昨天去了很久沒去的旺角逛逛,附近一帶的商店還是這個老樣子,因為之前也經常都那邊,開始逛得有點兒膩了。就在這個時候,肚子餓得很,我們選擇了到通菜街的橫街窄巷內尋找美食,在旺角西洋菜南街和通菜街一帶,一向有不少隱世的美食,這次了到一間叫「石鍋堂」的餐廳,發現有不少的人排隊,很有興趣去試試看。昨天去的時候是7時正,已有一條小小的人龍,可見食店頗受歡迎,店員有次序地安排每一位客人入座。食店以石鍋手打烏冬為主,石鍋手打烏冬的配的食材也分為很多種類,有安格斯牛肉、吉列豬扒、照燒雞扒、燒鰻魚和海鮮等等。餐廳內的環境算大,但是有心理準備,有點兒狹窄,還好我們坐的是二人座位,不用與其他人一起坐,牆側則有一些可愛的圖案作裝飾。燒鰻魚石燒手打烏冬 $88男朋友點了一份燒鰻魚石鍋手打烏冬,配黑松露野菌湯,燒鰻魚超大條的質感有點硬,但味道不俗,有咬口,如果可以有多一點的鰻魚汁就更好。還真是第一次嘗試黑松露香菇湯配烏冬,黑松露和野菌味都很明顯,我和男朋友都很喜歡呢有時在西餐廳的餐湯中能嚐到黑松露野菌湯,對它的印象一向不錯,原來和手打烏冬同樣能配合。我自己點的是安格斯肥牛手打烏冬,配魚介豚骨濃湯,像是日式拉麵的魚介豚骨濃湯,看來餐廳想把湯的種類多元化,又有西式的湯底,又有日式的湯底。湯底有適當的魚介豚骨味,但可以做得稠身一點,那就更有魚介豚骨濃湯的風味。不得不讚,用石鍋盛載的湯確實能長時間保持高溫,差不多吃到最後,仍吃到熱熱的烏冬。安格斯牛肉更是不錯,來的時候大概是5成熟的,如果偏好吃生一點的人,不用等牛肉變得全熟才吃。每一件的大小不會相差太遠,質感軟稔,沒有很多的脂肪。另外加了一隻低溫慢煮流心蛋,現今有很多餐廳都流行加上「低溫慢煮」四個字,其實我也不知道真正的低溫慢煮食物是怎樣的味道,但食物大概會高質素一點。流心蛋湧出大量的蛋白,外型很治癒🥰吃進口也有滑滑的感覺。很想在這裡稱讚一下一位女職員,她的服務態度真的很好,由接待我們直至在餐廳服務我們,都很有禮貌另外亦想稱讚一下餐廳有提供籃子🧺給每一張桌子的客人放置袋子和自己的物品,真不是每一間餐廳都有這項服務,十分細心…Read More

和朋友行街行到攰……7點幾又係時候諗下要食咩🙆原來朋友一早就諗好食咩了~石鍋堂🍜🍜(一定係近排ig好多人po相😂)黎到門口,真係超級超級多人!!!要排成20幾張飛先輪到我地,等咗成個鐘😥8點幾終於到我地,一坐低,店員就話魚介豚骨濃湯沒有了……再過一陣黑松露香菇湯也沒有了(一心黎試呢個湯底😌)落單後,又被告知海鮮都沒有了(好無奈……😞)安格斯牛肉石燒手打烏冬(黑蒜油豚骨湯)牛肉係普通打邊爐的質素,既然主角係手打烏冬,自然對牛肉的要求也不高……但烏冬竟然一d都唔煙韌&彈牙,好諗身!好失望😔唯一慶幸係湯底補救~湯底稠身而又香濃(但較淡黑蒜油的香味😌)鮮活蜆石燒手打烏冬(黑蒜油豚骨湯)鮮活蜆新鮮大只,而且沒有沙👍烏冬都係諗……朋友都話湯底好淡黑蒜油味,似豚骨湯多d朋友之後話佢比咗流心蛋嘅錢,但佢冇食到~我以為佢食咗😯),我地嘅炸芝士年糕都漏咗單……水蜜桃綠茶好甜!好甜!好甜!不予置評……蜂蜜蘋果茶又係好甜……而且d蘋果有陣膠味,飲咗一啖就冇飲了(建議大家可以揀罐裝飲品,就唔使驚中伏了……)甜品反而最後送嘅甜品有d驚喜,都幾好食😋總結: 店員服務態度好,如果不需要等位,可以入去試下……若要等好耐嘅話就免了(不如食隔離越南野仲好🙈🙈)…Read More
