突然好想食串燒,朋友介紹我去黑木!朋友話黑木得好少座位,由於我冇預先book位,所以我就一早去到,諗住早啲walk-in會有位!終於,策略成功!餐廳地點有啲難搵,最後都要打電話比餐廳問確實地點!入到餐廳,店員立刻遞上餐牌!呢個並唔係普通粟米,而係新鮮粟米,店員話係由北海道嚟嘅,食落非常鮮甜,多汁,感覺好清新!我的至愛係牛舌,除咗師傅真係整得好好食之外,我覺得材料都好高質,一串牛舌$58 ,但係一串有四件,而且每件牛舌都好大塊,相當抵食,牛舌好爽,完全唔韌,加咗黑椒,味道適中,唔會太鹹!睇餐牌時,見到有一樣食物叫黑木一夜干,就叫左黎試吓啦!店員話「一夜干」係一種煮法,佢哋係將條新鮮魚整乾咗佢,再煮,呢種食法我響台灣都試過,而今次佢哋所選嘅魚就係馬友!條魚嘅皮煎得好香脆,魚肉就好嫩滑鮮甜,真係整得好出色!另一樣好好味嘅係白鱔,白鱔外表燒得好脆,而魚肉好香,燒得剛剛好!燒菠蘿亦係今晚嘅另一亮點,菠蘿好鮮甜,多汁,燒完之後更加帶出菠蘿嘅甜味!將佢作為今晚嘅甜品,真係一個美好嘅完結!以食串燒嚟講,黑木嘅CP值好高,佢啲串燒可以保留到食物原有味道之外,外表亦燒得香脆,而價錢合理!不過黑木真係唔多座位,真係建議預先book位!…Read More

朋友邀請的生日飯局, 朋友知道中菜吃得太多, 便帶我來這家他認為質素不錯的日式串燒. 店裡的座位不多, 大約能坐15,16人左右, 環境感覺頗舒適. 雞腎的質感有點爽快的咬感, 作為頭盤最是不錯. 碟上有檸檬及牛蒡作調味料及小吃. 雞肉棒配上溫泉蛋汁, 混起來吃特別濃郁. 雞軟骨的咬口也做得適中. Suntory黑啤固然好喝, 但最難得是倒酒時的泡沫控制很好, 感覺特別幼滑. 燒雞翼是必點的, 這裡的雞翼烤起來偏乾身, 也相當不錯. 兩款串燒相比下, 我較喜歡紫蘇的香味, 與雞肉配搭得天衣無縫. 雞皮烤得乾身, 而且咬起來特別有質感. 牛舌軟嫩有質感, 好吃. 牛小排燒得剛剛好, 裡頭充滿肉汁. 外皮烤至微焦的豬手, 燒前應該經過炆煮. 入口充滿膠質, 肉質軟淋好吃. 馬友的肉質較油潤, 一夜干後肉質紮實, 吃起來這裡的烤飯團較一般的呎吋相對較細. 明太子茶漬飯用的是烤過的飯團, 米咬起有質感. 碗邊有少許芥茉. 最後各吃一串小甜薯, 提高飽肚感. 埋單的價格算合理, 燒烤的功夫不錯.唯一不好的是靠牆的座位對正冷氣風口, 店子偏小亦不好意思要求調位, 訂座時最好要求坐中間或烤爐邊的吧枱. …Read More

好耐冇同日式串燒,所以今晚同同事黎到呢間位於尖沙咀"韓國街"的日式串燒店串燒一下。餐廳不算很大,有bar枱亦有普通枱。我們被安排坐於對住廚師的bar枱,可以望到廚師忙碌地燒烤。這間餐廳的一大特色就是有廚師發辦的串燒套餐,但因為我們兩個女仔不想吃太多,於是便散叫了。萵筍雞翼($58),出面通常都食過露筍釀雞翼,萵筍就真係第一次食,夠創新!萵筍爽口,連雞翼一齊食有一種好清新的感覺!雞肉棒($48),每次去食串燒都必食雞肉棒,這裡的內裡有很多軟骨,所以食落較爽口,再配上蛋黃汁一齊食,更加滑溜!白鱔($68),這裡的白鱔燒得爽口得黎個皮又有少少脆!海鮮茶壺湯($128),這裡的茶壺湯入面有蜆和冬菇,所以個湯好鮮甜。明太子飯糰($48),飯糰稍為燒過,所以表面已變成飯焦,如果再加埋檸檬汁一齊食會更加惹味!安格斯牛小排($66),牛小排肉質鬆軟,而且juicy,牛肉味都幾濃!總括黎講,食物質素都不錯,店員服務也周到,會自行幫忙加水。有機會下次真係要試下佢既廚師發辦串燒套餐!…Read More

「OMAKASE」意指廚師發辦,由他來為你挑選最優質、最時令的食材,也是對廚師的一種信任。我相信好多人同我一樣都聽過唔少次,但今日我終於都有機會試下。因為女朋友之前話想食串燒,於是一早已經揀定呢一間,貴就貴咗啲,但其實係朋友推介,所以大出血都要黎試一次。我地點左個套餐,有12串串燒之餘,仲有梅子雞、魷魚一夜光、安格斯牛小排、茶壺海鮮湯、燒飯團、溫泉蛋雞軟骨串。淨係睇到呢個陣容就知道值回票價。先講12串燒分別有冬菇、黑豚肉、雞軟骨、雞頸肉、雞尾、韭菜、大葱、粟米、白鱔等等。黑豚肉望落雖然有啲肥,但係食落就只有油香同豐富的肉味完全唔會覺得佢係肥膩。。雞尾亦係一個意外驚喜。相信大家聽到雞尾都知道係雞pat pat,佢不單止完全唔會有蘇味或者污糟嘅感覺,而且咬落去有油份媽重,係一個幾特別嘅口感。雞頸肉喺出面比較少機會食到,起初以為佢係冇肉食,但其實整咗串燒後都係啖啖肉,而且雞油豐富肉質鮮嫩,比想像中好食好多。白鱔燒得皮脆肉嫩,一啲都冇腥味,連一向好少食魚嘅我哋都好欣賞,值得encore。茶碗海鮮湯造型特別,啖啖都係鮮味,味道幽香,十分好飲。溫泉蛋雞軟骨,蛋香幼滑,雞軟骨口感爽脆,兩者配合起嚟天衣無縫,令人回味無窮。最後當然係食番一個小飯團做結尾,細細粒嘅燒飯糰每邊燒得香脆,中間仲有啲明太子,更加係香氣四溢,食完想再食。今次雖然荷包大出血但係食到咁高質同多樣化嘅食物,我哋已經諗定下次要幾時再嚟食過。…Read More
