團年飯除咗食盆菜之外,斬料都係一個好選擇。今日同娘家團年,本來已經訂咗盆菜不過人太多,驚唔夠食,所以又買咗幾盒燒味。呢間燒味店係紅橋,原來仲要新開張。十分難得既係燒鵝係鋪頭燒(我偷睇到個爐),而家好多都係工場大量製作,現場燒真係買少見少。燒鵝係上庄,鵝肉好入味,皮都香脆又唔乾,下次試埋個下庄先。我平時好少食燒腩仔,因為都貴,不過見新開又唔貴就買黎同家人分享下。初初睇以為好肥(我少食見識少),原來白色既唔係肥肉,而係嫩口既豬肉,加埋脆卜卜既脆皮,又唔會好似一般燒肉咁又實又咸,真係幾好食,怪不得燒腩仔比一般燒肉貴啦!不過都貴得有道理。自己都成日整叉燒,不過就好乾。呢間嘅叉燒就好多汁,而且半肥瘦啱啱好。$50半斤都幾抵食,就咁食又得,叉燒炒蛋又得。最抵食喺客家鹹雞。幫你煮埋斬埋都係$59隻,真係平過自己買隻雞嚟整呀!雞都煮得火候剛剛好,肉嫩骨有少少紅又唔會太熟。放工買隻客家鹹雞,煮條菜就可以開飯,真係抵食好食又方便。…Read More
