朋友一直說東大街很多美食,特別是推介這間點心,今天有空約了友人一起過來,這裏茶位只需每位三元,沒有加一,十分划算,餐廳環境寬敞,衛生,餐牌上每樣東西都很像很吸引,新穎,不知不覺便點了7款。鮮蝦燒賣皇2隻可以點2隻十分貼心,適合我們眼闊肚窄的傢伙,燒賣皮薄餡靚,肉餡爽口彈牙多汁,有鮮味。多汁蟹籽小籠包小籠包皮夠薄,包著肉汁,沾一點醋整個放進口,肉汁就像千軍萬馬往嘴裡奔騰,肉餡又鬆又軟,只要一咬,肉就一下子鬆了下來,鮮甜美味,小籠包的美味精華就在湯汁裡,湯汁鮮、皮薄肉嫩,真是好吃極了。但要小心熱😂瑤柱灌湯餃皮薄餡大,灌湯流油,竹籠裡熱熱的拿出來,沾點醋,咬破一小洞,就大口地吸吮湯汁,高湯鮮味,大而不膩,吸完還留一塊大肉餡,細嚼而齒頰留香。海鮮蘿蔔煎薄撐蘿蔔夾薄撐是第一次試,加上有海鮮,特別有鮮味,邊皮夠脆,餅夠薄,配上蘿蔔脆中一點軟,感覺很新穎😋皮蛋牛肉腸牛肉腸常見,但加皮蛋也是第一次嘗,加了皮蛋好像令牛肉鮮味更特出,肉味濃,腸粉皮薄,吸收了牛肉汁,令腸粉更滋味。煎蝦膠釀茄子很大碟呀😮蝦膠厚厚的黏著茄子,煎得十分脆,金黃色,再淋上了醬汁,醬汁有重重的黑椒味,香口得來又不太熱氣,罪惡感減低🤭植物肉辣牛肉大春卷竟然有植物肉點心,相比起真的肉,我更愛素肉,素牛肉在似真似假之間又有一點豆香味,這個有點辣辣的,增加了春卷的風味,每口啖啖肉,絕對值得一試😋果然是好地方,很多新潮的點心,值得再來👍🏻…Read More
