濕luplup天氣當然要食辣嘢啦,於是上咗Openrice揾咗間未試過既湘菜館試吓新嘢。去到鋪頭見到坐滿晒人心諗咁多人食應該呢間嘢都幾掂!! 等咗一陣, 終於有位坐, 好與奮咁開始點菜囉~ 經過店員介紹後, 2個人,我地點咗以下嘢食。爆 炒 小 河 蝦 HKD 88好難得可以係香港食到小河蝦,平時都要返大陸先有得食,而且價錢仲要咁合理,真係好值得推介! 味道方面呢...小河蝦雖然細細隻,但勝在肉質飽滿鮮甜,再配以蔥、蒜及辣椒仔爆香,而且蝦殻比較軟,所以一啖幾隻都真係十分之過癮。如此惹味加埋咁有鑊氣當然要配以白飯或啤酒一齊食啦!雜糧包 HKD 58呢個雜糧包係其他湘菜館都有試過,但勝在佢個配菜味道夠濃,再加上個包唔濕,夠煙靱有嚼勁,蒸得唔錯! (小提示:個配菜係尖椒絲、辣椒絲、梅菜粒炒埋一齊,都係有啲辣架)小炒香乾 (唔記得咗價錢,好似70-80蚊到 ><")小炒香乾係用咗回鍋肉片炒豆腐乾配青椒,啲回鍋肉雖然係肥豬肉但唔油膩,個豆腐乾好有咬口,再配以爽口青椒,好有口感!酸辣土豆絲 HKD 68土豆絲可算係我食湘菜必叫小菜之一,呢道我就覺得不過不失,冇之前個幾咪惹味且有驚喜,因為相對比較清但勝在爽口,係食完一輪重口味小菜後,清下個口,呢道菜都幾岩!燉湯 - 響螺燉雞(唔記得咗價錢,好似48蚊到 ><")話說呢個湯係我入到鋪頭見到個板上面既事日燉湯,嘩...響螺燉雞都係40幾蚊當然要試吓啦~ 由於口渴得制, 唔小心飲晒先醍起未影相..嘻嘻味道方面以40幾蚊黎講算幾好,足料同都幾清甜。想飲湯滋潤吓,呢個都唔錯!…Read More

住係上環附近已食到悶,所以呢就行去西環睇下有乜嘢食,見到呢間好似好特別咁,所以就走左入去試吓~好想食d辣嘅嘢,但係又有小小喉嚨痛,所以呢間餐廳就好好啦,可以將啲菜式選擇辣度,點菜嘅時候你可以選擇"唔辣/小辣/中辣/大辣",會特別就返你嘅口味~ 喺我哋望緊個餐牌嘅時候,因為兩個人但係又想食好多款式,唔知點選擇,老闆娘服務好好,好好人咁同我地介紹左啲餐廳好味又熱門嘅菜式~兩個人叫咗以下三個熱門菜式:1) 小炒香乾:類似回鍋肉炒豆腐乾,但d肉一點都不油膩,反而好彈牙有嚼勁好有咬口,好想知道點樣煑法可以將肥嘅三層肉變咗咁彈牙,好特別嘅口感,第一次食到係咁嘅質感;再加埋d豆乾,令人食唔停,好好味!!2) 鐵板孜然牛肉:送到埋黎未食已聞到好香哦!!加上係用鐵板上菜,令到d食物可以keep住個溫度,同埋會加倍美味,好香~ 牛肉份量好多,兩個人食極都仲有~ 好想知佢係用乜野香料,好香好特別,形容唔到個香料,令人食慾大增~3) 湘聚炒飯王:果然係炒飯王,因為冇諗過送倒過來啲飯係一粒粒好明顯,就算佢啲飯炒完有少少調味油,都唔會令到d飯黐埋一舊,依然係一粒粒好分明,所以問吓老闆娘係用咗邊隻米,佢話用咗最頂級嘅泰國金鳳米,唔怪得知一粒粒得咁分明啦~ 因為泰國金鳳米係米王之皇,所以呢碟餸叫炒飯王果然係名不虛傳的!!總括來說,食物惹味好香好特別嘅小炒,味道很正宗有水準,材料都很新鮮,非常適合鍾意食香口或食辣嘅朋友,價錢合理~ 就算怕辣都可以叫佢煑唔辣的~…Read More
