄餅,實質並不昂貴。填鴨一碟上,大概分成兩層,一層主要為鴨皮、另一層主要以鴨肉為主,滿足了一班又想吃啖啖肉又想吃薄脆皮酥的客人。薄餅用新鮮蒸爐登場,熱烘烘的溫度,拿上手薄身而不爛,既充滿麵粉香,包裹著爽脆的京蔥、青瓜條及鴨皮鴨肉,既可減去鴨肉的膩滯卻不減肉香,再塗上甜醬,令鴨肉豐潤的肉酥香昇華不少。拔絲士多啤梨($88)一向喜愛吃冰糖葫蘆的小妹,當然對這款拔絲類的生果也愛不釋手,甜點的款式眾多,包括香蕉、地瓜、生葯、蘋果及士多啤梨,不過唯獨士多啤梨的價錢較其他貴$10,可能原本來貨價較貴,但因為對此感到興趣。沒有韓國款的甜漾多汁,但有薄身卡脆甜蜜的麥芽糖包裹,令士多啤梨的酸甜比例恰宜,加上拔絲效果令士多啤梨像一座小山丘的藝術品,燈光照射下發出金光熣燦的閃爍,美得令人讚嘆。…Read More

「大紅燈籠高高掛」… 不知道,大家對此有印象麼?BeautySearch 突然想起這電影的名字。平日,經常途經太子始創一帶時,總會看見一幢樓高只有數層的唐樓,外牆掃上中國傳統喜慶的紅,並且懸掛了不少大紅燈籠,具有濃濃的中國氣息。店子名為《北京老家》,確實充滿了公公婆婆老家的感覺。還記得,十多年前,公公婆婆還健在的時候,他倆曾帶我來到兩老的北京老家遊覽,當時他倆也年事已高,為求圓夢,所以往老家一趟。如今踏足《北京老家》,突然令我想起兩老,掛念與他倆往日共聚的美好時光。《北京老家》老家的店內設計,充滿了中式味道,而且還帶有點點古色古香,一枱、一椅,以及一磚、一瓦,都非常雅致!在店裡,不難找到令人懷念家鄉的小點子。而 BeautySearch 最欣賞的,要算是枱中的小魚缸。相信不少人也體驗過在海洋公園內的大型水缸旁進餐,非常有氣勢;而《北京老家》的小魚缸,則是置於枱下,食客可透過枱面隔著玻璃觀看,BeautySearch 覺得這樣邊食邊觀賞,確實又多了幾分詩情畫意。連茶杯以及碗筷,也是一絲不苟,同樣充滿中式格調。食物方面,當然也是傳統的中式菜餚,當中,最吸引我的,當然是「北京填鴨」。我們點選了半隻來品嚐,揣上來時,薄餅以傳統的蒸籠上桌,份外有風味,加上薄餅與鴨皮還是熱烘烘的,入口時就沒有油膩感覺,鴨皮只粘了小許鴨肉,而且非常脆口。BeautySearch 包裹鴨皮時,喜歡打孖上,鴨皮兩片、青瓜條兩條、京蔥兩條,大大件,食落口感就雙倍滿足啦!而且,薄餅厚薄適中,包裹後亦沒破口,吃時就更為滋味!除了「北京填鴨」,「小籠包」也是BeautySearch 的心頭好,平常一籠多數只有4粒,而這裡竟然有6粒,而且,只售$48,真的非常超值。「小籠包」外皮軟滑,內裡包裹著豐富的豬肉,吃時要當心,因為還有熱騰騰的肉汁,非常鮮味。 BeautySearch還是第一次品嚐刀削麵,腦海中的刀削麵,廚師是拿著刀把麵團削成一片片的,但今次親試,發現刀削麵也是一條條的,只是長度沒有那麼長,闊度,與廣東河粉差不多,而麵質則較厚身,咬落煙煙韌韌,滿有口感。麵上的牛肉,經過醃製,份外多汁之餘,亦保留了牛肉鮮味!「蟹粉扒豆腐」上桌時只看到蟹粉,豐盈程度確實叫人驚嘆!蛋黃色的蟹粉,滿佈雪白的豆腐上,令平淡的豆腐豐富起來,用來伴飯,一流!不過,因為BeautySearch點了刀削麵,怕再添飯會太飽,所以,只能伴麵,效果也不錯呢!蟹粉內清晰可見一絲絲的蟹肉,而且非常鮮味,唯薑味較濃,差點把蟹肉的鮮味也蓋過呢!甜品時間,請放心,不是一般中式酒樓的紅綠豆沙,而這裡最多食客點選的,相信是「拔絲」,我們雖然有點飽,但也點了一碟「拔絲地瓜」。地瓜上,用糖絲拉了一個小山丘,一絲絲如金線般,非常美!而且甜而不漏,還有點點脆口,非常味美。…Read More
